Excellent staff who are genuine kind people who work there because of their love for animals. It was my first time in this store, I happened to bring my dog in with me. Give made us feel right at home and pointed us to the right direction. Prices are competitive, despite this being a LOCALLY owned business. Please support local businesses as these are the ones who truly care, and deserve the money spent on these items.

I returned to my favorite location on south College. Absolutely the best staff that engages and is professional as well. Brought my grandson and they had a conversation with him about the kitty up for adoption.Good pricing for natural treats that I purchase for clients.

Love this little store. We’ve bought our dog and cat food there for the past 17 years. The staff are friendly and attentive. The selection is great. AND they have the best reasonably priced bird feeders in town!

I really can't figure out why a couple of people gave this store one star and no explanation. While giving the stars, after touching the first star the screen changed to a review screen where you continue to add more stars and leave your review. I'm thinking there must have been a glitch with their PC or mobile and they couldn't add any more stars or give a review. I have been using this store for years and never once have I had a problem with it. They keep it clean, the staff is always very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They have a great selection of the best food, treats, toys etc. for my dog. I love this place.

Absolutely love this pet store! Everyone is always so helpful and the prices are great! I love the point system and the guarantees that are offered with some of the products. I received amazing help today by a young woman who assisted me with picking the right size harness and leash for my Dachshund! She was so very helpful! Thank you!

The ladies that work here are absolutely TOP NOTCH! Men too I'm sure, I just don't see them as often. If I'm ever feeling adventurous with my dog's food they are so knowledgeable and always have the best suggestions it's phenomenal. Always a fabulous selection of leashes, collars toys and treats! I went in the other day and one of the ladies even noticed that the limited ingredient dog food I get for one of my dogs now has a treat version with the same ingredients! I haven't been able to give her treats in YEARS! Well done ladies well done.

Great selection for my puppies. However, items are consistently priced incorrectly. It’s always a surprise at the register, high or low. Also we have never had a friendly or helpful cashier, especially if something is missed priced. Like to shop local but sometimes the hassle and cold shoulder aren’t worth it.

They're a great pet feed store,, just not my cup of tea if you will. Prices seem a little high for my liking, but I did notice that they are very big on dating and rotating their stock. This is a big plus if I start doing more business with them.

Staff are friendly but we have purchased the same dog food for almost 2 years and supposedly just bought our 9th bag? The 10th bag is free and it seems like we are on bag 14 or 15. Staff are great and love the store, but feels as though the bags aren't always counted toward the incentive program.

Great staff, large selection. Why go to PetSmart or PetCo and deal with crowds and ignorant staff? Poudre Valley has a better selection, and well-stocked, too. Prices are the same as the big box stores, if not less. Highly recommended!

I've been shopping there for several years never had a problem. Never had a problem that they couldn't help me with and today they didn't have the product I needed so they volunteered to call around and find it for me and they did! I went and got it so life is good they're good people good prices and you can't ask for better that.

These guys are always super friendly and help out whenever possible. They encourage dogs and are understanding when wittle something gets nibbled. They have some pretty awesome dogs there too. Good place to go for your pet needs.
