Came here in search of food samples for a sick cat who was only eating certain foods and we couldn't afford to get a full size bag. The staff were so very kind and helped us find the right items and gave us some samples that he might eat. It was a very welcoming environment and we found a food that he will eat and we are so thankful for this. I recommend this store!!

Nice to have a store like this close. Staff is very attentive, dog wash stations are nice.I hope folks in the Fountain Valley will support this store instead of purchasing online, it is hard to succeed with a venture like this in today’s business environment.

I really like having the convenience of having a pet pantry in Fountain. The staff here is outstanding! Seriously, they are all so friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint is you have to pay for the convenience of having a pet pantry in Fountain. Some of the prices are so much more expensive here compared to the Springs Wag N Wash. I just bought a 12 pound bag of Stella and Chewys and it was $100 here. The same bag at Wag N Wash is $74, and they always send coupons, so I get it for $70. I do like this place, I just wish the prices were more comparable.

Always a fantastic experience! Great selection of pet food, toys, and grooming supplies. I always come here for my pups' needs. And she loves the blow dryer whenever we go into get her bathed.

This will probably be our go-to dog wash place. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Reasonable price for all that you get (Less than $40 for 2 dog washes plus extra treats on the way out). Very clean facilities, and shampoo/conitioner, towels, leads, and grooming tools are included in the price. Excellent blow-dryers that made a real difference with our huskies. The tubs catch all the fur, and they lower and raise, which is great for our large, senior dogs. Thank you to the staff for being so nice to our dogs, too.

I do like this store, the staff is friendly and always ready to help. I like their products and the pups like the toys. The staff went out of their way to make sure that my pup had his favorite toy even getting it from another store. The only reason that I didnt give 5 stars is because of the pup wash. It can be a very long wait and you cant make an appoinment. Beyond not being able to make an appt, I was told that I could not call ahead to put myself on the list which I found out later that this is not the case. It would be nice to be able to make an appointment, everybody is busy and planning out my day is important.

I love taking my pups here for baths. The dog wash areas are always clean and well put together and they have everything we need to get some squeaky clean dogs. My husky LOVES the attention he gets from the employees and the complimentary treats always make his bathtime worth it.

Love having this new shop close to home. My dogs finally found a food they both love and it's healthy for them. The ladies working have always asked if I need help getting things to the counter and even out to my car when my hands are full. My dogs love this place.

The self dog wash is awesome, it was clean and I was pleasantly surprised that the hydraulic tubs were in separate rooms. There were even nail trimmers provided along with the wet and dry brushes, decent selection of quality shampoos/conditioners and a blow dryer, great price for all included. The staff was great and kept me well posted on when a tub would be available as it was Saturday and there was a wait. They took the time to approach my shy dog slowly and were very nice during our whole visit. Will be back with my other dog soon.

Dog wash stations...AMAZING!! Staff...AMAZING!! all around wonderful. I spend over $300 every 3 mnths on my girls grooming (long haired German and a Rottweiler) so this place is a blessing! It's clean and organized when you arrive with fresh towels and grooming tools and there's no breed shaming!! Love it definitely our new grooming spot!

We stopped by the Pet Pantry because our 2 tea cup chihuahuas have constant issues with dog food upsetting their stomachs; diarrhea and vomiting after about a week on new food. The great staff there listened to our issues and made recommendations for our boys. It's been a couple of weeks now and we were back today for more kibble and goat milk! The boys love the food, no upsetting the stomachs, and a lot happier and more energy. Thank you Pet Pantry! Forget the big box stores and stop here. Store is clean, staff is awesome and knowledgeable.

Brought our 2 dogs in here to use the pet wash for the first time and just can't say enough. The store and wash stations were very clean and organized. All of the ladies working were super friendly and helpful. Escorted us over to the wash station and explained how everything worked and made sure we knew they were available if we needed anything during our visit. We especially appreciate the warm air with the dog dryers since not all dog washes have that. When we were finished, they asked if they could visit and pet our dogs while we were paying. Their love of animals was obvious and appreciated! We do not live on this end of town but it is definitely worth the drive and we will be back!

Great place to wash your pup. Private rooms to wash your dog is also awesome. The tubs move up and down for convenience to not break your back. Definitely using again better then bending over a tub.
