My fist appointment was canceled by petsmart. My second appointment I brought my dog's rabies tag, the hand written vax card, and even happened to have the billing statement from the vet with me. They said they couldn't groom my dog since the vax card was hand written. The online scheduling never said what kind of rabies vax proof was needed. No attempt was made to help me get my dog groomed. I was told my only option was to figure out how to get proof from Larimer county and reschedule. I did not reschedule.

We always put our cat in PetSmart pet hotel when traveling . This place is absolutely fantastic and I trust them with all of my animals. They always call you if there are any issues and they always provide you with a sheet that tells you how your pet was during the stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone living in the northern Colorado area.

I would recommend Petsmart to all my family and friends. They were so busy when I took my 2 standard poodles in. We had an appointment but it showed for a later time during the day. They were willing to work my dogs in to fit my schedule and I really appreciated it! They did a great job on my fur babies and I will be back. Thank you all for caring!

They had stuff in stock and a rewards program for a discount . They also had kittens for adoption in the rear of the store. CUTE! Yay for animals.

Called and was given a confirmed reservation. Then later was called and told the reservation was a mistake and they couldn’t accommodate my pet. Had to cancel my trip. First time trying them will never try them again.
