This is one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. First of all, the prices are higher than other pharmacies. Secondly, and more importantly, they do not inform patrons of necessary information. I recently had to get vaccines for my entire family in preparation for a trip out of the country. While the pharmacist did spend an inordinate amount of time explaining how to take the medication, he failed to mention that it needed to be refrigerated. Because we didn't store it properly, we had to refill the vaccination at extreme cost to us with absolutely no remorse from the pharmacist. Terrible.

Our family has used many pharmacies in the past, and I can honestly say this pharmacy deserves a 5 star review. There can be hang ups within the pharmaceutical industry, but this particular pharmacy is the most proficient, professional, andfriendly my experience. The several interactions I've had here have been both personable and professional. Thank you to all the professionals there who work late hours to provide medicine to our community!

Something wrong every single time I visit this pharmacy. Major bad attitudes with almost everyone there. Last time they told me I was too early and I needed to wait 15 minutes.Today I waited until late in the day, but it was still "too soon, we don't fill those until the next day." They asked me to wait 15 minutes. A full hour later, ice cream melting in the bag, staff are avoiding eye contact. I ask what's up, the tech cops a major attitude and tells me to get back in line. Next tech lies to my face and says they haven't called any names up when I watched him call 2 customers up that came in over 30 minutes after me. Vyvanse guy and little old lady both got called up before me and came in 30 minutes later me.Don't waste your customers' time and don't lie to them. Do better.

Have always had a decent experience here, refilling Rx about once a month. Whenever they've said 20-30 min to refill, that's always been the case, no longer. Line can be long sometimes but usually I get through quickly, either just on my own or with a couple people ahead. Didn't have insurance once and they automatically got a coupon for me so the price was still good. Took a day to fill a new Rx once cuz they had to order it in. Have never had any trouble otherwise. I always go in so not sure about the drive thru.

Line is like this whenever I come to pick up scripts for my mom, doesn’t matter the day or the time. You’d think you were standing in line at Disney Land, but at the end, instead of a fun ride, you get a borderline rude staff member.

This has to be in the running for worst pharmacy in Fort Collins. Need to get someone on the phone? Good luck. You will likely get thrown on hold before you have time to respond to "Can you hold"? Need your prescription that was called in hours earlier? That'll be 20-30 minutes AFTER you wait in line for 10-20 minutes because there's_always_a_line. Want to try the drive thru? LOLIf you're patient and lucky, you'll likely be rewarded with assistance from a pharm associate that doesn't want to even TRY to appear like they enjoy their job or belong in a customer service role. I'm actually glad they aren't taking my insurance anymore after 1/1/23. I'll gladly go somewhere else.

Left a review earlier, but this needs updating. Had an urgent care antibiotic prescription called in this morning. 5 hours later, it's not done. These guys are the worst. Never coming back. OLD POST - I'm not sure what it is with this store, but there are some rude workers. The pharmacy is the worst. I could handle their slow ways if they were nicer. But around 75% of the time, these guys are not nice. Not too surprising, since the pharmacists are rude as well. Starts at the top.

Update: Customer service is clearly dictated by pharmacy team cohesiveness. I went to pick up meds two days in a row which were equally busy. Different pharmacy team was working the next day and it was twice as efficient. Guess it just depends on the day 😕Original: Understaffed and overworked. I’m here every 2 weeks and have watched this go from being a stellar pharmacy… until covid hit, and service has since gone way downhill. This is also a PSA to avoid the drive thru at all costs. They’ll barely acknowledge you over the speaker and then ignore you for as long as it’ll take for you to give up and drive away, all while you watch them funnel through the inside line. I don’t know why they just don’t close the drive thru portion - it’s useless to try.

I never know what I have to pickup or the status of fills or refills. When stuff gets sent here I have to stand in line up to the counter and then ask what's ready, they wont tell me what's in que waiting to be filled or if there's any issues with the scripts my Doctors sent, like if insurance doesnt cover they dont fill and never say anything to you unless you ask specifically where is this individual script? They have this fantasy app that's supposed to give you the ability to manage your prescriptions on line but I can never get logged in with it so once again I have to cross check with my doctors staff as what's been sent in for me, then go stand in line at the counter to then ask for information is the only communication option this pharmacy actually supports in practice and they change their hours on the fly so you can never be sure if they'll be open till your actually there standing in line and then that line is going to take about an hour for you to get up to the counter. Something about they're wage competitiveness toward voluntary slavery being the cause of why no one what's to wash the bosses car anymore either.

Billy, the youngest looking person behind the counter was awesome and addressed my concern. When I went to drop of my prescription, I was rudely asked "can I help you." I said yes please and then had my prescription paper taken from me. That was my entire interaction... Not please give me 15-20 minutes or anything or it'll take a while to fill. This extremely rude and short lady with black hair didn't give me any information and was extremely rude. Definitely going to Walgreens instead..

I've awesome service and again not so great service. One of the pharmacy Techs she treats you like it's a inconvenience to help you, never smiles....now that being said the rest of the staff our great. They can be very slow at times. They need to double check the insurance before telling you something isn't covered and you know it is. Sometimes things happen. I just think when your dealing with customers at least try to say Hi and smile.

