This Home Depot is the superior FoCo location. I’ve gone into both locations over 50 times in a year, and I will now only go to this location for multiple reasons.Specialty products inventory. They always have plenty of bulk standard fasteners and hardware in stock.Product variety. I can always find other unique products here that the other store doesn’t carry. Multiple items like precut 6’x8’ outdoor carpet, specialty drywall screws, unique brackets for projects - they always have a larger selection.Tool selection. I can think of 4 times i went to the other location for a tool the website said was in stock, or a tool accessory that was “in stock” - but it wasn’t. I ended up coming here, and every time, they have multiple of what I’m looking for in stock.Service. The employees here are awesome. Everybody is super helpful when looking for a product or if you need something out of a cabinet.I will be exclusively coming to this location from now on, it’s just nice to know they’ll have what you need 99% of the time compared to 50% of the time like the other location.

Horribly managed, and incredibly understaffed. Went here to get a 24 pack of the imported glass bottle cokes. It was limited stock so it was unavailable for pickup but it was listed as 2 in stock. The cashier I talked to, to help find them was very helpful but he couldn’t leave his register and couldn’t get anyone in the store to help me. No one responded to his call over the intercom and not even a manager bothered to show up and help. I understand other workers are too busy but management clearly couldn’t care less about the customers. Hire more workers to help customers or help them yourselves but this is ridiculously unprofessional. In the end I was basically told that I either couldn’t get them or would have to pay for shipping. Will not be coming back ever

We’ve been back and forth to this store during the last week while working on a home plumbing project. During the most recent visit we were helped by Bailey who took the time to work through this project with us and help us select the correct parts. Bailey was super knowledgeable and helped us find everything week needed quickly. Awesome customer service. Thanks, Bailey!

This Home Depot is hit or miss with customer service for the most part but today will be the last time I shop at this store. Was in the paint department and looking for a specific can with my mother and my mom stepped on the first step of a ladder to see better. I understand that wasn't allowed obviously but the reaction from an employee with black and pink hair was completely over the top. Genuinely thought she was talking to a dog at first since she yelled 'get down from there!' The second time she yelled that down the isle the only thing missing was a dog whistle and her snapping her fingers. My mother was on one step and got off. There was also no need for her to loudly gossip with her coworker about customers and ladders. This kid needs to learn about customer service and how to treat older customers as well. Been going to this home Depot since it was built, absolutely will never again. Customers are not dogs and should not be treated as such. This specific employee was also mentioned in another 1 star review.

I've been here more times than I'd like to think about over the past 17 years. Until a recent tragic passing of their master plumber, I'd come to HD for all my plumbing questions. Considered giving a 5 star, but they definitely have a few employees lacking in knowledge (which is understandable). However, most of the employees I've dealt with are really nice and try to help as much as they can. Personally, I'd rather go here instead of Lowes, who tacks on additional tax charges and don't have as nice of employees.

I had some great help from a fantastic and inspiring employee named April. The store was clean and organized, but not totally accurate to the signs on the isles. Thankfully there were a ton of helpful employees everywhere like hailing for a cab in NYC. The prices were also notably higher than competitors. They do not have Apple Pay which I was unable to purchase anything from the store, so that probably cost the store $30-$40 in employee time to both spend so long helping me find everything due to the mislabeled isles, and also put everything back that I didn’t purchase. Over all besides the amazing customer service, 2 stars is accurate.

We went into Home Depot with a very specific problem, and Bailey’s assistance was invaluable. Without his help, we probably would have given up and left the store without buying anything. It makes a big difference when the employees care about solving your problem.

Jeremy in the tool rental department is the G.O.A.T . His costumer service was above and beyond and my husband and I were SO grateful for all his help! Great attitude and sense of humor too.

I highly recommend going to this location of Home Depot especially for tool rental, Sophia the customer service helper back there she is great and knows what she is talking about.. she's very professional and understanding. Again I say that this location is the one to go to..

Needed a skid-steer loader to do some grading on my driveway. Home Depot had two available at a good overnight rate. Friendly, helpful staff. Saved hundreds and hundreds by doing the job myself thanks to the Home Depot equipment rental program.

Who doesn't love and Home Depot that has everything and anything for home improvement.Lots of staff in the store and will escort you to help you find the right products.They also have kitchen appliances, refrigerators and a ton of plants. Other businesses are in this mall as well.

As far as products go, it's everything you'd expect from a typical chain home improvement store.It's the employees and management that makes this store better than the others. I had an excellent experience and was treated very well by everyone we interacted with.I observed staff treating people with disabilities very professionally.

