Clean store, easy to get in and out of. Very quiet considering it's right off Harmony. I don't think a lot of people think to come here, but it's a good choice for a quick in and out of the grocery store. I've been here a few times and it's always this way. They have quite a bit of a selection but I haven't priced compared with other grocers in the area.

This store and location is the latest opened supermarket in town I believe. Currently it closes at 12 midnight on non-holidays. The staff is helpful. Be sure to sign up for their discount card which can be pulled up for savings using the on-file phone number. Sign up with the app to save more on occasional Digital Deals. The store offers parking lot order pickups and also food delivery through the Safeway website.Bad reviews? People complain but don't mention the story fairly or only from their point of view? Sorry if bad things do happen. I've been shopping here on and off for 22 years.Everyone has their own quirks and bad days. A cashier not greeting them a customer and what they themselves are dealing with especially these days.. shop wherever you want and feel welcomed. Management is responsive as far as I can tell. These workers and this location seem fine. Shop on.

I went to this Safeway because I was staying atA hotel picked up this tray from the deli that looked like italian sliders made on dinner rolls and a cake plus the new Funyuns! Everything was so delicious. Everyone praised the sliders? They had a hint of olive oil and oregano ? So good!! I am from Laramie, Wyoming and I have never seen them made their. Please have them make some . The Chocolate cake was amazing well?! Thank you for making such fresh and tasty food? Vickie Lynn

People have been complaining about Safeway not giving the discount at the register for coupons. I have another issue so today the store on Harmony was packed and they only had one checker. There was a man in front of me with a full basket and for people with baskets behind me. He pulls out his phone and showing the checker pictures of his grandkids. She stops her checking and looks at his pictures and starts a long conversation with him. He looks at us and thinks that we should also look at his photos. Not. Everyone is not happy with the situation and the manager is standing there watching. One lady tells the manager that he needs more checkers and he says that they are all on break. Just plain rude.

They were out of a few things I needed. However, the head clerk Niq was very helpful & pleasant 4 different times for us throughout this store! He deserves a raise at the very least! 😀

Not sure what the point of posting hours is if you don't follow them. Some of us don't get off work until closer to close, thanks for making me waste a trip over doors weren't even shut close to close I got there 11 mins before close doors were locked and lights off. FAIL

This is not the review about this store. This is about one of their products. Bought their regular organic milk from this store and I saw brown material at the bottom. I took that one to the store to ask the store to analyze the material by sending it to the corresponding QC department. The response I got from the store manager, contacted the corporate office with the issue and gave me their customer service number. I try to point to her if there is a contaminant in their milk they should analyze it as there are bottles from the same batch on some of their shelves and people are still buying that contaminated milk. But it seemed they don't care. I called their customer service and they said they will provide me credit for that milk. I said I don't need credit. I want them to analyze the contaminants and stop selling the batch if it is harmful. I asked her if she could forward my call to QC and she transferred my call to some non-existent extension. You can see the attached picture. Stay away to buy the products that you can't visually see. The store should be proactive to look into the matter seriously. At the end of the day you are selling contaminated products and the customers are consuming them without knowing.

I shop here all the time. it is a great place to pop in and grab stuff without dealing with the King Soopers fracas. The staff is very helpful and friendly and even attempts to learn your name if you are a regular. Thanks for making me feel like a part of the community!

I only do pickup because I am disabled, but the pickup staff has always been great. I used to always shop at King Soopers but they constantly forgot items from my orders so I started going to Safeway instead. Almost never have issues here and don't have to deal with so much hassle. Pickup staff is also always very friendly.

I have been to the store twice and both the times I had to wait for 10 mints for the employee to get what I wanted not because he was busy working because he was busy talking .He was nicely chatting away with another customer as if they are at a party trying to socialize and I did bring it to the attention of one of the employees and she just brushed it aside as if it's a normal thing. I wonder if that's their work culture or they are too afraid to cofront him. Anyways I don't see myself shopping there anymore . Bring in someone who actually likes to work and not waste our time. Oh and by the way his name is Riq atleast that's what it said on his tag.

Worst grocery store on the planet every single time I go there I end up grabbing two loafs of bread cause they're 2.99 with card and every single time I get charged 4.99 at the register after using my card. Then it's completely pointless ask for help cause the employees are completely incapable of doing anything. This place makes me sick and I hope the close it down.

I understand the prices of groceries have risen through out the country. Demand is high and supply is low. This review has nothing to do with prices. My wife and I came into your store today for our weekly shopping. Produce looked great! We went to the meat department to purchase protein for the meals we have planned. Waited at the meat and seafood fresh case for 10 minutes to never be asked if we need anything from the case. Chose to look else where. Walked down the meat case to continue our shopping. Selection was poor at best. Most of the case was empty for beef. Seemed overly concerned on getting out the 4 for 19.99 selections out. Dark meat, thin cut, and poor wrapping. Mind you it is 10:30 am. I have been a meat cutter for 30 years. Never was my meat case no fully stocked and ready to go by 8 AM. If this was my shop I would have fired everyone. I would be be embarrassed to be any part of that monkey show.

