Super nice folks work here. Always have my dogfood of choice (which we go through quickly with our house full o' hounds). a bit pricey, but they reward their regulars with every 10th bag free. Good food is expensive food, but my guys are worth it.

Came for the dog wash and a new harness. Super excited by the selection AND the store sourced a product line from New Hampshire, at a great price and guaranteed. Bought the harness and a matching leash. Plenty of help at the store and everyone is so kind and friendly. The wash room was large and I didn't feel rushed. Will definately be back! Thank you.

This store allows aggressive store dogs to work here. Little papillon thing with cherry eyes followed me and my dogs, snipping at them as we're walking away before I had to push him away multiple times. I don't feel comfortable bringing my dogs here anymore.

Staff is super friendly and there's so much in this store! My pup and I had a great time and she got fed lots of treats and love from the staff.

The staff at Poudre Pet was friendly and helpful today. I went in to ask about raw food for my daughter's cats who will be staying with me next summer. They showed me all the options and types of food, and also said they could special order if their distributor carries the brand. The staff is very knowledgeable about pet food. I also got to pet a dog, so that was a bonus! Highly recommend this store.

Great selection of natural dog treats. But horrible service at this location. Staff too busy talking about personal problems very loudly. I had to get to work and one register did not work. Other register issues. And staff too busy interrupting with chit-chat

Didn’t appreciate the customer service. I just moved here and the dog food prices here are different compared back home. I didn’t bring enough money, immediately got judged at. Had a panic attack. That was fun.

If they don't have it, they will find out who does. They know that I buy a specific size of a specific food in a usual amount of time, and after I mentioned it to the desk once, there has always been one bag of it when I go to buy one.

Lately staff has been rude especially one clerk. Have not been as welcoming as past. There is normally a dog loose no problem but I had a retractable leash and it was locked but was told to lock it even though it was. Never even looked to see if it was but the loose dog came up to mine. But was basically accused of causing problems Never have the food that we buy on hand. Always have to go to another store or wait for an order.

Awesome local place for pet needs. We actually recently cancelled our Chewy subscription because I’d much rather support this business and their wonderful employees who are always friendly and helpful. Their return policy is great and they have tons of products to choose from. I highly recommend this place!

They have great food. The employees always were nice to me and my dog. Helped me try on snow shoes for the first time, helped me figure out how to patch my dogs feet up (she's a cattle dog and will play fetch and skid to a stop on hard ground) until her paws bleed, found that out two weeks after getting her. Oh and they sometimes have sample bags of food you can try of new brands they are bringing in. I think one or two years ago they brought Stella and chewy brand in and were giving "sample" bags and treats to every member for free (to be a member it is free). And the bags were like an 8 pound bag or a decent bag of treats. Only reason I stopped going there was because I moved out of the city.

I have been a loyal customer for 13 years, however in the past few months this store has been awful. Their computer systems are often times down. Staff failed to honor sale prices and struggled for over 15 minutes to refund my purchase and apply basic math for 20% off toys which they still couldn't achieve. I'm sorry to say I am now using an online delivery service for dog food and cat litter, free 2 day shipping and I save myself the struggle of going to such a dysfunctional shop. Small businesses need to at least have helpful and intelligent staff to survive these days and Poudre Feed has neither.

We like PP&F. They have a good selection of all the stuff you need for your pets/fur babies. On a recent visit, I asked about treats that incorporated joint health; a staff member led me to the appropriate display and gave me enough info to make a decision without pressuring me. I appreciated that.They also have reasonably priced bathing facilities. Since our dogs shed (a LOT), we like to be able to take the strain off our pipes and we like that we dont have to do the clean up.

I have been trying to find a dog food that agrees with my dogs very sensitive stomach. She has a grain allergy and it seems like, no matter what I've brought home, it just isn't the right one. I am SO grateful I stopped into the Poudre Pet & Feed Supply today and that Brianna was working! I had no idea just how much she was about to make, not only my day, but my dogs as well. She knew just about everything there was to know about dog food. I honestly had no idea there was so much that went into it. She showed me a few different options and was so patient with all my questions, taking the time to explain the ins and outs of it and she was extremely helpful in making sure I left with the right one. My dog absolutely loves her new food and it agrees with her stomach!!! My visit exceeded every expectation I had previous to walking in. Thanks for doing what you do Brianna! Your passion radiates.

I LOVE Poudre Pet & Feed. The staff is always so friendly and helpful; the prices are great (as is their rewards program; buy 10 bags of dog food, get 1 free); and, I recently discovered they deliver for free! I've utilized this only once, but it was great. I frequent both the Lemay and Vine Fort Collins locations.

Good employees but very unreliable store/ pet grooming hours. They close very early on week days and even earlier on weekends. Very undependable for people who rely on them for pet supplies in the west Fort Collins area.

2.5 starsAlthough this pet store is conveniently located, I don't go there often because they don't have much variety. They seem focused on food more than other supplies. I went in to get some bandaging material and had to have an employee show me where it was. It was literally half a dozen rolls of vet wrap in a random cardboard box. No gauze, padding, or elasticon. The employees are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable but this store just doesn't often suit my needs.

Called to use the dog wash this am they said come on over it is open. Got there 5 minutes later and they told me that it hadn't been cleaned and that there were no towels. Called back this afternoon and told it was open and to come over. Got there 3 minutes later and was told it was in use.

I shop at the Drake and Taft location and these people are always so helpful and friendly I actually enjoy my stops. Today however the service just really wowed me. I am ashamed I didn't catch her name but this young lady really went out of her way to help me fit my puppy with a new collar and a new slip in harness. She answered all my questions with patience and a big smile. Way to go Poudre Valley Pet. November 24, 2017.

It's your typical pet store. They do have a self-wash station, but unsure of cost or quality as I have not used it. It's a bit crowded so if your dog is more rambunctious, I wouldn't recommend bringing them in as they may be knocking things over.

I needed to change my greyhound's food because his tummy was very mad and I got great help! His gut was reset, no longer even a little mad, and he loves his new food!!! Awesome!!
