When i was in Murdochs today, I seen one of the most inappropriate interactions and mistreatment on an employee I have ever witnessed. Yet alone, on the sales floor in front of piers and where customer service is provided IN FRONT of a customer? Such as myself. Is respect for the individual not a thing anymore? Or even better, treating others the way that you want to be treated? I am assuming the short brown haired woman was a Manager? But her name tag said Elise. She pulled an associate aside and reprimanded her, for talking to her coworkers behind a counter. What kind of place doesn't want you having social skills in the work place? I will not be spending my money in this location any more. Kudos to the associate for taking that kind of Mistreatment. I hope you stood up for yourself.

They have feat discounts and a great selection for different needs. Today, mine were boots! I used my 20% discount. I got on my email, and I brought the boots I needed to ride my horse with more safety but very fashionable.

Stores like this one are the exact reasons why people go out of town to shop. I came to accept that Murdoch's is just an extremely overpriced store, however that is the way it is. What really makes this store worthless though is the fact that they can't seem to keep their store stocked. They are consistently out of feeds, hays, and propane. This being a small farm community these are three of the major things that people in our community need on a consistent basis. I am failing to understand how this store can consistently run out of so many things that so many people need on a regular basis. Do you not understand the concept of putting an order in before you run out of something? You know, like the rest of the world does? Set yourself a guide, when you get down so low put in the order so that it gets there before you run out. At this point I'm not really understanding how this sore survives. I have found another store that I will be using from here on out. I have to drive 50 mi to get there but it's worth it to know that they will have everything I need. Get a grip Murdoch's or get out.

I like this store but I wish they had wide width boots! They have a great selection of nice footwear, but a very very few selection of wide sizes. I also found that the selection of clothing is nice, but the staff wasn’t very helpful in helping to find a pair of jeans. When I asked for help, the clerk looked around for a minute for what I asked for but then disappeared and I never saw her again.

I've been to different locations before and this location is always more pleasant than the others. The manager (unknown name) tall skinny guy, always is friendly and the staff seems to like him. I have asked him in the past of what he recommends for a sweet wine and now that's all my wife buys.... what he recommended. Lol. Thanks! Great location. Great place!

This crew is always friendly and helpful in finding items and knowledgeable about products they sell. Parking lot is a horrible layout. Outside of publix the only liquer store in town.

The store is located just a few minutes from I76. It is clean and has much of what one might need for their garden or livestock, although i can't ever seem to find rabbit food?? The employees are helpful and friendly. They have nice clothes and other merch but their clothes can be a bit pricey. Found a lovely dress but it was $50 which is a little out of budget for people like me. LolI look forward to chick season here -my chicks have always been healthy and happy but because of their location (i believe), they tend to sell out of their chicks FAST. I had to call frequently to see when they came in then hustle over there to have any chance of getting some.Overall, great store. I enjoy shopping here for my animals and looking around at their garden and house decor.

Only place i can find dog food and treats for my senior 8lb Italian grey hound. 16yrs old and happy as a can be :)My daughter's husky mix puppy loves the bones and other random cow parts that are affordable. The toys last him a pretty long time.

The place has a good selection. Parking is a little annoying - The parking lot is set up awkwardly. You have to park quite a ways away from the door. I gave them four stars before but they keep running out of stock of my favorite items so they've lost a star. It's frustrating going there and parking far away and walking in there to find out they're out again.

The store staff is fantastic! I bought a lot of wine last Monday. The lady cashier put the bottles in a convenient box and as it was quite heavy she took it out to my car and put it in the trunk for me. She watched as I secured it. After she walked away a man approached my car she came back to make sure that I was okay and to see if I needed help. I appreciated that very much. you don't find that very often

This was my first time here. I was buying a birthday gift and trying to make sure I bought the perfect gift! Since I am not familiar with "spirits" I ask another customer for help. Just as he was making his way over to help me an employee came out of the back and I got exactly what my friend likes!! This store is located on the corner so easy to get in and out. Nice and clean on the inside good selection and nice employees.

ABC delivery via Instacart is AWESOME. Within a couple of hours, my order was at my house. Great delivery experience AND fabulous experience with customer service when I had a question. This combo should change how America shops. ABC has a great selection and wonderful customer service as well, and when combined with Instacart delivery (online ordering) you just can't go wrong. I can't recommend this enough.

It's like any other farm and ranch chain store. Lots of doodads you don't need and a mixture of things you might need and then a couple of things you do need. The staff there was a bit stand-offish. I live here, so I'll come back because I hate Walmart, and it's 60 miles to the next Tractor Supply.

Awesome selection of jeans for women and after trying on and deciding what I wanted to purchase, the checkout staff held the jeans at the register for 15 minutes while I left to grab my wallet that I had forgotten. Came back to pay and was checked out promptly.
