I’ve tried a lot of groomers here in the springs, but this will be my regular spot! Because of the size of my dogs (both over 120lbs) it’s hard to find someone that knows how to cut them well and even get them fully deshedded. They even sent me pictures along the way, and gave her cute little butterfly bows. I do not have a single complaint, they did an excellent job!! Also the fastest anyone has groomed her, without sacrificing the quality.

It was hard to groom our "little butt" when we were in Maine. For some reason the groomers up there don't want to put a muzzle on for rowdy dogs. We were very happy when we mentioned our concerns to Faux Paws and they were able to accommodate our pet. This will be our go-to pet grooming from now on. They did pretty good, and the prices are reasonable.

To say I am happy is an understatement. After our groomer retired we found it difficult to find another that was close to home and did a good job. After a few tries elsewhere and others never responding I came across Faux Paws. The communication while trying to get an estimate and schedule an appointment was awesome. We got in quickly and the price was right! The absolutely BEST part however is knowing that my baby was in good hands! I received a text letting me know Max was doing great then received a video and the cutest picture! He was happy when I picked him up and I know that we’ve found our new groomer. Thank you for all you do for the fur babies!

I truly wish I found this place sooner. I loved my puppy’s first grooming experience. Prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I love the fact they desensitize your puppy before a full groom. I highly recommend this place. The staff is very friendly. The communication prior to scheduling the appointment was excellent and very detailed as to what to expect during my pups appt.

Worst experience!! I took my 13 year old girl for a grooming appointment, I made this appointment two months out. I showed up, the owner stated they messed up on the scheduling and scheduled her for a bath instead of a groom. The owner had a cancellation, and said she could get her in. Great, I dropped her off and left. I received a phone call about 45 min after dropping her off from the owner stating they do not recommend trimming her hair as she is double coated, but needed it in text form if I approved. The owner was very rude and combative. I texted and approved as I have had this done for years and she is never left outside to get over heated etc. I received a text from the owner an hour n a half later stating she has a skin condition and she is not going to groom her but gave her a bath and cleaned her up. I picked my girl up and left.I immediately called my vet to get her an appointment. I took her to the vet (dropped her off, they have been seeing her for years and allow me to drop off) The owner/veterinarian called me and stated there is nothing wrong with her skin, it’s not red or pink. She has a very very very small amount of dandruff due to dry Colorado. I am extremely disappointed and upset with Faux Grooming. I was treated very unfair , lied to and disrespected from the owner itself.I tried to call and text Faux grooming without any success, which has left me no choice but to leave a review to leave my experience.

They do a great job. However,,,if you accidentally miss an appointment,,$40.00 is an extra extreme cost. I won't recommend them for this reason because situations happen. On their website 4 dogs will cost you $160.00. Skip the trip. There are other groomers who don't do this. I won't go back.

First time grooming there and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.My dog is a very hard dog to deal with and I was very concerned about his experience there.Great staff, very professional and kind.Definitely recommending it and going back again.

Just used them for the first time today, they were wonderful. Very easy to schedule and I was able to get a next day appointment. They are priced lower than other places and the little bows and flower are a nice touch. My doggy feels and smells amazing! I will be using them in the future!

I don't understand.The reviews here havr been so good but i took my golden and had the worst cut i've ever seen. It was my first time there and i wanted the ears to be shaved down a bit so that his hair on his ears wasn't so crazy, long and wavy. When i went to pick him up, i noticed the hair on his ears was really choppy and sticking out. I asked if there was anything to make it blend together more. Make it look smoother. Another lady goes you want it smoother? I said yes and she grabs a razor with no guard on it and just jumps right in shaving his ears nearly naked on the spot. I would have preferred some clarification on what she was about to do so i could have stopped it. Not only was this upsetting to see, but it wasn't even shaved evenly and tge hair was longer on the ends. I was in shock and my week has already been terrible so this was heart breaking. $100 spent for a bath and haircut that made my dog look rabid. The ratings can look good but i can't go back to this place even for them to fix it.

Koda & Kenai loved Faux Paws. This was the first time I brought my babies there so I was a little nervous until I walked through the door. They all were very welcoming, and super nice. My pups are American Eskimos and everything was explained from the bath to the cut. I was updated through out their stay and was amazed at how they both looked. The price was very fair, the cut was awesome, the lady I spoke mostly with I adore you. This picture is the beautiful after work.

They were wonderful. I have a very large dog ( Anatolian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees), and several groomers in my area ( Fountain,Co), refused to groom him. He's a very gentle, loving guy. Faux Paws, welcomed us. They did a marvelous job. We will return. And we were reassured that out Pitbull would be welcome too.

February 2024 Update: I've taken Lulu the pug here several times now and the service has been impeccable each visit. My dog always smells terrific, and I like the ease of booking and payment. Upping my rating to 5 stars.--Took my pug dog Lulu here once for a bath and nail trim. Price was fair and service was prompt. I like that I was sent a 15 minute warning before they finished, so I had time to get back down there and pick up my dog. The location is convenient for those of us who live in the Fountain Mesa area. (Not a lot of amenities by us.) The facility did feel a little cramped, and my dog was a bit anxious when I picked her up -- I think she found the barking dogs in such a small space a bit intimidating. But given the nice location, fair price, and good job they did, we will be back for sure.

These wonderful ladies left my doggy looking and smelling so good. My lab was so happy and probably relieved he got a bath and had his nails trimmed. They also de shedded him and it was like they took a whole 2pounds of him lol.

Great experience! Didn’t know our new schnauzer was dog reactive before making this appt, but they were so accommodating and still managed to give him a great groom in between the other appointments. I know it must of been a pain but they didn’t complain! He has the exact cut I asked for!

Our first time here my little girl Lou Lee Mae came out looking so cute and they listened to my concerns and I'm very pleased with our hair cut wash and all the works. I highly recommend Faux Paws pet grooming.

Really happy to have found this groomer! The ladies at Faux Paws take great care of our girls. The deshed treatment they offer makes such a difference for our heavy shedder and for our other pup, I really appreciate that they follow what I ask for in regards to the trim/cut. Our girls feel clean for over a month after their appointment. No grimey feeling even after they play outside/roll around in the grass. We will continue to return here & recommend to others 😊

Couldn't be happier!! They were able to get us in same day for a groom and deshedding treatment. My corgi is very sassy with her nails and not only were they understanding, but gave her extra time to calm down and get comfortable, being that this was our first time there. I really appreciate how considerate and kind they were. Great pricing, as well!

The staff at Faux Paws were incredibly kind and patient with my doggos! I was very nervous to take my two dogs to get groomed since they are both rescues and I didn’t know how they would respond to being groomed. Each of the ladies I talked to during drop off and pick up were so calm and knowledgeable about helping my dogs be stress-free throughout the grooming! I am so appreciative and 10/10 recommend!

My mom loves this place and was very happy with the last trim her dog got. My only complaint is that I went in before mothers day to get my mom a gift certificate and they told me I had to make her a appointment which would have been fine except idk her schedule and they messaged her to remind her of her appointment which she didn't know about because it was supposed to be a mother's day surprise. So my suggestion for next time is to give us a open ended gift certificate so she can make her own appointment and no reminder to ruin the surprise. I know my mom will want another some time

We brought our mini Aussie here to get groomed. It was his first time and Natasha was so helpful. She helped us pick a time slot that wouldn’t be too busy to help him incase he was nervous. When we picked him up he looked stunning. He is going to be our ring bearer in our wedding and I’m so happy with the results of his grooming. Highly recommend Faux Paws Pet Grooming.
