Everyone at Healthy Pets has always been courteous, welcoming and amazing with us!! My dog is XL and protective, the staff at Healthy Pets has always kept him at ease and makes it a fun trip. The Dr is honest and very informative! I am so please that when I moved over an hour away I kept them as my vet. It's not east to find consistent good service, so I made sure to stay!! Highly recommended 👌

I had a situation in which I needed my pets’ records from the last few years emailed to me very quickly and the person who helped (I was stressed and did not get her name!) was so awesome and kind and patient and got me everything I needed almost as soon as we hung up the phone. The office staff was great when I lived there and still wonderful when I’m in a completely different state. Thank you!

Amazing customer service! Dr. Junge explains everything so well. The front ladies Faith and Emily are so kind and warm. The gentleman that works there also is amazing and was so gentle with all 4 of my animals. Highly recommend going to Healthy Pets if you are in Colorado Springs and Fountain areas!

We have been bringing our dog (Loki) to this hospital for the last few months, for regular check ups and for a recent ear infection. We absolutely love the staff and the doctor who sees Loki.He has been feeling much better since his last visit and we are very glad.

My 80 year old gram has been taking her dog here for years. She called to get an appointment to renew a prescription… they’re fully booked. Understandable.So she asked if they could renew and she could pick it up as she’s leaving town for a bit… only to be told absolutely not, legally she has to have an appt with them to do that. Glad I was made aware of the situation! A good ol’ google later, a drive to petco, and NO prescription needed- I bought it for her. If you all are trying to retain clients, I’d recommend treating your elderly customers better. 😞

We had only been here yearly for shots and wellness check up until today. My perfect German Shephard girl has a significant issue right now. All of these folks are the best you could ask for. They love your pet as much as you do.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I've was a customer here for 15 years..set in the waiting room several times for hours because of an emergency coming in... I've spent thousands of dollars there and now Dr Jungle couldn't even spare 15min for me when my dog (her patient of 7 yrs) was bleeding rectally) instead I was recommended to an ER CLINIC 20 MILES AWAY FOR 400$ She probably has stock in itI HOPE THIS PLACE BURNS TO THE GROUND!!

A basic vet office. Staff experience is inconsistent. Some know what they're doing and some at least fake liking their job or animals. But not all of them. After our most recent experience, I'm no longer willing to put my dogs through the mood swings of their staff. Pet owner be warned. If you're experiencing this, it's not a one off.

I have never taken my pets to a veterinary clinic quite like this one, and after finding this gem, I will never take them anywhere again!Both of the Veterinarians are honest animal lovers. They interact with my dogs like they were their own pets. All of the vet techs are exactly the same and greet my dogs every time like old friends.My puppy has an eye condition so she unfortunately has to spend a great deal of time there, but that is quite alright since it seems to be here favorite place to visit! I've never had one of my animals become ecstatic when realizing they were at the vet, but she does.I've never felt like they tried to pressure me into buying products, or make additional appointments that were not necessary.Really excellent service every time we go.Thank you all for taking such exceptional care of my pups.

This was our first vet visit after adopting our dog from the humane society. We brought all the paperwork we received when we adopted her, including vaccination and surgery records. However, when the vet came to see us she told that our dog was not vaccinated and needed to be spayed and we should schedule it right away. She didn’t seem to believe us when we told her that she was vaccinated and spayed until we again showed her the paperwork for it. I know it was a simple mistake, but it could’ve cost us our dog (not to mention hundreds of $$) had we not been paying attention.

I love this place . There is only a few places around fountain that are vets and I drive the extra few miles to take all my 4 dogs here. Both of the vets are extremely knowledgeable and answer all my questions and are honest . The staff at the front are always nice and respectful, they understand I'm military and sometimes have to change appointments. Ive had to call a few times to ask questions about my dogs and they are always willing to help. The vet techs are really nice and love my dogs as I would. Highly recommend

I have been taking my dog Daisy to Healthy Pets for 8 years. Recently Daisy has come very sick, as most older dogs do. It was with great emotional distress that I called (between tears) Healthy Pet begging that they work her in. With the most calous voice I've ever heard they told me that no conciderations would be made. The Vet on duty would not make any type of exception for my dieing friend. After 8 years of check ups and vaccines. They left my family high and dry. This is not an astablishment with any type of loyalty what so ever. I encourage anyone looking for a vet to seek a more caring and loving environment.

Found receptionist to be very cold in personality, won't be bringing my lil chi chi there ever. She needs to find different job, where she's at least somewhat happy at her job. Don't feel she would of responded to my lil chi chi at all.

Healthy Pets staff, Dr. Junge, and Dr. Mayfield are amazing. We have taken our pets there for years and won't go anywhere else. They are loving, compassionate, and really care about not only our pets, but us as well. They explain everything and work with us instead of just telling us. And the reception staff are amazing. They remember me and my puppies when I call.. You can't go wrong with Healthy Pets.

