They do not have Deli staff. Three separate times I have tried to get service at the Deli and all three times I waited over 10 minutes. All three times I politely asked a manager for assistance, and they just shrugged and turned away.

To all humans living paycheck to pay check. I went into this safe way needing juice for lunch and beef broth for a dinner I was making for my 4 children. I knew that between my two cards I had enough. Not only would the lady not help me by splitting the payment and shaming me she ended the conversation with I guess the money isn’t there and you don’t have it!!! I was mortified! She was horrible! But on top that I went to Walmart and received both items with amazing customer service support and split payment!!!

I honestly love this Safeway. It’s my neighborhood Safeway and it’s been nice recognizing the same smiling faces. Staff is always friendly willing to help with the occasional “where would this be?”What really made me write this review was the floral department. These beautiful flowers lasted me a little over 4 weeks. Remaining beautiful and bright the whole way through. I bought this bouquet spontaneously on a bike ride to Safeway so they were handled roughly on the way home as well and still lasted. I’m just impressed. I’ll definitely be buying flowers here again.Pricing: the baby’s breath was maybe $5 and arrangement was $10So not bad at all.

I hate leaving bad reviews/honestly reviews at all. I ordered driveup and go as I hate going inside grocery stores. I waited outside for an hour. I tried calling, I reached out to online support (which is useless, I took screenshots because it’s almost funny how unbelievable it was). Eventually I went inside the store, which defeats the whole purpose of the service, and asked a manager if my order actually existed. After an hour, my order was finally brought out without a single apology or anything. Will NEVER order this service again after this experience, Walmart does it better and I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes there, let alone an hour.

Nothing..Unfortunately the new Manager (Camden I think) needs some serious lessons in customer service! Very disappointed!

Sad to see, I for the second time have purchased meat here that was already spoiled.The first time it was chicken, I had purchased 4 separate cases and every single one was spoiled. Had to throw it all away, and probably lost out on $30. I tried to write it off as a fluke but definitely kept it in the back of my mind.On New Years Eve my husband out of desperation, ended up stopping here to pick up some steaks for us. The steaks had been packaged THAT DAY and upon opening were completely rancid smelling and brown everywhere that was covered by the packaging. It immediately stunk up the house thats how bad. The fact that someone had package the meat THAT DAY is absurd and a major health risk.That unfortunately was the breaking point for me and I decided this time I would return the meat and not lose out on another $30 the associate was kind enough to help me with my issue but when I tried to express concern about the meat department and asked if there was someone that could be informed that there might be an issue and have it looked into, she said and I quote “It’s just a hit or miss sometimes thats why we have the 30 day guarantee” and I was dumbfounded. So you have the guarantee because your regularly giving people rotten meat? It just did not seem like the appropriate response for a serious health hazard..You guys could seriously kill someone. This is a major health hazard. If someone with a lowered immune system that didn’t know much about meat or how it should look or smell, could have cooked and eaten those steaks and thought it was fine because may I reiterate IT WAS PACKAGED THAT DAY.It’s a bummer, this store has other this going for it, I often find products here that I can’t find elsewhere and I for the most part have had fabulous experiences with the associates, multiple times they have been so kind and friendly they make me want to come back but I can’t put my families health at risk.I also agree with other reviewers, its not only the meat that is going bad but most of the produce is not nearly as fresh in comparison to other stores in town. Especially for the price.I have lived here all my life and growing up Safeway was the place my whole family got there meat. So I am sad to see had bad it has gotten. we recently moved into our first home down the street from this Safeway and I was hoping to make this our regular grocery store but unfortunately with all these issues we will be avoiding this store.

No longer giving service to this store or brand as they treat their employees deplorably. Anti trans & Ableism is running rampant through the fresh cuts produce department and store managers are part of the hate. The head store manager has been made aware of illegal firings & Oppression and no action has been taken. We typically spend close to 20k a year here but no more. The one on Drake has great employee relationships so go there if need be.

Stop locking the west door! The east entrance forces people to walk by bums outside the liquor store. Locking the door is probably a fire safety violation. The building wasn’t designed for half the doors to be used.You need a checker in the evening whenever the store is open. I’m not doing self check out, I don’t work here. Self-checkout eliminates jobs. Tonight 3 young men working there watched me check my items. They should be the ones doing it. Sorry, not sorry if i didn’t ring something up correctly, whoops!

This Safeway is more busy than most other locations. The store is kept clean and well stocked. I also like the way the store is following the current COVID-19 rules for safety. Although sometimes long lines form and distancing is harder to follow. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The shopping environment is a nice one.

And I really like safeway, They have good deals on all the things that you need. Nowadays, everything in all grocery stores are about the same price.And it's just become that way.Since Covid. They have good prices on their meats. They have great produce, and their deli is awesome bakery as well. I like it cause they're more laid band very helpful and friendly. Id refer them Safewayto anyone/everyone.

