We took our Bernedoodle here for the first time today and even though it was a bit higher in price than our last groomer, Tillie turned out so cute. You could tell they really took their time with her. She had missed her last appointment because we moved and was extra hairy. I showed the groomer the photo of what I wanted her to look like and it was perfect. Very nice and clean environment! We will be back for sure!

I have been using Dog Pawlour since I adopted my dog. They’re always wonderful and kind. I took him one other place where they had a discount for the first service and they said my dog wouldn’t let them go near his feet, he is a little touchy about his feet but the groomers at the Dog Pawlour have never had an issue with him. He always comes out gorgeous and well loved! They have a great selection of toys, treats, and accessories available, I almost always buy something extra when I’m in there. The self wash stations are clean and well stocked, the staff is always amazing, my only complaint is that it’s hard to get through to them on the phone. I usually stop in to make an appointment when I get my dogs nails trimmed in between appointments. I will be getting a puppy soon and am excited to get them in ASAP to start desensitizing and familiarizing them with the grooming process and team!

I just moved to Fort Collins and my Shih tzu was overdue for a groom. I liked the price and online page of this facility. I think it’s possible the groomer I got to groom my dog was new, regardless I am not pleased. His fur is uneven and his ears are ridiculously short. I will keep looking for a good low budget groomer.

First time in and it was a pleasant experience. Our Toby gets a bit of anxious energy at places like this and he seemed to do great. Nice staff, cool little snack bar for dog treats and clean establishment. We will be back again.

Fantastic! I have a rescue dog who is terrified of most people and it's been challenging getting her groomed consistently. She did great, they were amazing and I'm so happy we finally have a regular place for her to go! I highly recommend the Dog Pawlour midtown.

My pup was less to than 2 weeks out of the shelter, pretty skittish, somewhat under socialized and the Dog Pawlour folks were great with him. Olivia was very patient with me in trying to work Theo into their busy schedule. Jessica transformed him into the most handsome of pups. Nothing but good things to say.

Love this place and the people! They always treat my dog great. I would've given 5 stars, but I just wish they had a grooming package that was a little cheaper for my short-haired Rhodesian Ridgeback. We don't take her for grooming often because of the cost. We use their walk-in nail trim service regularly and love it. The nail trim is super quick, and low stress for her and myself! If I do her nails at home, we both end up frustrated. I highly recommend their $15 nail trims. But I would definitely take her in for grooming more if there was a cheaper "quick bath for short haired dogs" sort of package.

We brought our pup here for his first grooming and had a pretty good experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. The groomer Jill did a good job. We had one concern after the appointment, but they were quick to address it and make it right. We plan to come back here next time our pup needs a grooming.

I have been taking my precious little pup, Pluto, to daycare and for grooming for 7 years and he absolutely loves it. They are treat him like he is their own and they plan lots of activities to keep the pups engaged. The team are all very kind and caring. I highly recommend Dog Pawlour!

Highly recommend as the self dog wash stations have easy ramps, giant basins, highly efficient blow dryers, and provided shampoo/conditioner/brushes/etc (though we bring our own shampoo with no issues). The customer service is exceptional and our 13 year-old cattle dog is always happy and extra clean after his bath - all for only $20! Thank you Dog Pawlour for offering a wonderful service!

We have gone to the Dog Pawlour for our pup, Hank’s haircut twice now. Each time they have done a great job with his cut! Staff is friendly and professional and Hank always seems so happy afterwards.

There are the most professional, kindest, and hard working people at this location. It was my first experience. It was so clean and it went so well. I will be going back and I did tell my friends and family about it. This was so convenient since we have a black lab and she has so much hair. And it gets everywhere. I loooved the cucumber facial they offered. They dremmeled her nails which are thick and black.

I have been a customer of the Dog Pawlour for a bit with my past three dogs. I called them today to see if I could do a walk-in nail trim. They absolutely had time for me, it's inexpensive, and we are in and out, both dog and I very happy! The staff are always very friendly and interested in my dog's well-being! And the prices are very reasonable compared to groomers at big box stores! ❤️

Amazing place! The groomers the Director the customer service I swear I was super impressed! My dog smelled amazing and they took such great care of him! They have a treat bar they have cool products and super knowledgeable more so than the vet or pet store. We will back every couple months fromNow on! Amazing experience 5 stars hands down!

“Loving care” is how I would describe my shishon’s grooming experience with Allie. He was left fearful and skittish from a previous grooming. Allie took time to establish trust and gave a him lovely bath and trim. I took a dog who was shaking from the time we left home, and was peaceful and at ease when I picked him up. Thank you!

They charged 30% more than originally quoted because my 20lb dog was being difficult to work with and never said anything about the extra charges. I learned it after logging into my account and see the receipt. My dogs have been many groomers and never had any issues unless they’re extremely stressed either so it was surprising to see such sharp increase without notice. Otherwise they look clean and good.

The team did such a great job with my puppy! It was her first grooming experience and we had gotten behind with brushing due to surgical restrictions. They were extremely patient, gave her plenty of breaks to keep her comfortable and communicated well about the entire process. My baby came home looking and smelling wonderful and feeling much more comfortable!

My cat had his first spa day here and they did a fabulous job getting some pretty nasty mats out of his fur, a bath and nail trim. He was so happy when I picked him up! ( I thought he might pout but he didn’t). I was so relieved to have him feeling better. He now has a standing appointment every 12 weeks! Highly recommend the Dog Pawlor!!!

Do not come here! They cut part of the tip of my dogs tail off didn’t say anything and it was definitely bleeding and he would’ve yelped. Scab proves that he was bleeding and he has a white tail. He also had a cut on his foot. Again nothing was mentioned. I noticed his tail looked shorter on our walk. We are at urgent care now, but nothing can take back the fact they cut his actual tail! I feel helpless and like I should have never took him in the first place. I would post an up close picture but the pup is in so much pain I can’t get one

We have been bringing our golden doodle to the Dog Pawlour for several years. Our groomer is Jessica. Recently we made the mistake of trying to groom the dog ourselves. It was a mess, was very incomplete, and looked terrible. So we brought the dog in again to see Jessica, and gave her a big tip because we now know it’s a screamin deal to drop the dog off and for a few bucks get her back looking good and trimmed. WELL worth the money. People at the Dog Pawlour are nothing but pleasant to interact with. We will be going there as long as we have a doodle! Thank you Dog Pawlour and Jessica!

A great job of shampooing our older dog. He looked good and the loose hair was gone. He also did not seem as fatigued as he had been at the groomer we used previously. Since he is an older dog that is important to us. We have already scheduled another appointment.

Perfect set up for self dog wash! Makes bathing my big hairy pup so much easier. The raised tub saves my back & the water hose has great adjustment and various settings. They provide shampoo, conditioner, gentle face wash, brushes, & towels for my pup, and a water proof apron for me. I just wish the hair drier was not so noisy or had some adjustment to the high power. (My dog is terrified of it, so we don't try to use it any more. )

Today was the first time I took my dog to this groomer. My dog is a poodle shih tzu mix. The groomer did an amazing job. I will continue to bring her here for maintenance of her poodle hair. The third picture is the before:)
