Took my dog for a much needed nail trim. The groomers are always kind and patient and quick with a trim & buffing. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is the difficulty of getting someone to answer the phone to set up an appointment.

Ignored my instructions for grooming my traumatized dog. Failure resulted in a second appointment at which grooming was ceased due to dog aggression. Evidently corporate rules actually prohibit anxiety medication, muzzling, two groomers working on a single dog, and failed to provide any solution upon return of a 1/3 shaved dog. Disgusting treatment of my dog.

Sarena is amazing and really seems to care about fur baby!She is so nice and makes visiting the grooming salon amazing ! Petco should be happy to have her!! Petco also has a great online and text reminders.

Nice work, Simone! Staff was friendly, informative, and did a great job with my 50lb golden doodle. Great prices relative to other groomers in town. Leaves room in the budget for a nice tip (: will happily rebook!

The service was pleasant, and the results were very good, but the cost of getting ours to dogs groomed. There has really gone up significantly. That is the only very disappointing part of the process. It makes it difficult to go ahead and tip the groomers, even though we want to, because of the cost of the grooming.

After having to cancel a previous grooming appointment for our pup, we were able to get scheduled here more quickly than anywhere in town. Kaitlyn L. did a great job with our dog! We got a full package grooming and he looks great!

I have always brought my German Shepard here cause it was moreConvenient but there has always been one thing or another that hasn’t been done and I still get charged for the full grooming. Not bringing my dog there anymore. There is small grooming salons where they do appreciate your business.

Earlie girlie looked amazing and loved that they recommended the extra service of conditioning and thorough brushing of her undercoat. She hardly shed at all upon coming home so we'll definitely do that service again. Very satisfied.

The price is reasonable and my dog looks great. Everyone that I interacted with was professional and friendly. I usually trim my dog but it's nice to have a good option for when I don't have the time or am not up to the task. I am very pleased.

The Petco grooming associates were extremely patient and kind when I first brought my dog in. They were very diligent with getting her grooming done and with providing me opportunities to save money and make setting up grooming appointments easier in the future. (I'd recommend the Petco app for anyone that has a Petco account)

I waited 15 minutes for someone to bring me my bucket of grooming tools and only got one because I asked again. In the bucket were dirty towels and the shampoo and conditioner were watered down. Not only was my dog stressed out about the bath period, but the customer service was poor and they don't seem to care much.

Paid $80 to get desheading and my dogs nails trimmed. They said it would take around 3 hours for him to be done when we originally booked the appointment, which is very reasonable. I got a call 30 minutes after we dropped him off to come pick him up. When we got him, he smelt great, and his fur looked better than I have seen it in awhile, but he was sheading even worse than before we took him in. His nails were also not trimmed at all. I do not see how this is worth $80, when I could have bought the supplies to do it myself for half of the price.

Website makes you create an account before it tells you that you can't schedule grooming for cats online and that you have to call to make an appointment. Once you call you talk to a robot for ten minutes and then it tells you to leave a message. 2 days after you've left a message, an employee will call you to tell you that they don't do grooming for cats.

I dropped off my puppy on Saturday they said it will take 3 the 4 hours they call me 3 hours and 40 minutes later to tell me that they didn't do her hair because she was scared they only did her paws and nails and a bath they did a pretty bad job I could it myself. Now they said to bring her in 2 weeks they only making money off nothing.

Its very friendly but hit or miss on getting the exact cut. Perfect one time out of 2 or 3. Very nice and he always smells good too. Maybe taking a picture would help...
