Will and the team of landscapers at Graff's Turf Farms provided exceptional service. The estimate Will provided was fair, comprehensive, and there were no overruns. The temperature of the yard dropped 10 degrees after the grass was installed. The trained team of landscapers pulled all the weeds, removed the rubber mulch (trust me when I say rubber mulch is a really bad idea) and then completed the installation. The quality of the grass upon installation was healthy, plush, and felt like walking on carpet. The team completed the job in one day including installation of drought-tolerant grass, mulch, and pea gravel for ~5000 sq. ft. in total. The customer service was outstanding as the sprinkler line was inadvertently cut during the installation and the team responded right away to repair the line with no questions asked. The pictures speak for themselves, with the last picture illustrating the "before" grass rubber mulch nightmare. My neighbors had a similar positive experience which is why I contacted Graff's Turf Farms...word of mouth matters. Thank you for being the no-stress, fair and honest contractor that we all hope to find!

Graff’s Turf Farms was recommended to me because of their fair prices & outstanding work.I met with Tyler Trent, sales rep., who was wonderful & a pleasure to work with, measured my yard for Next 2 Natural (N2N) Pet & Play artificial turf. The same day, shortly after, he provided a quote, which after getting several quotes from other companies, I was Very pleased with the pricing. Overall, after comparing other turf products to Graff’s N2N Pet & Play turf, this was the most natural-looking turf I saw. (Others looked too plastic) Tyler was very professional, so nice, very patient, knowledgeable & answered all my Many questions! I was out of town & could not be there after we met. He gave me his cell number & told me I could call him any time with questions & I did! After he went out to the house the first time, I made changes in plans, & he went out to the house again to remeasure & also was on the job when installation was underway. He was so accommodating & kept me updated on a regular basis with this whole process. Because I wasn’t at the house, we did several FaceTime calls too, just to make sure we were on the same page with the layout of the turf. He aims to please & wanted to make sure I was going to be a 100% happy customer & I was!! It was because of him, I had peace of mind going into this project because I knew I could trust him.Day of installation….I was contacted several times through FaceTime by Dominic, subcontractor & owner of Indy Artificial Turf, who installed my turf & dug a trench to bury & re route a downspout. He called when he had a question & kept me informed while doing the installation. He also was very professional, so nice, patient & a pleasure to work with. Dominic & his crew did an excellent job of installing & cleaning up.The yard looks beautiful & my dogs are going to really enjoy playing on their turf. I am so satisfied & impressed with everyone who worked on the entire project from start to finish.A big thanks to everyone for an outstanding job!!I highly recommend Graff’s Turf Farms!!!You won’t be disappointed!!

Phillip made the process of ordering and installing turf on our playground easy. He brought samples of different types of turf and guided me through deciding which was best for our needs. Mason and Mark did excellent work on the install. The communication during the install ensured that the end result would meet my expectations. From consultation, to financing and installation, the service was outstanding and the backyard looks amazing with the artificial turf! Jake was our representative and made a great impression. Maybe they are good at sod. Don't bother with aggregate. They don't know their prices, capacities, availability, etc. Material trucked 50 miles further was cheaper and faster

I ordered a pallet of the hyper blue grass and am very happy I did. Nice green and thick cut very nicely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone and will go back in the future!

I bought the Bella Blue grass from Graff's Turf Farms in 2012. This is a new hybrid grass that does not grow from seed, only roots. It needs less water and mowing- it only grows to 6-8" tall. I paid to have it installed in my yard separately from Graff. It was a fresh install, no other grass grew there. As it grew, it was mixed with two other kinds of grasses and looked like a lumpy discolored mess. Graff came out the next season and replaced. I had to wait a season because they ran out of the Bella and I had to wait until the next ,2013. It looked ok, although the installation was really bumpy and not as smooth as I had done the first time. I mowed it for a few months and did not let it get very tall. This year, 2014, I have let the grass grow to full height. It is going to seed in places, huge clumps of tall - over 25% of the grass, are mixed in that is going to seed and is definitely not Bella. I would not recommend buying the Bella Blue Grass from Graff's turf farm. They have not come up with a straight mix and the whole point of buying this grass was to not mow it. Now, if I don't mow it, it looks horrible. Since this hybrid only grows from roots and does not seed, it is very apparent there is a problem. I would highly recommend not using them for install unless you pay for a football field where they really care about the quality of installation. At this point, I am tired of dealing with it and am very disappointed. Walking on the grass, it is not smooth and extremely bumpy. I am giving them two stars only because they tried to fix it, but don't think even if they fixed it again it would be any better.
