Annabelle is not even close to management material. I’m guessing she got put into that position because of the staffing shortage. She has a very poor attitude. The pharmacy big guy, Humberto and the red head 50 year old lady with glasses also have horrible attitudes. They were running their mouths out loud about my prescriptions and I’m pretty sure that breaks Walgreens privacy policy. I did some research and it definitely does and when Walgreens breaks that privacy policy it becomes a legal issue. I got no help in store whatsoever, Annabelle hid in a aisle after I requested to put in a complaint. I called the police & Annabelle still refused to help and the officer stated that if I was to get computer access I would be able to print it off and fill out the form but as far as Annabelle she is definitely not going to help me in any way unfortunately. I could tell by the officers face he thought Annabelle was in the wrong as well. He kind of chuckled. But I then replied that is fine, and I would do it myself. Thank you to the kind fort Morgan officer for responding so quickly & helping me get the names of people and the right way to go about a complaint. As for this Walgreens, I would 100% recommend staying away. Safeway is right up the street and offers much better prescription pricing and much nicer pharmacy techs and Management.

Pharmacy worker is extremely rude and mean to you here. Most of them are but one of them is the absolute worst person imaginable. They make you feel uncomfortable and bad for coming in, they treat you like you are wasting their time by them "helping" you. They should be replaced by someone who actually acts like the job matters to them. They always hide their nametag but based on the wall of names behind them it must be Megan.

This is a great store! Pharm Tech Keryn was so professional and helpful. Sadly this store is stocked pretty poorly for a Walgreens and is out of stuff a lot!

Excellent pharmacy staff . . Best place for flu vaccinations . . friendly, helpful, & as close to painless as a needle can be.Rest of store has good selection and mostly friendly staff. Clean store & bathrooms.Only issue is with backpack policy . . while I understand theft concerns asking a 40+year old disabled individual to leave their assistive equipment ( a rolling cart needed to carry purse due to disability or backpack style purse as alternative due to inability to carry regular purse in normal way due to disability) at the front while they shop is a bit over the top. Especially since I have been going there for the last decade. No other store has ever treated my like that even if they have backpack policies. They understand that doing so is no different than requiring anyone/everyone to leave their purses up front while they shop . . Which they do not do. I don't mind explaining my need for my equipment to someone if they don't understand why I use it but to be totally disregarded after explaining is a bit disheartening. The cart is open and any contents would be clearly & easily visible. A little common sense & respect go a long way.Other than that though it's a good store & one of the better ones in Fort Morgan.

I’ve been living in Fort Morgan for the past 5 years. Had a horrible experience for the first today. Needed a passport photo, the manager was kind and called a staff member (K _ _ _ _) to the photo department. This woman didn’t greet me in anyway (didn’t even look my way) all she said was, “take off your jacket.” Not only was it extremely rude but she caught me off guard. I did as she asked while she puts a bunch of stuff down on a counter, then quickly walks past me to pull down a white screen. I asked if she can tell me when she takes the picture, she doesn’t say anything back to me...Thought that was rude so I asked her again as I go and stand in front of this screen she pulled down. Says nothing to me still and she is standing right in front of me! She takes a photo and walks away. Wow. Horrible consumer skills and attitude. I will be going to the post office for passport photos from now on.

I ran in for a few things. -Marissa not only greeted me but helped me find what I was looking for and took me right to it and personally checked me out in the photo dept.I havent seen her at this store before she is a great addition to their staff.Thank you Ms. MARISSA

So I bring my wife's perscribtions in after she gets a cesarean. They gave me the wrong medicine. She needed blot clot medicine and pain medicine. I call and tell them qbout it, they said they are closing and cant do anything about it. Honestly you are a disgusting human being. You had one job to do and you messed it up.

On the one hand, all of the recent Walgreens stores are nearly identical. On the other hand, they are nearly identical. As a result, knowing we needed a coupe particular items, having a Walgreens was perfect. We knew they would have it, and in a place like Ft Morgan, it's good to know you have a major brand you can count on.

This drugstore is good for a quick stop to grab a snack or a bottle of bleach. It's often more expensive than other nearby stores. Pharmacy is quite busy, but wait times are comparable with or less than other pharmacies in the community. Drive through pharmacy is a big plus - this is the only one in town.

Poor customer service with prescriptions. I took prescription in in as new customer in 2weeks a head of time. They didnt fill it because my insurance refused it and they didnt tell me until I stopped in until 3 days before I ran out. I had to scramble. Very poor service.

There is a giant sign on the door stating masks are MANDATORY. I saw two customers with a mask, and twelve without. When I addressed the concern to the lady at the checkout, she told me they can't keep up with it. Clearly this business does not care and I will not be supportive of it.

This makes the second time since January that they have been closed due to problems. I live over an hour away and it's hard to get to Fort Morgan. I am taking my pharmacy business elsewhere.
