The restrooms where terrible. The stalls where broken and was dirty. I was unable to use the woman's restroom and my spouse reported only one urinal worked and the men's restroom was just as bad. The store was a mess items missing prices and wrong prices posted. I won't be going back to this Wal-Mart ever.

If y’all have to shut down self checkouts I’d suggest making sure your employees can understand that, granted they do get paid hourly, the people who are there shopping are usually in a hurry to get home not wait in a line forever to checkout

I’ve not had any issues that I can think of since Walmart opened their super center here in Fort Morgan - it’s the only large place to shop in about 45 miles each direction. They do a pretty good job of stocking and keeping shelves full.

all the small carts are gone, many products are being replaced by great value and all self checkout stands have been removed so now, I get to stand in line for several minutes and wait until a clerk can check me out. There were only two check stands open at around 8am. Quite a few people shop early at this rural store, so only two stands begin open is ridiculous

This location has ceased the use of self check out. Only live cashiers are checking customers out. For the first time I've seen, all check out lanes were opened and manned by breathing human beings. Apparently they are having too many problems with the self check out areas. Word is they will be tearing out these areas to install more check out lanes. What might the problems be with self checkout? One can only assume it's because of theft. I seriously doubt they are doing it for a more personal interaction with the customer.

If you want to do your weeks shopping, this is NOT the place to go. The stockers block the isles and their shoppers are rude as heck.If you just want one thing, this is NOT the place to go as check-out now takes 5-15 minutes. Go to Safeway or Edwards.

The pick up service is touch and go. Not the loaders but the shoppers are. Half the time fresh produce is either not ripe yet or it is poor quality and then sometimes it's perfect.

Greeter, was great. Store is low on most items, some products were under ripe for using and, others to ripe for sales. Very limited help at the customer service center. Inability to provide a clean, safe and, enjoyable place to shop

Absolutely horrible. I go up to the register put all my stuff on the belt three or four employees start talking and then they all just walk away. I asked the guy that I found out later is the manager is the register closed or what the guy just looks at me and walks away little tiny guy with glasses. The lady that abandoned her register had to come up to me and tell me that that was her manager and she had to do something. I guess it’s OK to abandon the customer that has placed all their goods on the register to be checked out and then the managers horrible for just looking at me and walking away he was like a little mouse he was so scared….. I rarely ever come to a Walmart and this is exactly the reason why.…

This store is going downhill fast. They're always out of something I need and can never seem to keep the shelves stocked. Now with their self-checkout sections closed it makes an unpleasant shopping experience even less pleasant. Really hope they can open those back up soon. Very frustrating!

We went here because my wife had to go to the bathroom. Ft. Morgan has nothing as far as facilities you might need right off of the interstate. I have been here before to shop. They sell products I need. A perfect union.

HORRIBLE. They have their self checkout closed probably because they don’t hire actually competent people to watch over the people stealing but it’s a huge inconvenience. Go to Safeway. At Walmart you will wait in line for 40 min just to even start the process of paying. Especially if you have kids with you that don’t have a long attention span because there young. I will spread the word!

I will never step foot in the Walmart in Fort Morgan again!! The Pharmacy is horrendous and if you complain they do not care! I had all of my prescriptions moved to Safeway..!!

I really like their curbside service, although their customer service isn't the best. The staff who load up the groceries are very rude and act indifferent towards our concerns, specifically any changes or substitutions made in our order. I went inside today and took my service dog with me. Everyone greeted us with a smile and said good morning! That really goes a long ways! The fact they welcome service dogs 🐕 is a high perk for me, as probably already many of you knows I have beef with Walmart for a good minute now.

Clean store when I visited. I'm guessing there aren't many Asians here based on how small their seafood and Asian products sections were. What you see in the pictures are the total seafood and Asian products available outside of noodles. Most WMSC will have 5x this amount. Other than that it's pretty typical.I will say it's the first Wal-Mart that I've actually seen an Xbox series X on the shelf.If being disappointed in Wal-Mart is the worst part of my day then it'll be a good day.

Well I was quoted a price on tires 215 out the door and it ended up to be twice that for the wrong tires( when I say wrong ones they put cheep tires on when I asked for load tires:( guess I'll use tire rack next time n put them on myself. I was to tired to care so I went home glad I didn't get a oil change

I purchased paper towels, after reviewing my receipt, they tried to charge me 14.97 for a 6 pack of Downey when the shelf clearly showed $4.64Service desk informs me they are not responsible for what is priced on shelf, as if I am. They did offer a 10% discount or a Walmart gift card..No thanks.Check your receipts thoroughly

I wàs aware of more employees on the floor than I have seen in any Walmart in years. Not only were there enough of them that you didn't have to literally hunt one down, the ones I interacted with were very quick to assist me and did not seem put off by it at all. Was a wonderful experience!!!!