They are partial filling lots of my common prescriptions making me come back multiple times. There are 8nto 15 people in line all of the time no matter what time of day. 30 to 45 min wait. Then get there and the prescription isn't filled yet so you have to wait again. Then they partially fill it and you have to come back the next day and do it all over again.

I went here for the first time because Walmart is a nightmare. They messed up my first order. I went through it 4 times with them. I was shorted. So another trip. I'm kinda disappointed in them I was hoping they had better service. I will see how it goes for awhile. I know it's an overwhelming job but medicine should be dispensed correctly. We shall see. Hours aren't the greatest.. they close early.😑

The pharmacists are available and willing to assist. They step up when needed although, with one exception, the experience is more like receiving a disdainful lecture than participating in a friendly give and take conversation.I have experienced with the pharmacy staff some of the rudest customer service attitudes, with one recent exception, that I've encountered in a very long time.

Mark is a beautiful person. He made sure that my emergency Rx faxed from my doctor in North Carolina was filled for me as quickly as he could possibly get it filled and ready for me. Yes, this pharmacy is incredibly busy, but Mark is simply an awesome person, and I really appreciate his work.

Constantly late with filling scripts. I don't think I've ever had a good experience at this location. Techs seems confused by both their own registers, and by how to properly mix the antibiotics I need for my 1 year old boy. Only reason I rate 2 stars is because I have always, eventually, received the correct medication.

If they need more time to fill a prescription, they will tell you to wait or to come back in 15-20 minutes. What they don't tell you is that you have to get back in line for them to do anything about your prescription. I came back after the 20 minutes they told me it would take. I sat down in their waiting area, and I waited for 15 minutes. The prescription was ready when I sat down, and I was only 10 feet from the tech who had told me to come back in 20 minutes.If they tell you to come back, be sure to get back in line. Obviously they get a lot of business, because there is always a line. As such, they don't have to care, so they don't. I'll be looking for a new place to fill prescriptions.

I am finished with this pharmacy. It is always "20 minutes" when you go inside, and not when you go to the drive up. Although they can ignore you when you are at the drive up, even after you press the yellow button and are told to wait. You wait and wait. Today, same thing, this is my last time going here, I will actually save money and time going somewhere else.

I used the King Sooper's pharmacy on Elizabeth for years without issue, but this pharmacy is very poorly run. Twice now I have a pharmacy tech try to convince me to leave without my script, saying "the computer says it is filled but it isn't actually here" but....it was in the fridge both times! They constantly seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, no matter what time of day you go. They have given me incorrect information about my scripts more often than I can count. It is worth a drive to a better pharmacy.

I just wanted to give a shout out to this pharmacy. They have always been really nice when I've had to stop by for prescriptions. I know this isn't a huge deal, but they starting giving away the daily pill boxes because customers really appreciated it. (We just adopted a geriatric dogs who needs to be on several different pills and our first dog needs daily meds for a chronic condition. They let me take more than one and this just made my life so much easier knowing that everyone will be receiving what they need-especially on the days that I'm not the one taking care of them!) Again its not a huge deal, it probably costs them pennies, but I genuinely appreciate the fact that they listened and wanted to do something nice for their customers.

Our doctor called in a prescription for our daughter who is really sick. We waited for 90 minutes to go, so I wouldn't be waiting with 2 sick kids and they didn't start preparing the prescription until we got there and the lady working was rolling her eyes and visibly annoyed before we got there. Apparently, they have no concern about wasting people's time or about customer service. We won't be coming back.

Terrible staff. They’re rude, can’t seem to answer simple questions, are dismissive and in general, unhelpful. King soopers pharmacies are generally not very good and this one is he worst I’ve encountered. I should know: I’m a pharmacist. I would never accept the treatment of my patients the way they treat theirs. It’s absolutely unacceptable and they appear to have no accountability. Good luck

Usually extremely long wait for a pick up (more than 30 minutes). Even when we call in a drop off and get confirmation that it is ready, half the time they say it is not. So wait 30 minutes to get to the pick up, and then they say to go shopping for 20 minutes while they get it ready. Something is not working correctly in their system, but they are all too busy to discuss.

I've never had such poor service over multiple days. We've given them the benefit of the doubt and tired again. After traveling for an hour to pick up things that were said to be there we have had to make 3 trips (6 hours) to pick up nothing. we called in advance were told they had supplies and showed up to them not there. The staff punts simply says nothing we can do, get over it.Bottom line you might get good service there, we have in the past, but you might not either. good luck.

If you have health issues that require you getting meds in a timely fashion don’t go here they are a joke and also the most rude bunch of people I’ve ever met they talk over you and everything they have real issues. I tried too let them they had a bunch used needles at there drive up and all I got was an attitude. The women here are especially rude they treated me like I was a joke basically. Very very judgemental.

This pharmacy has gone from bad to worse, It takes 5 days to get an RX filled and the lines lately have been 15 people deep with one person working and they shut down the drive through. I am definitely changing pharmacies, this is just HORRIBLE
