Feb 28 2023, thanks for being around! Original review... One of my favorite food stores ever. Great staff, great selection. Been shopping here since 1998! Love when I shop for produce I don't have to check it's organic. All produce is organic. It's changed lots over the years and keeps getting better. I do here often and only but what I can't here at WF. Love this place! Staff changes often but all are wonderful. I've shipped here since 1998 or '99 and it's a staple for shopping. Whole Foods is here for other stuff but VC is great!

They have an awesome selection, the produce is spectacular, and it’s always so tranquil—Never busy there.it’s still manages to be one of my least favorite stores to visit, however. They have the worst checkers in town. I definitely don’t expect for them to dance for me or give me a free therapy session, but the RBF is severe.Most of the time I will endure the excruciating crowd at Trader Joe’s, or the horrible produce at sprouts just to avoid being glared at as I scramble to bag my groceries.it’s been like this for years, I just don’t understand why.

This is a very nice sized grocery store. It's not too big. Not too small either. The store is well lit and seems very well stocked. The parking lot is horrible in the snow. There's no lines to be seen and there's easily 6" of slush and snow. Where there's no slush there's plenty of packed snow and ice making it quite sketchy walking to and from the car. The steps leading up to the store front are icy as well. The inside of the store had boxes and garbage from restocking the shelves. The folks running the registers were friendly enough and very efficient.

I like all Natural Grocers. There is some consistency between every location: good, mostly organic, bulk section, extraordinary produce, helpful staff, clean restrooms!And honestly, for this level of quality, the prices are reasonable!I would add a bigger beer section, this one is quite expensive and very elitist.

Beautiful store. And the eggs are delicious and inexpensive! I got eggs, applesauce, bagels and tofu! Update: Went there today. In and out and they gave me a free can of tuna and a bag!

Love this store! They have a good variety of Chicpea products and their prices are cheaper than their competitors by far. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you have questions. Only downside...the parking lot.

I’m clueless when it comes to shopping at these places so any help was appreciated. From associate who showed me where the coconut oil was. To the nice lady cashier who told me how good the frozen sour dough pizza is. I found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and polite!

They have some great deals and availability of some products nowhere else in town carries. Come here multiple times a week don't think I could live somewhere that didn't have this store. And I have to mention my favorite cashier, I feel bad cause I don't know her name but I know she's been there a long time and everytime I'm in she makes my day least a little bit better, a very funny and friendly lady she has purplish hair and a little older but she just completes the experience. Love this place!

I don't get it! Why does this place always seem a little snarky? Is the whole Fort Collins vibe becoming like this?Sure as always is cramped and good luck finding someone to help if you have a question. The store in Cheyenne 50 miles away is a little friendlier and definitely not as cramped, except in the natural body products area.

So grateful for this store. Not only do they provide food and supplement sources that we need for our disabled son, but I love that we can trust the items in their store to be pesticide free, GMO free, *and* from providers who are kind to animals. Staff are always so friendly and helpful.

This was my first visit to this Natural Grocers place in Fort Collins. This store was well-stocked with eggs even though there was a tremendous deal ($.99/doz) on pasture raised eggs. Super helpful staff gave me some good advice on Vitamin C options. Friendly staff at the checkout counter. Will definitely be back!

One of my favorite grocers in town. Very friendly staff and excellent selection of foods that accommodate dietary restrictions. Plus, the reusing of stock boxes is a really smart way to encourage customers to either bring bags or reuse more things in life.

Management needs replacing or to be retrained. My daughter worked for Natural Grocers-Fort Collins for 5 years and was released because she has a medical condition that cause her to occasionally become ill. She was told because she called out sick and was 2 minutes late from coming back from a break (which most employees there are late from break), that they were terminating her. This is something that has happened over the entire 5 years she has worked their and all of a sudden they had an issue with her medical condition. They have known about her medical condition. My daughter was very distraught. She was loved by customers and employees at this store. She was their main trainer for new employees. The only person who didn't like her was the manager. For a company that prides itself on caring for it's employees, this is a shameful way of showing how they care.

