I want to commend Yuri for the excellent service he provides. As a regular customer at Whole Foods he recognizes me and calls me by name. I have also observed him doing this with many other customers. He’s always in a good mood and engages with each and every customer, I can’t say enough about him. He serves as an excellent example of what your staff should provide . Promote him have him train others he’s a real asset !!

The brunette girl at the bakery needs to be fired. I am a regular at this store and occasionally would get a cake for a special occasion. Every time I end up standing in front of the bakery for a minute or two until someone acknowledges that I needed help. Never had an issue with anyone before besides that brunette lady. She always has an attitude going and hates answering the customer's question. When picking up a cake she threw the whole thing across a counter which ruined it. Since when do bakeries toss a whole cake? It takes less time to simply set it on a counter....

A well-maintained excuse for a grocery store that leaves you feeling fortunate to live in a city, state, and country with such plentifully stocked shelves and fresh produce as well as baked goods that are constantly being replenished. The amount of jobs alone that this store creates and the quality standards of the services being performed by those employed at this particular Whole Foods location are top notch. I want to note those working the Amazon return and package pick up area; the industrious nature of some of the staff that fill those specific positions is truly admirable (especially during this past holiday season).

An excellent place to shop. The people who work here go above and beyond to help, when needed. The store is clean and well stocked. We've shopped here for years and never had a bad experience. Good job Whole Foods of Fort Collins!

Significant recent improvements in both quality of the food bar and produce items. The celery stalks are a bit limited and sometimes the fruit is not as fresh or doesn’t last.

Whole foods is a little expensive but can't be beat for fresh organic produce. It's also great for some of the more unusual items such as meati. The kombucha is crazy expensive and best bought somewhere else.

Seafood counter and section is the best stocked and staffed. More often than not including today, on the salad bar side of the store, the prepped salad section (including regular and Mediterranean Tuna salads) was VERY empty and offers less choices than better run and managed Whole Foods.Update: I appreciate the immediate kind response from the owner.I am thankful in 2023 that we have the luxury of going to grocery stores and having immediate access to food from around the world. My commentary and feedback is contextual and always against this backdrop.

Pricey and no signs telling what items are on what aisles. They also lack samples and meaningful sales. Things on sale here are basically normal prices at King Soopers or Safeway. Their prepared foods are over priced for glorified cafeteria food. Redeeming quality is that much of their produce seems more fresh, and they have some great snacks.

They had everything I wanted and more brought my own bag I loved all the extra choices on drinks after coming from Maui there's almost too many to choose from and I like that I could get the Amazon discount even sat in the car and downloaded the app before I went in and I saved a $18 today on little over $100. The only thing that's disgusting is the tax they have three taxes and it came to over 8 or $9 in tax in Hawaii it's only 4% tax! Pretty disgusting how much Colorado charges in TAXES!! Also loved that I could find shade it's one of the most important things in shopping is to have shade and not so crowded!! Very happy customer today.

"A great store with bad parking" is how I would describe this place, just like others on College. Prices are reasonable all the way up to very high. Tons of fresh food selections and fresh coffee help out a lot.

Whole Foods is always a pleasure! I go here for my fondue, I am a frequent consumer of swiss cheese fondue and their Emmi Selection is very tasty. They also carry the local milk from morning fresh where you get money back if you bring the glass bottle back to the store when you are done with it. Their milk is by far the best in fort Collins!

I both love and hate this place. They carry the kinds of foods I like but prices are often far too high. I consider it a treat to have lunch from the hot/prepared foods section because they have much variety and its acceptably prepared but you have to time it correctly or choice becomes limited and the food becomes “tired” looking. This past week I had a horrible experience at the Amazon returns desk with a guy that clearly needs to be working away from customers but that was an outlier as usually the Amazon desk is pretty good.

This is my second time in a very long time ( since the acquisition of Amazon's) visiting your business. I remember then having had your pizzas ( post acquisition days because at one time ,excellent ) and realizing the decline in your product. Years later I find myself shopping for one pound of brick priced at 13 dollars. My question now is: How often do you stock your cookie jar at your " cookie bar? Not very often as you probably don't donate your cookies. You see folks, I've heard of " tea cookies" but these go one step further. In my humble opinion a cup or glass of milk to swallow one cookie. Any one familiar with the oatmeal rectangular cookies that we used to find in the MRE packets? You get my drift. So now no more pizza and certainly no more cookies. BTW what happened to those " vegan cookies" made out of nuts and dried fruits. My purpose to visit your store was to purchase some. No where to be found! Probably " too soft" to be included in your cookie selection.I also tried your " palmiers". Disgusting as I've never had a moist Palmier in my life. Have lived permanently in many countries. This product is usually a hard, flaky and caramelized pastry. This one was moist as you had it stored in a plastic container. So in other words I wasted 14 dollars at your store. Pitiful. Never again. Whole Foods is a farse!!!All things said: EXCELLENT CURRY VEGETERIAN WARM MEALS, as I had two different ones on this trip.

despite a “no pets” sign on their entrance, they still allow non-service bully breed dogs to roam around without any resistance. Its disgusting. Saw a man violating health code with his large non-service rottweiler and when I complained to an employee he did nothing and just stared at me. What happened to health code and hygiene?? I don't get why all these dogs are suddenly allowed inside a grocery store.Do better and enforce health code boundaries.EDIT: bumped to 5 stars because owner responded and cared.

Love Whole Foods! Can't wait for a location in Loveland to be built! I specifically go there for my favorite cake, the Berry Chantilly. Also, my daughter and I love the mini macaroon refrigerator.

I'm not sure if this is an overarching issue with WH or the state of organic farming, but at this location the produce on the shelves is regularly at, or near, rotting. It's disappointing to drive the extra distance and pay a higher price for food that goes bad within a day or two.

I come here three times a week for lunch. Love to hit the hot bar and the salad bar. Never disappoints. They recently added Salmon to the salad bar which is a huge plus, hope they continue that. Great option for a quick bite that’s healthy.

The storefront is not to WF standard. It's small, the aisles are narrow, checkout is pa ked, and parking lot is no better. Premium prices demands premium shopping experience.

This was the nicest Whole Foods I've seen so far in Colorado (granted I've only been to a few). But it's a really nice store with great selection (more than I've seen at other locations in seafood meat and other areas) and super nice employees and very clean. Really cute enclosed patio area to eat in.

Felt pretty good about our visit until we got up to the front to pay. The employee at the self checkout was hovering way too close, spoke to us in a very condescending tone, and just in general made us feel very unwelcome and out of place. It could have just been a one off but for a place that charges so much for so little you’d expect the customer service to be a lot better.

Well they rearranged the aisles and widened them somewhat. Now they've simultaneously unleashed the stockers and the in-store shoppers, making it just as congested as ever. Carts for stocking and shopping, everywhere

This place is great to hang out! Coffee bar is now here...food is aways so good (the best whole foods pizza!). The only tricky part is parking on the weekends as it gets full fast. Photos are from my car's perspective while I wait for people to clear out behind me.