I am very upset with Safeway and its management. My husband purchased a $300 Safeway Gift Card for his 90 year old father for Father's Day. My father-in-law recently lost the use of his right arm during a surgery. He lives in Tucson, Arizona. He does not have or use a cell phone. When my father-in-law went down to Safeway in Tucson to use the gift card the number was somehow not reading properly. My father-in-law claimed that it was wrapped in very tight plastic and he had trouble opening the package, thus damaging the card. The card can never be used as it is damaged. Obviously, the card has not been used. The $300 will never be redeemed! I spoke to a female manager initially and she was very nice. She researched and found the original purchase and our credit card information.She gave me a "ticket number" and said we could expect a refund within 30 days. We have the proof of the purchase of the card. When I contacted Safeway Help Desk and gave them my ticket number they said that without a photo of the gift card, its packaging and the receipt there is no way they could even research this. So, apparently, because my 90 year old father-in-law does not have a cell phone or the ability to day any of the things asked we are aout $300!!! When I spoke to Gary, your store manager, he was not helpful at all. I am disgusted! To think that a large company like Safeway would not give us a refund when the card cannot be used is HORRIBLE!!! The female manager told me that the store has been having a lot of problems with the cards since they started putting them in "impossible to open" plastic. I cannot belive your team would not help us further with this matter. This is a SCAM. We will NEVER shop at Safeway again and I plan to repeat this story over and over on every platform I can. This is just big corporation theft in my opinion.

Great meat cutters! They always cut any kind of meat to our liking and are very kind. My husband is a chef and buys a ton of meat from here very often and it's always super fresh and tasty! Thanks guys!

Outstanding grocery store. Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.The pharmacy is well staffed, professional and very friendly. The store is kept well stocked ,clean and organized. Through this difficult times for all of us it’s nice to be able to feel theconfidence that this store will be there for us.This review is another one. 11/21/2022This store is amazing so clean and well stocked. They conveniently open early so if that time does occur they are there for you. My cashier Rose was so friendly and so great at 6:00 am. It’s so nice to have a nice store to shop at.Thank you to all the hard working employees and being able to deal with a real person instead of a machine, not fond of self checkout.This is a great location on Harmony and will continue to be my goto store.

Really disappointed with the cake we got. There are a ton of different ways the writing could've and should've been placed so it doesn't obstruct HALF the image. Clearly your bakery people either have no common sense of they just don't care. I will not be getting a custom cake from here again.

Really enjoy how everybody else during the day the store is a very confident in knowing employee but once you get to the nighttime crew it’s like the heads fall straight out the bums I would say something different but I’ll keep it PG six digit google probably won’t be coming back to this Safeway anytime soon funny how certain managers can do certain things but all of a sudden manager night all these rules stipulations and obligations so super sad give it a zero but I can’t on Google

One can buy anything needed at Safeway. It’s my go to store many times a week. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. I enjoy the gas points I earn through the rewards program. Plus, they have incredible sales on products I use. Give it a try!

Store was open until midnight when there was nothing open after 11 in town. Not always the best time to go since they were trying to start stocking shelves by 1130 but it was convienent for me since I work nights, along with 100 other people a couple miles down the road off Harmony. I look forward to supporting stores that offer alternative hours for us supposedly essential workers who need late night food options in the area.

Stopped in today to have a edible image cake made and the bakery assistant did not greet me as well as just stared at me while I was trying to ask questions about having a cake made. At the end we made it through the paperwork and I gave her the image as she disappeared behind the counter and then handed me my pin back and never said that we were finished or I was good to go and just continued to do her work. Very disappointed in the customer service praying that the cake will actually be made and done properly!

This Safeway is chill and laid back. The self check out is super convenient and they always have everything stocked up, even at night if you need to shop late.

Stopped at this store for the first time ever. The shopping wasn't to bad. Store was clean and decent stock on the shelves. My issue came up when I was checking out. The bagger asked if I wanted paper. I said plastic is fine. The checker and bagger both gave me a look like I said the most heinous word ever. Then the checker said "we don't do that anymore" in a very condescending tone. I have never been to this store. I didn't know you all decided to do away with bags and charge people for PAPER bags. Maybe you need to train your employees to be less condescending and more humble towards shoppers. Their actions alone is why I will NEVER shop at this particular store again. And I will make sure everyone I know doesn't either.

Made the mistake of using their restroom. Whomever does their cleaning (or lack thereof) should be fired. I will say I do not shop at the store regularly but probably won't based on the dirty bathroom. The dirt and grime is beyond a day or two of neglect.