Using 3 star as an average, this natural grocers falls below. The workers here are decent, and the supplement area up to par. The rest of the store, however, falls far below the other natural grocers I have been to around the country. I love this franchise as a whole; I am even a card member. This location is unsatisfactory due to its small supply of foods and produce, as well as it being an overall dingy establishment. Most of the grocers I have been to were very appealing and gave me the sense of cleanliness and pride in their establishment, this place… not so much. To end on a positive note, they do have a variety of mushrooms such as lion’s mane in their produce section which not all have (sourced locally I believe)!

Great natural food store with a fantastic supplement section. They have only organic produce, so you don't have to worry about finding the separate sections.They also surprisingly have a great greeting card section and some really cute hats.All natural skin care products including make up and animal friendly options only.Really nice people there. They are also careful about COVID precautions.

This would ordinarily be a 5 Star review & in so many cases because I've shopped at Natural Grocers for about 10+ years & spend so much of my food money here, but...Now, the petite brunette floor manager is 100% on some kind of school teacher power trip. She's continuously unpleasant, condescending, & has repeatedly tried speaking down to my mom. This is an unacceptable way to treat patrons who spend thousands of dollars EVERY year at this store. And with only one option available in Fort Collins, Loveland, & all surrounding areas, this style of dominance doesn't quite follow the idea that "the customer is always right."To conclude on a positive, Dani, plus others on the registers are AMAZING & deserve a full 5 stars!!!!

I have hit and miss for my experiences regarding the employees at the Fort Collins location. When I've been there before some of the employees are extremely helpful when I've been looking at supplements. They offer sound advice and help you with comparisons. But then other times I've gone they've been rude and not helpful at all. Or I cannot find a single person to assist me while in the store. I bought some pills that were sealed but one pill had been cut open somehow. It got all over the other pills inside the bottle. I went to get a replacement and the assistant manager who helped me was reluctant to allow me to open the replacement bottle when I asked to do so while I stood in front of her to do it. I am not going to wait to open it at home only to have to potentially return the item again if it happened a second time. Ridiculous. She was very odd and peculiar. They missed the mark to be getting a 5 due to this. The positive at this store absolutely outweighs the bad so that is why they're getting a 4 and not a lower score. Plus they're pretty good with their prices.

Friendly, helpful staff. Reliable quality of organic and natural products at reasonable prices. Great educational programs and access to a nutritionist. Especially appreciate their dedication to products of thehumane treatment of chickens, milk cows, etc. Only criticism: the store is good enough that it deserves to expand do it can offer more fresh food options. I've told their corporate offices, but no response yet.

First time shopping at a Natural Grocers. I was helping a friend out. The layout of store seems good enough. Shelves appeared stocked. Store looked clean. I might have shopped a bit for myself but the two employees I spoke with were rude; they seemed bothered I was taking up their time. Lack of customer service is why I gave it 2 stars. Not sure if I'll shop for my family there. My friend really likes the store. So if she needs me to get her groceries again that's what will bring me back.

I really like Natural Grocers as a company. They have specific standards that must be met for the products they sell, which allows me to have more comfort in knowing the food I'm buying is safe.This particular store is managed well. I've been shopping here for nearly 7 years. Most employees have been there for quite some time and treat customers with courtesy and professionalism. I think this speaks well of their management (when employees stay).I really like the fact that they are a bagless store that contributes to charity for every bag a customer brings. They also have an excellent return policy.

Love this place. Recently remodeled inside and they sell organic beer. Comparatively the best prices in town on same products. Sign up for their savings and get eggs at a $1.99 a dozen. My go-to place for herbs. You can save a bundle buying your herbs here for pennies as compared to buying the jars. Oddly, goats milk is a dollar more than WF. Who'd a thunk... Great staff.
