This store continues to astound me at how awesome much of the staff is. Scott in the Butcher Shop is just outstanding at customer care - with recommendations and information that is so helpful. There are 3 Sprouts closer to me than this location - but I love their meat section, as it's so organized, clean and bright - plus Scott is so kind and friendly to be available for any questions. Christine at the self checkout is a bright light for sure with the customers - she is very efficient and quick to help yet so friendly always.

I there a few weeks ago. A nice gentleman greeted me as I entered the store. That was very very nice. He had long hair and Asian. I did my shopping when headed to the cashier's line. Low and behold that pleasant young man again. Sometimes it's all about the simple things: "A good afternoon and how can I be of assistance to you". Thank you sir for putting a smile of my face.

Although I appreciate the natural approach, I’m also realistic. Items are a little overpriced and I definitely did not expect to open my “Sprouts” brand ice cream, gelato, to have zero barrier between the ice cream and the screw top lid? I paid $9 for this ice cream so I’m definitely eating it….but in case I’m not alive tomorrow or develop some bizarre disease in the future, I want that to be known. Didn’t look poked or previously licked but ew! Thank goodness I am not a complete germaphobe and count on some germs to help me. But yikes. Rolling dice here! That’s just super weird to me to sell a product without a seal. I won’t be back or recommend. I’ll stick to my known Trader Joe’s!

My absolute favorite grocery store! Wish you were in Hawaii. Spent $300 today and it was like an " experience!" This was my first time shopping in months because I dread it but Sprouts makes it a fun experience even finding some excellent deals!

Went into Sprouts this evening for a few things. I couldn’t find an item which was okay. I was trying to find it on the screen the cashier Holly rudely moved the screen while I was looking at it to input the number. She wasn’t very nice to me at all. Really disappointed.

I go here for their post office option. I've been working with those women for over 10 years now and they are hands down some of the most amazing people I have ever met here in fort collins. Skip the main post office and give these gals your business

Employees are friendly. Deli is great. Bulk foods is always very clean and produce is the freshest. Love the yogurt selection and meat. Best salmon. And you carry marrow bones. No sliders in bread section, otherwise great. Great brioche selection

Second time I've come into this store within a month and they've overcharged me. Once they charged me for artichokes when I purchased parsnips and owed me $9. Today they did the incorrect tare weight on my bulk spices and charged me an additional $20! Check your receipt folks!!!

This is a very clean store and I prefer it to whole foods. This trip I was there for a bag of lemons and they are the best and sweetest lemons available in Northern Colorado.

Went there mainly to get chicken and fish. The guy behind the meat counter was bright and cheerful. He had the "can do" attitude that I really appreciate and that missing on so much of customer service today. He went out of his way to help us in fulfilling our order and made helpful suggestions along the way. I only wish that I had gotten his name as this is the model service that every business wishes for.

The past couple of times, I've bought organic fruit from either location in Fort collins. The fruit has tasted funky, and now I've spent my Sunday wirh food poison from the strawberries I have consumed.

Has always been my go-to store particularly when I need groceries after work. This afternoon I stopped to shop - went to check out and one by one 'closed' signs appear on all of the checkout stations. This is before 5 o'clock mind you. Everyone was forced to go through self check out. The cashiers that weren't terribly friendly about their station now being closed were standing about chatting or leaving the store. If I have to cashier my own groceries and bag them then I absolutely expect there to be a reduction in the price of groceries overall. If this happens to me again, I'll find another grocery store to frequent.

Great store but overall most of my interactions with the staff have been quite unpleasant. My last visit, I went to check out but the cashier said they were closing and sent me to self checkout while she stood there and talked to two other employees. I had no reason not to believe her so I was not upset and got in self checkout line. I turn around and they immediately help somebody else. I have no explanation for this, this is not my only very strange encounter here but I’ve had enough uncomfortable encounters where I felt like I was bothering the employees that I had to leave this review. I tried not too because some of the staff are quite friendly and professional. But some have left me frankly feeling unwelcome in the store.

Double-check that you're getting any discounts advertised. I find most often sales are not applied with frozen meats. Multiple times in the past 3 weeks I've had to request credit for meats listed on sale but ringing up the regular price. The produce is plentiful, varied, and good, but in my experience has a shorter lifespan than that found in a larger chain grocery store. I trust the produce at sprouts.

The mark down rack at our local sprouts grocery store in the last year has been remarkably poorly labeled. I have no idea what the prices on a bunch of stuff are and I'm reluctant to select things that aren't marked. I am sure that the labor it takes to do that is nominal and frankly it's justre another reason not to shop there.I like the store and shop there alot. But I'll wind up shopping there less or at another store eventually. Please tend to it like it's actually a part of a store you're proud of.

I especially appreciate the wide variety of fresh produce that Sprouts offers. They have everything from organic fruits and vegetables to local and seasonal items. I also like that they have a large selection of healthy snacks and prepared foods.One thing I'd like to mention is the USPS service at Sprouts. The staff is always happy to help me with my packages and they make the process very easy.

I love the bulk selection! There’s also a sizable non-dairy section with milks, creamers and cheeses. Wish the frozen fruit and veggie selection was larger.