Just tried to get my prescription and there was a lunch sign out and lights were off. I miss when Derek was running the counter and the hours of operation meant something. I guess I’ll have to come back again in this cold.

I have been shopping at this Safeway for years. So long in fact that most of the staff know by name witch makes for a more personal experience. I usually check out with Miss Lisa and she is so nice. I use a store gift card and I refill in often. The mangers let me us a check to fill it witch is usually isn't allowed.

Our neighborhood Safeway is full of good things! And it is so close, too. In fact, I am blessed to have multiple grocery stores nearby, making it easy to pick up those little odds and ends I sometimes need.

They have a fantastic selection of fresh produce but pretty limited options on everything else. Their prices are also extremely high when compared to other grocery stores in the area but Safeway has always been inexplicably expensive compared to everyone else. If you use their membership, app, coupons and shop smartly you can balance out the otherwise crazy prices. Staff are also very friendly; you rarely run into an employee that obviously doesn't care about their job or customer service.I normally shop elsewhere because of the prices but again, if you shop smartly, this place is easily affordable, you just can't go in without a list or plan or you WILL overpay for just about everything. 👍

Staff are always friendly but the store is very outdated and my grandma almost fell, over by the deli due to the floor not being level. Floors REALLY need to be deep cleaned or just a whole store remodel is needed.

Was in Ft.Collins for the day. Live 30 miles away. The store was clean. The Lettuce and spinach and other like items are fresh. Other veggies look really good to. Good deal on chicken. Lately I have not seen much fresh produce. The store has much better quality to choose from. Found every thing I needed and more. The employees were friendly and helpful. I will be returning 🤗

This safeway is the worst. There pharmacy is notoriously awful. Known to the community as Gingervitus. The shut down one side of the store like they can't handle maintaining an automatic door. On top of that they shut down the side on the opposite side of Christian fried chicken. As if parking on the chic fil a side with its line pouring into college makes any sense. Prices suck too!

This store is older and could use some updating, but the thing that really impresses me is the customer service. I was picking up a few things last night around 8pm and disappointed that one thing I needed didn't appear to be in stock. I was at the self-checkout and an employee greeted me and asked if I'd found everything I needed (a pleasant surprise at self-checkout, they usually just ignore you at other stores), and I told her I'd found "everything but one item". She asked what it was and helped me find it at a location in the store that I hadn't seen. I was so grateful, saved me a trip to another store and valuable time. I wish I'd gotten her name, but just wanted to thank her again for her concern and effort. Probably not a big deal to her, but it was for me.

Store seems to have their employees scared of doing anything natural. They seem to be scared and they act robotic, accordingly. Some of the staff seem like really great people. I've shopped here since 1985. Nervous, shell-shocked employees have to be a product of problematic, systemic management.

Limited kinds of items and prices are alit higher than other places but it's extremely helpful because it's right across the road when I need an item and dont want to deal with the bus system. I'm thankful that they are very polite and they respect my rights to have my service dog along with me without demanding information that the Ada says I do t have to give. That really makes me feel welcomed and doesn't make me feel like I'm gonna be confronted with things that are against my rights. Ty Safeway employees for making me feel welcomed and accepted even with all my health issues I give a high rating for that kind of service so again ty

As a regular at Kroger I don't get in too much but that is about to change. The deli was amazing. We had the Waldorf salad and I am coming back for more. I would have photos but I ate it too fast. We will be returning.

This store has a good selection of food and it's a nice size to be a quicker trip. However the last 3 times I have been there (over 6 months apart) I noticed something very off putting. There are about 3 aisles in the front half of the store that smell extremely terrible either there is a sewage leak or dead animal somewhere. It concerns me about the quality of cleanliness and the food. Honestly its prettily disturbing and I hope it can get taken care of so we can come back.

The shopping experience at this location is terrible. The meat counter closes at 5 pm. There are no shopping baskets. An employee told me that the baskets were stolen. It’s been 6 months, buy new baskets already.

Comes off as a discount grocery but is overpriced. The only thing that should put this place above a Walnmart or target is the deli counter; or at least it would be if the deli wasn't closed literally every single time I've gone. Just go to target or trader Joe's and save money and better quality for about the same price.

I don’t think I will ever return to this location. I never preferred to go here for produce as it is not the freshest. But the other night I could not find a single bell pepper that did not contain white or green mold. Some had black pit mold spots. Same with their jalapeños. I was so disgusted I put all of my produce back. This is unacceptable.

Nice store, very clean. Great selection. I plan to shop here regularly opposed to the Safeway on Harmony. Only complaint was that there was only one cash register open and there was a wait at self checkout.

Was fortunate to find Quick'N Eat fully cooked Angus beef patties! Both Costco & Sam's are carrying them! Also Deep potato and peas Samosas you can air fry or bake. Nice store for cut fruit too!

This store is fine. You aren't going to find a great selection but you'll find the necessities. I generally go here when I need to pick something up quickly and it's a standard/staple grocery item.