Once they took her back I feel like they did a good job! But because of Covid-19 I couldn't go in the building! Only a two hour wait so not too bad! We drove around and looked at Christmas lights until they were ready for us (me and the dog I was dog sitting). It was nice that we were allowed to leave and then come back so we weren't just sitting for two hours waiting in the car!

The staff are extremely compassionate and we’re able to fit us in for an emergency visit for our sick cat. The doctor finished up the surgery she was in and helped us right away. Did blood work and went through all options, answered all of our questions calmly. We never once felt rushed. Great place!

Great place and people! I just moved to the area and have a CRAZY 1 year old lab. They treat her better than me and they treat her like a queen! (So they treat me amazingly of you didnt catch that). I'm always afraid when then bill comes and ive never been surprised except for good! I would say their prices are more than fair and I'm always impressed with the quality, service, and speed at which they accomplish care!

They were so attending to myself and my dog Lucy. I felt very good how the doctor talked to me directly about my dog. She made me feel good about being there for my dog. I am 76 and my dog is 12,she is my BFF.but not alot of money.i have to save just to have a blood work up.but I know I did the right thing going to fountain valley animal hospital. So I think if you love your pet like family.make a appointment you'll be happy you did.

Just moved here and had to find a vet for my puppy from the min i called everyone was so nice and when i walked In they were even nicer! They loved my puppy as he loved them and they went above and be on to answer all the questions i have and his Dr was nice also I'm bringing my almost 3 year old dog there when shes due for her next shots also. And there prices are GREAT!! And there close to where i live its a win win for me would have gave 10 🌟 if i could def recommend my puppies Dr is Dr:Lance Mayfield

My dog cut her leg badly on a set of metal stairs and needed stitches. Our regular vet couldn't see her for several days and I was too concerned to wait. Healthy Pets was able to get her in the same day and treated her very well. They were in contact with us the day after seeing her and even made sure I knew the exact hours I could reach them if I had any concerns. She healed beautifully and Healthy Pets provided excellent care. If either of my dogs ever need vet care and our regular vet can't see them, I would be more than happy to use Healthy Pets again. There are two reasons I am not switching to them as our primary vet, one is that we have a relationship with our vet that has been built over several years and they know our dogs well, the second is that Healthy Pets is a somewhat long drive from where we live. But if either of those things were to change, I would quickly select Healthy Pets as our permanent vet.

I can't say enough good things about Healthy Pets Animal Hospital. They have always been patient and kind to my cat, Moose, who has a tendency to be prickly at the Vet's office. Today was difficult because our new kitten passed away at home after complications of a URI and a heart defect. The office staff was very compassionate, gentle, but also professional, and made it easier for me to bring in my poor little baby. I'm so grateful for everyone there. They have always been friendly, and especially today, understood the loss of a little family member. I have never had a bad experience here, whether it's the office staff, the techs, or the veterinarian.

I agree that this is a great pet clinic, the staff and the doctors are exceptional. While I don't like being put in a room with my dog by myself with nothing to read or do while you wait for the doctor, I'm guessing they do this to avoid pets barking at each other or trying to chase cats.Today however, I was in for the second distemper shot, and was charged $30.00 for this shot. When I had called last month to make the appointment, I specifically asked for the total cost of everything so I could budget it in for the month. Not only was I told that the second distemper shot was a few minutes to do without seeing the doctor, but I was told the cost was built in with the cost she quoted me at the time of my call thus making that second visit free. Being charged that $30.00 today was not only a surprise but does cut into my budget for February, so I was not happy to be deceived in this manner. Will I be going back to this clinic, I honestly do not know, a year is a long time between waiting for the next shots and such and I will most likely forget about it, but if I had to go next month I would look for another vet who told me the full costs and stuck by the quote. Had I known about the two costs, I would not have had the distemper shot done at this time. I am just not happy about shelling out more money for something I thought I paid for in early January when my little Boo had all her shots she needed done.

Called and made an appointment for a stray cat I found to get his mats shaved and get checked on. Waited in the parking lot a full 2 hours and they didn't even attempt to shave him. They did nothing to give the poor cat any relief for from his mats. Every appointment everywhere is a month out and this poor guy has to wait even longer for help. Price is triple what my regular vet charges and they didn't even do what the were asked and told me they would do. I've never been one to give bad reviews but this place needs a change. I made a shave appointment and got nothing for a ridiculously high price.

I like this place a lot. Great staff, great service, clean. My dog is comfortable going there. My only wish is that they could scan and email documents. They can only provide records by fax or hard copy. If they got a scanner they'd get an easy 5 stars from me!
