I had Chris from Orkin come out to my house for rodent activity. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he was able to resolve the problem by first sealing up areas outside of my home and trapping the rodents that were inside. In addition, Chris was very personable, courteous, professional, and made extra effort to visit as many times as it took until the issue was completely resolved. I highly recommend Chris with Orkin. You will not be disappointed.

Appointment was scheduled for arrival between 2-4, the technician showed up at 3:50. His late arrival meant that after he was done my family was forced to be outside in the dark. Hopefully, service will improve.

We have had Orkin on and off for years. We get fed up with their customer service and cancel our plan but unfortunately, they are the only reasonable service available in our area. We used to receive calls the night before to tell us they would be coming the next day but now they only call you 5-10min. before they arrive which is very inconvenient since we are not usually home when they come. We requested they call the night before but the tech claims they are not aware of their schedule until the day of service, yet if you need to reschedule a service, they will give you a window on a day which does not make any sense if they are unaware of their schedules that far in advance. When we miss them coming, the tech will perform the service outside the home. At that time, we are unable to communicate our needs for the outside and end up paying for a somewhat nonproductive service. The lack of notice of when they are coming leaves us confused as to why they would want to waste time going to a home and then reschedule it because no one was there. The company has a large turnover so it’s difficult to have the same tech for long which results in having to show new techs where and what needs to be treated. We tried to contact the branch manager to discuss a few complaints but his number has been disconnected and his email is not working. His name, number, and email address is on every receipt we receive. The answering service put a request in for him to call us but we haven’t received a call for days now.

Orkin man arrived around 5:00pm, He rang the doorbell, I answered and he got to work spraying the outside of my residence. When he was finished he rang the doorbell, told me he had completed the job. He asked if I needed anything else. I didn’t request any additional services, thus the visit was complete. It was an efficient and professional visit. Thank you!

Paul Lengerich had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. He showed up thirty minutes late, was rude when speaking with me and he refused to assist with our current issue and refused to help us in taking preventative action. After refusing to do anything, he reluctantly gave me his business card after I asked for his name and stormed off without saying anything. This was such a disappointment after the Orkin customer service representatives were so kind and helpful when I initially called to obtain information and make the appointment. I would NOT recommend the Fort Collins location. Paul was horrible. It was an absolute waste of time and if I get charged, it will be disputed since nothing was done and he left after three minutes.

The Orkin tech called to say he’d be at my home in 10-15 min and was early.The company communicated the entire time I was waiting with text reminders - they were good to their word.The tech was friendly and professional, did a thorough job of removing the wasps (I had 11 hives) and let me know when he was done. Knocked it out of the park. We had a yellow jacket infestation in the wall of our garage. They were able to get us scheduled quickly and the tech was courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the yellow jackets were tenacious and broke through the first seal Christopher applied. No worries, because Orkin stood by their guarantee and came right back out to respray and reseal the hole the yellow jackets had made in the wall.
