Make sure you show your bills to the cashier and count your change when leaving if your not doing self check out. they be giving wrong change back,claiming you gave them a smaller amount. This is the fifth time it’s happened around me. You’re manager needs to watch their employees better unless they are in on it as well

This store is gross it turns my stomach and makes me want to leave and buy nothing frequently. Meat is spoiled gray meat is bad, meat that doesn’t vacuum seal is bad. Does someone need to bring in the health department. This can cause food poisoning. Eggs are cracked obviously. Gallons of water cover with black sticky stuff. It’s sad because this store is 5 minutes away.I couldn’t post this on the website. The complaints section won’t even let you submit a complaint online.

I give 5 stars today because one of your employees showed such kindness in a time when they did not have to. Vicky from your bakery was very generous to me. My husband and I had money stolen from us and so we’re very very tight in everything right now including food. I was going to use my Wic card for hot dog buns and 2 dollars for chips for dinner for my family tonight and I couldn’t find my card. Vicky stepped up and I’m very thankful. We’ve seen a lot of rudeness lately and so it was nice to receive kindness from somebody for once. I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves and maybe even a raise. I believe she was off the clock when this occurred. However I find employees who foster the same kindness off the clock as they do on the clock are the best. The ones employees at this store have been great too. Keep up the good work. :)

Avoid this place at all costs. They never check the dates on their products, which is why you'll always get expired food. I've witnessed the management verbally degrade the workers and laugh after they're done. They could care less about customer complaints. I've watched hard workers leave because of the horrible treatment. Go to Firestone; they actually check their products and seem to have their ish together.

The prices are ridiculous. I have to wait until they have sales for it to be affordable even with using my rewards. The store layout is terrible it's difficult to find where anything is at. But, I give two stars due to the customer service which is always good hence why I do come back plus it's right around the corner from my residence (very convenient).

Alejandra who works the front register, was very rude and unprofessional. Did not acknowledge my hello, make any eye contact and rushed me out, then was overly nice to the person before and after me. I've never felt so uncomfortable at a store from an employee.

I payed $8+ for this????? This was absolutely the most disgusting play of food I have ever had the mac and cheese was cold as hell, the chicken was some of the most terrible quality chicken I've ever had. Complete waste of my money. I've had this exact plate from king Soopers 20+ times and it's $2 less and out classes this garbage from Safeway by miles! This was terrible. Over priced garbage.

Donna was the associate who delivered our order. She continously cussed because she couldn't figure out the device that scanned the ID. My husband and myself just laughed abiut it but we thought it was very unprofessional. I'm glad I did not have kids in the car.

I shop here a lot. The deli is a great substitute cooking. Especially on the very long days when you are exhausted and don't want to be asked, "What's for dinner?" When you get home. The pharmacy staff is helpful and understanding.

Very friendly bakers , the cake decorator was very helpful and does an amazing job decorating the cakes . Ordered this through the phone and he understood exactly what I meant. Also very happy with the pricing and size of the cake thank you so much !

I've travelled all over this country, and in my journeys I've been to many grocery stores. For the most part, they're all about the same. The same items and layouts. But this Safeway has an ambience. Sure, they sell groceries. But the smells, the lighting, the dead look in the employees eyes. It says so much more than the usual "we're not being paid enough to deal with this job". A certain amount of pride, as if they're not only not being paid enough to deal with the job, but that should the store burn to the ground, you could imagine them dancing in the ashes celebrating. The store is beauty and it is art. I will be buying more apples from this store.

I Would STRONGLY advise not eating ANYTHING from this particular deli(I worked there for 8 months so I know what REALLY goes on & it is NOT OKAY) . First off the people in deli RARELY wash their hands, do not properly wash dishes the food goes onto, and lastly they serve raw chicken wings and rotisseries on the daily, due to trying to rush to get chicken out. They let the loads sit there for way longer than they should (usually about 5-6 or more hours) ; meaning that those products go out of temp before being put on the shelves. Also don’t buy the shredded chicken either (rotisseries are usually served raw/undercooked and they don’t get all the bones out ) . And When making sandwiches they use meat that expires that day or the day after meaning the sandwiches are expired before the date that is put on the label. I really wouldn’t trust this deli or this store. I HAVE PROOF OF ALL OF THIS, I am currently in contact with the health department but wanted to let everyone know so they can avoid getting sick.

I don't know how I even gave this store another chance. I am so done. Definitely the worst store and location. They don't Care about their customers one bit. Even when you come in with kindness and smiles they don't care. They are rude and don't know anything about customer service. Tired of hearing people complain about working there while im shopping or checking out. Thats all i ever hear. You think that makes me want to keep shopping there. Get a new job then. NOONE wants to hear you complain about your job. Learn customer service. Complaining to your coworker in the presence of customers is not customer service. It's disrespectful. Have more respect for your customers. There's so many bad experiences I've had at this location it's mind blowing.

I am a unique individual, as we all are in our own ways. I don't like to feel judged, talked down to, nor do I like being helped by someone who apparently doesn't like their job. This Safeway is high in prices, has many rude cashiers, well give you an eye roll before giving you a hand shake, and will complain about their job and or coworkers to anyone who will listen. Out of all the cashiers, there has been 3 that didn't make me feel "ick" on my way out the door. However, the meat department has the friendliest, most helpful, and are knowledgeable in their department. They go out of their way to answer all your questions, give suggestions. And not once have they rolled their eyes or have attitude. In fairness I have not experienced the customer service in either the bakery or the deli.

I just went around and had a very pleasant experience! The workers I interacted with were all very sweet. A girl named Ally (Ali, Ale, I don't know how to spell it) was absolutely awesome! I asked about squish mallows and she went to the back and got some for me. She really didn't have to do that but I really appreciate it! Thank you so much Ally!

We absolutely love this store. They have items I can't find anywhere else and it's clean and I just absolutely love it compared to any other store. It must be a personal thing because I always find what I want quickly and the store is nice and clean and there's just a really cool vibe about it. The Starbucks is especially good there... But the people working there always seem to have a smile in their eyes whether they're wearing a mask or not. I just love the store. ❤️And no I do not work there and nor does anyone in my family or extended family work there laughing.

The mark up price on everything at this Safeway makes it 100% worth it to go to either Walmart in brighton or King Soopers out by lochbuie. Both are within money saving distance unless you're in a super rush or on foot.

Ordered cupcakes for September 24th. We went with whipped frosting and chose jungle theme. I didn't give a lot of direction. I just said we are doing a jungle theme predominately cheetah. I was so impressed when we picked these up! We got tons of compliments of how detailed and awesome they were. I called that next Monday to get the decorators name and was told his name is Damon. Thank you Damon! You ROCK!
