I brought my cat in for some urinary issues. I was nervous as I’ve had a lot of negative experiences with Vets in the past but everyone there was super great, friendly, and helpful. The process was transparent and explained to me thoroughly. They made us feel very welcomed and taken care of. Definitely the best experience I’ve had taking my cat to the vet!

We stopped in without an appointment when our puppy became wobbly and lethargic suddenly. We were warmly met and immediately helped. The technicians were caring and the veterinarian was knowledgeable and able to identify the problem.Thank you to the entire Vetco team!On the mend!❤️‍

I just took my dog to the Vetco clinic, for an allergy and maybe ear infection. For the exam, ear clean and medicine plus the allergy were going to cost $230. I told the girl I couldn’t afford all of that. I just want to get her the allergy shot so she stops scratching herself to death. She said ok for just the shot it would be $79.99 plus $5.00 for the syringe. I said ok that works for me. She comes back in a few minutes later and to tell me “the shot is now going to cost $220 because your dog gained weight and now they have to use more medicine.” How could my dog gain weight sitting in your exam room for 5 minutes? So we walked out of there because I can’t afford $220 for 1 shot that use to cost $80 5 minutes before. Now my dog gets no care at all because of your disgusting actions. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves how can you even do that?

We took our tiny, ancient Chihuahua there after she got some kind of infection in her leg. Of course, this hit on a holiday weekend, so we nursed her the best we could, and scheduled her to see the vet first thing Monday morning. She's so tiny, old, and was so lethargic, we weren't sure if she would see another birthday.Between the time we went to bed Sunday night and when we got to Vetco Monday morning, the abscess had opened a bit and started draining.The staff at the clinic was wonderful. They were very kind and so polite. Dr. Anderson examined her, told us the options for treating her, and recommended draining the infection, flushing the wound with antibiotics, and following up with 10-14 days with oral antibiotics along with 7 days of pain/anti-inflammatory meds. After this, he wants us to come back in 2 weeks for a recheck.Within just a couple of days, she was feeling well enough to jump on and off the sofa, (against our better judgment and wishes), her appetite improved and the swelling and soreness in her leg had reduced significantly. Her remarkable recovery meant she was able to *celebrate* her 14th birthday on Friday, January 6!The cost for the exam, treatment, and prescriptions was about $200 which is not only affordable, but way below the costs we were expecting to try to save her leg and/or her life!They followed up our appointment with a phone call to check how she was doing!We have been in this area for a little over a year and this is our second round with needing urgent vet care for one of our furbabies. We had been using "pop-up clinics" for routine exams and vaccinations. After our experience with Vetco and Dr. Anderson, we are choosing this clinic for all of our household pets veterinary care.If only they did horses, too!

Staff need to be more aware of how they are talking about their animal patients and clientele behind the closed doors. I heard a conversation about how they don't trust any of the pet parents when they bring their dogs in. You can hear everything they say. I left feeling very disappointed and upset today with how unprofessional and undermining the whole appointment felt.

The Vetco clinic and their staff are amazing! Our two dogs are our world, and I am so thankful we have found a team that we can trust to not only take care of them but also love them. Unfortunately we do frequent the vet, but they have made it as affordable as possible and always communicate all potential expenses ahead of time. They have fantastic communication and always keep us up to date on what we need to know! Dr. Andersen has been there for us every step of the way, but we have seen both Dr.’s and they are great. Thank you all!

Dr. Charles Andersen needs fired. Took vacation and had no one to cover patients. They ignored calls from pharmacy for a wee and said they couldn’t fill our insulin prescription because he took pto. There should be protocols in place for doctors to take pto and have someone look after their patients, and for him to not be able to be reached to fill an insulin prescription knowing he left no one there to do it is honestly unconscionable .

We started taking our Golden retriever over here about 2 months ago and have had such a great experience! Dr. Andersen was quick to remedy some allergies our dog was facing with cost effective solutions so he could get back to living an itch free life. He also has helped us realign his food servings so we now have him at a much healthier weight. The facility has always been clean, the staff friendly, and I trust that we will always be seen with our dog’s best interests in mind at all times. Thank you for your great service! The whole process was great. The Veternarian took time to answer questions and deep dive further with questions. She explained all the options and recommendations for care. We took her recommendation and the tests identified both issues we were not aware about and overall health. I am definitely coming back!

Love it here! Friendly front staff helped sort through our records to ensure accurate vaccinations for both of our dogs. Dr.Andersen was friendly, professional, listened to our concerns, and helped diagnose a food allergy for one of our dogs. They also made sure we had prescriptions done for heart worm protection so we can order online through their pharmacy. Highly recommend!!

My dog developed a nasty ear infection over the weekend. We were able to get an appointment at Vetco and get her on meds. Things would have been so much worse if we had to wait to get into our regular vet during the week.. The staff was so caring and kind and very knowledgable. I am thankful for their service.

Drove up from Greeley as they didn't have a doctor on staff on Saturday in Greeley. Service was excellent & the Doctor was very knowledgeable & helped my cat tremendously! Worth the drive! Absolutely 5 stars!

Always helpful and available. Took both my dogs there when the regular vet couldn't see them right away and, because I'm a vital care member, one visit was super cheap and the other was free. Highly recommend.

We're visiting from bay area, CA and our dog, Goku suddenly started having hind leg pain and has been limping. We were really worried as this was a dog who was super active till the day we left bay area. We took him here and Dr. Andersen examined him thoroughly plus answered all our questions very patiently. We did go to another vet earlier but were brushed off so this care was very welcome and a relief. The front desk staff is so pleasant and helpful. Also Thrive is quite nominal compared to other places. Dr. Andersen put us at ease with his meticulous approach and knowledge. A big thank you to the team from us and Goku 🐶🐾🐾

First time bringing my dogs here after the Greeley ones doctor was out (where we usually go) was very disappointed with the behavior of the doctor and how they handled the energy of my two pups compared to the Greeley thrive. Was also upset because we pay thrive plus and they told us one dog had debris and was causing irritation in ear and didn’t even offer to clean the ear and was willing to let my pup leave with the debris. We had to ask which is disappointing. Won’t be back to this location.

Spend the extra $$ at a full service vet!!!! Not worth it here.The vets are contracted out— very hit or miss. One vet completely stepped over the line in giving my baby a vaccine she never had. She has only ever had ONE year rabies vaccines and this year, they didn’t consult me or anything and gave her a THREE year one. That just makes me nervous especially since they didn’t say anything. Then writes a prescription for a HW medicine she has never been on. WHY WOULD THEY CHANGE IT? Now I can’t get it filled without another appointment, which isn’t available for 2 weeks…….. issue after issue with this. Never again.