Honestly, I don’t even know where to start. Our carpet buying experience was the most stressful home renovation project we’ve had and we’ve done many.We had our measurement scheduled on Oct. 14. I went into the store a day or two before to pick out samples, but I had a good idea of what I wanted so I wasn’t stressed that the measure was coming up.I was greeted with rude remarks from the carpet sales that I needed to order samples as they weren’t in store anymore. I asked if the other HD store in town had them, but was told she had no idea. I ended up asking if I could take a board home and ordered some samples, but felt very much like it was an inconvenience for the store employee.The measurement person came on Oct. 14 and was friendly. I received a text message that afternoon with all of the details and said we could place our order via the text. Since we had installed carpet in our newly finished basement less than a year prior, I didn’t hesitate in placing a nearly $8k order for carpet for our entire upstairs. I placed the order and waited for my email receipt (the text website link said I would receive the email confirmation shortly).Hours went by and no email. I called my bank and they said they didn’t see anything from HD on their end, but said to give it until Monday since it was a Saturday.Monday the 16th came and I started calling my bank and HD. I was hung up on MANY times by HD. My bank said they saw nothing from HD on their end. After speaking to at least a half dozen HD employees and spending over 8 hours between my bank and HD, I finally spoke with a representative that informed me HD had a new system and she was going to have to manually recreate my order to get it to process correctly. It took her nearly an hour to complete this.Finally I received email confirmation of our order and thought that was the end of our drama. Oh how I was wrong.A few days later I received a call from a nice lady at HOM Solutions wanting to go over the details of our project. She said there was a glitch on HD’s side so she couldn’t schedule install, but she old reach out to Megan from HD and get it squared away.The rest of the week passed and no call from anyone. I spoke with HOM Solutions the following week and she said she was STILL waiting on a call from Megan to get it squared away. She provided me with Megan’s extension and asked if I wanted to personally reach out. I said yes and thanked her.I called Megan but was instead greeted rather rudely by Maria instead. I explained the situation and she told me she would look into it and give me a call. I believe this was Thursday, Oct 26. When 24 hours had passed with no phone call, I called again. Maria asked for my name, said “Ohhhhhhh B****** C*******! Yeah, you’re on our list done worry!” She had the most sarcastic and rude tone I’ve heard. I explained I needed this dealt with and needed to speak to someone. She told me someone would call me. Go figure, she didn’t.The following week I reached out to HOM solutions again and was told she would keep trying HD. At this point I was told they were unable to locate my carpet.After speaking with HOM Solutions again as well as HD, I basically got nowhere.Finally on Nov 2, I left work early to go into the store. I spoke with Francie who assured me she would look into the issue. Thankfully she did. They were able to see on Nov 3 that our carpet was delivered to the store instead of the warehouse.HOM solutions called very late on Friday afternoon and asked if we could install the next Monday morning. Unfortunately we were not home that day so it wouldn’t work for us.I asked if I could go see the carpet at HD to ensure it was the correct carpet. HD was annoyed, but they did pull the carpet for us to see and, thankfully, it was what we had ordered.After giving a handful of dates that we were available to install, HOM Solutions reluctantly agreed to Monday, Nov 13.I’m out or characters and can’t give my full review. I’m sure HD won’t reach out to hear the rest.

The woman in pain with pink bangs saw me waiting for paint. Chatting with others, not informing me paint was done. After 20 mins, I finally ask if my paint is ready. Yup. It was, she just enjoyed seeing me wait. Lousy service.

we are going to find a new place to do our home improvement shopping. Three different online orders with problems throughout including extreme delays and home Depot cancelling our order without us knowing. This last order we picked up we got home and took the lawn mower out of the box and guess what? It is used and I am not disassembling it and taking it back to the damn store. I refuse to go back there ever again. and they even re-taped the box like it was brand new. No way this was an accident. And this is not the first time we have received used items from home Depot. Too bad they don't answer the phone so that they could make this right.

The loading/vip truck area is an accident waiting to happen!!Every time we buy items to be loaded or just walk out of this entrance/exit, you have to have eyes in the back of your head to avoid the vehicles that dont pay attention when pulling in and out of this area. No regard for other vehicles or pedestrians. Would be great if a competent manager could stop allowing the vip parking that takes up the whole area. Its just a matter of time till there is a bad accident here, or worse. Even the "kids" who work there agree it is very bad. Shame on you Home Depot. Customers - you have been warned.

We were returning an item but the scanner wouldn't scan correctly and the cashier was not going to give us refund until I pointed a second UPC code on the other side of the box. So check your boxes if the scanner is not working properly. Otherwise the store was nice, associates were friendly.

Forrest is the MAN! Always love this store! Friendly and helpful staff and always stocked. Came in late to grab something before the holiday weekend. 10mins before closing isn’t the best time to walk into any retail store…and I probably should have done this errand sooner but hey. Anyways Forrest was doing his closing duties and saw meLooking like I needed help (I did). Closing or not he took me around the store to help me find exactly what I needed, when I didn’t totally know what I needed. Saved me a few bucks too. Was as helpful to me as if I was his first customer of the day when I was in fact the last. Got outta there just a few minutes before closing too! Great guy! Great store! He needs a raise!
