Very nice pet store. I have shopped at Pet Supplies Plus in multiple locations. Always consistent with cleanliness, well maintained stores. I have price-compared dry dog food and they are a competitive option.

Love this store! Our service dog is on certain food and they were out when I had my coupon. They ordered it and gave me a call when it came in. They honored my by then expired coupon with no issues. It’s a clean store with great sales. It’s our go to now. No need to go to big box pet stores. Very happy with Pet Supply Plus!

I've gotten 2 of my pets from here both ferrets. Just wanted to share that both were female and the first one was a sweetheart from the beginning. The other was a biter to everyone, but me she didn't bite me through the cage and when my wife asked the store manager if I could hold her she cautioned that she bites. I held her and she looked me straight in the eyes and proceeded to groom my beard, from that moment I fell in love and refused to leave without her. She had some health issues from the get go but nothing too bad, then she started gaining weight and having trouble walking. It got worse and worse and we took her to the vet multiple times, the first vet just said to have her eat less and move more which didn't help. One one was and to give me a straight answer but she got bad enough she couldn't move for over a week and I thought she was going to die. Took her to the vet and we did blood work and everything and it came back with nothing so I think she was born with generic issues and possibly some kind of disability. Anyways she was amazing for the 2 years we had her, her name was Mina and she was my baby girl. We had to put her to sleep because her health got so bad and we didn't want her to suffer anymore. I held her and talked to her telling her I loved her as she passed. There is a big hole in my heart and my soul because I miss her so very much. She never ever bit me, she came when I called her and gave me kisses every day and night. She will be missed. This store does a great job caring for their animals and they are great people. I will continue to do here as long as the manager is still here and her team is as great as they are.

Friendly and helpful staff. I like the large selection of food products for my picky cats. Belonging to their rewards program saves you more than buying pet supplies at a big box store.

The store has very helpful and kind employees and They sell quality items. However they do not properly provide for the animals sold. They birds are in a cage way to small then what is needed. They are not provided proper diets and the birds don’t have enough room to stretch and move around as they should. I have seen the same bird in there for many months and breaks my heart the small cage it’s provided. It’s hard for me to see the animals at the back of the store.

Starting out with the staff. They were very very friendly. Oddly the 4 employees that helped when we first walked had no idea if they sold Eukanuba dog food. The young woman who broke from the pack to help took us to where she thought it should be. Unfortunately no luck. I found it odd that between 4 people none of them knew what was carried in the store. On the bright side she was able to suggest 2 poissible substitutions. I appreciated the effort. The store it's self was well lit and didn't have any off putting smells. Overall a good experience especially after being on the icy roads from Northern, WY to Fort Collins

I set up an appt for our yorkie to be groomed by Yuri. She did a great job of answering all of my questions and Sissey looked adorable when she came out to greet me. Pet Supplies Plus is close by and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying them out!

The store is massive but they didn’t carry dividers between front/back seats. Found just 1 divider but didn’t buy it. Employee was very helpful. I’ll check this place again as it has being open only a small time.

I've never had a bad experience with customer service at PSP. There may be issues with trying to order online, but the staff at the store have always been very helpful.

Just a little frustrating! Being a regular customer and part of the awards program, we get coupons and the free bag of dog food.Your coupons have expiration dates on them!!!!! Soooo with that being said, how do we use the coupon that expires or now expired because the brand of food we buy is out of stock! SMH

My husband and I shop here on a regular basis and have always had wonderful experiences with all the staff! Rhiannon is always so helpful every time we come in to buy some fish! From chasing around fish for us, to offering suggestions on plants, she always goes above and beyond and we appreciate it so much!

Two female employees helped me fit my Boston Terrier with a harness. I'm handicapped and can no longer get down to fit my dog I'm thankful they did it for me. I'll be back for more supplies.

This is my favorite pet supply store! Love all of their raw dog food options. Recently my dog had a reaction and was no longer able to eat an ingredient in a food I had been buying there, they returned it no problem! It's so small yet very nice inside. Corey, I think that's his name, he's very helpful and very sweet. He gets his job done. Hes really knows a lot about fish and it's very helpful when he gives some information about them. He is good at recommending sizes for pets and knows a bit about what foods they should eat. The cashiers are so sweet too, always have a smile on their face. I recommend this store more than PetSmart.

Misinformed employee. Young help told me my manufacturer coupons couldn't be used. Called later to inform the store that they gave me someone else's merchandise that was in my bag. At that time, i asked Manger about coupons. She said they do take them. Need better communication and pay attention to what you put in people's bags.

Great place for pets!! Wide food selection and economical pricing. Dog bathing facility. The staff loves animals and it shows - customer service exceeds my expectations. I wish they carried leather leashes, more grooming supplies, and better e-collars. Thus 4* not 5* However the hours of operation, sales, and staff are definitely 5*. So for what this store wants to be they succeed.Edit ... my frozen raw Primal Turkey n Sardines. That's a step back.

Not sure how they got their hands on it but this location utilizes the same playlist that the CIA use for their overseas enhanced interrogations. When you close your eyes and listen to the music played over the speaker system at this Pet Supplies Plus, it’s not a stretch to imagine yourself shackled in the lobby of a POW transfer facility, wondering if you’re about to get jumper cables or waterboarded. If you find yourself, pondering what hell sounds like, enter. The staff are helpful and friendly, the selection and prices are excellent. For that, 4 stars.

Wow! The employees here have truly exceeded my expectations after reading the review. In particular, a young gentleman named Cory was incredibly helpful in assisting my friends and I with our wants/needs. Give that man a raise! I will continue to visit this location, as I appreciate the down-to-earth tone and staff interaction.
