Cindy was PHENOMENAL!! I would highly recommend her.My 4 year old son was adamant about not having a haircut today and Cindy actually sat on the floor with him and cut his hair! Talk about amazing service!She was actually the one who suggested cutting my son’s hair on the floor and I was immensely grateful that she was able to accommodate his needs and keep his hair cutting experience favorable.Thank you Cindy, we will be returning!

This is the cutest cleanest place! I love special kid friendly things.I took my son to see Mrs. Saki and she was great. I appreciate the option to book an "extra time" haircut. They put effort into the little details to make it a special experience for your kiddo with picking their vehicle, then getting a lollipop AND a little toy after. We will return for sure.

My kids had the BEST experience at Pigtails and Crewcuts!! The facility is so clean, bright, and welcoming. There are several, fun chairs for the kids to sit in and a play table to keep themselves busy while waiting for siblings to get their haircut. The hairstylists work so well with kids and did a great job on their haircuts. Can't recommend this place enough. :)

Great place for kids haircuts. Brought my 4 and 2 year old in for cuts. The hairstylists were friendly and efficient, and my kids loved the seats that looked like cars, and got to watch Bluey to top it off. Both their haircuts look great. Will definitely be back!

Our two year old son had a fabulous first haircut here! Ms. Celeste was amazing — so patient, engaging and calm. His hair was long, below his shoulders, and she gave him a fantastic haircut. The salon is spotless and so fun for kids! We’ve put off a haircut because we thought it would be miserable, and it was such a positive and fun experience. His grandparents came to watch and she couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating to four adults who were obsessively taking photos. :) Excited to return!

What a wonderful job Cindy Lou did on my granddaughter’s hair and nails! She had rainbow polish and beautiful fairy twist put in her hair ( it even lasted through the night!)Will definitely be back for another mini glam session soon.

My husband took our little guy here. He is nonverbal autistic and very sensory sensitive and terrified of hair cuts. Miss Connie Lu was so fabulous! He was screaming and panicked at first but she was totally unphased and gave him space while being flexible with what she used and worked with him too to make sure she ended on a good note with him. We will be going every month to her. She really understood him and showed great skill. Highly recommend her!!

Wonderful place! We were seen about ten mins before our scheduled appointment with Ms. Celeste. And we were the only ones there.Our son loved the red fire truck car and all the distractions while she got his hair cut for the first time. They have a special package that gives your child a certificate and a hair lock keepsake.We will definitely be returning. Very clean, vibrant and appropriate for children. Kind and patient staff.

Absolutely 100% recommend this place. They did AMAZING handling my child, and my anxiety for his very first haircut! The place was clean, welcoming and we loved everything they had to offer to keep him entertained! She did a fantastic job cutting his hair and they were all so kind, and understanding of a stressed out mother. We will absolutely go back to them and can not recommend them more!!

Took my 2 year old son for the second haircut he has ever received and Celeste did an amazing job keeping him calm and even excited during the process!His haircut turned out better than I could have imagined as well. We’ll be back here every time he needs a haircut!

I took my son here for a haircut. Generally my son does not enjoy getting his haircut, but he loved his experience at pigtails and crewcuts. He got to sit in a fire truck, play mariokart, and got a small prize at the end. He really liked the way his haircut came out as well. We will plan to return!

Update: Almost immediately after reading this review the owner, Codi, reached out to me to correct the haircut with their salon manager. She was sincere and took accountability. I think that says a lot about an owner, and the type of business they hope to run. We will give Pigtails and Crewcuts another shot in the future.*************************************It's a very cute salon in a convenient location. Sadly the experience wasn't great.My son has been going to Cookie Cutters in Loveland, every 4- 5 week, since he was about 9 months old. He is now 15 months. We have had a successful, perfect cut every time.Unfortunately, today we found Pigtails and Haircuts and it is just blocks from our house, so we were excited to try them.Today his hair turned out terrible.We walked in and waited around for 10 minutes for someone to come up front to greet us, even though we had a scheduled appointment.After picking out a chair, the child safety belt was broken, so they advised me just to "tie" my child in.The stylist then fumbled around trying to figure out which tools to use.She seemed VERY VERY nervous and seemed to lack the necessary experience to cut a younger child's hair.If that was the case, I wish she would have just been honest.When the stylist asked what I thought of the cut, I asked if she could try to even out the sides (she took a huge chunk out of each side with the first tool she used). She was unsuccessful in fixing either side.

This is the perfect place for active kids to get a haircut. They have all the tools needed to get your little a great haircut. Bubbles, Bluey, snacks, and toys in the waiting are! Ms. Jessica was so good with our 19m old.
