Clean store. I've gone in here many times a day weekend or weekday and never seen anything that was dirty or unorganized.Staff is always very helpful when trying to find things or getting out of your way while they're trying to do their job. Very aware of their surroundings!The meat selection is very good and the quality is great. We will get anything from pork chops, beef roast, ribeye, chicken or fish here. They typically have really good sales on two to three different types of meat per week. Last weekend I got rib roast for 50% off!Parking is easy and usually not full, even on a weekend. A few more cart return locations would be nice.You can use your points from shopping on the fuel purchases at their gas stations. They have one of these gas stations at the other end of the parking lot which is very easy and convenient.

They always seem to have what I need. Prices are higher because of the way this nation is but it's like that everywhere so at this point it's very comfortable with the other grocery stores around town. They have great produce awesome produce and they're fresh meats are amazing when I can afford to buy meat. They have my most favorite dessert I love the fuel points you get so it makes things pretty convenient when it's all together. Come to King Soopers and try them yourself I'm sure you'll like them very well. One more thing I forgot to say I love the digital coupons that helps immensely. Thank you

This is a really excellent grocery store. They are large, clean, and well maintained with an open floor plan.Shopping is easy and the employees are always helpful.The customer service counter is really easy to use and returns and special orders have always been hassle free.I love their discount shelf, located by the pharmacy, and usually go there first.They have a Starbucks, Snow Fox sushi counter, olive bar, cheese counter, and great meat and deli departments.

This place is always busy but they always open extra registers to accommodate. There are always friendly and helpful staff to help out when looking for a specific item. The store and restrooms are usually pretty clean and the environment in general is always upbeat!

wow. Just wow. I was struggling with the online app and having Instacart deliver or Kroger deliver and I was fed up and then I called King Soopers and this angel answered. Literal Angel. I am sick and pregnant and extremely exhausted and have a toddler at home and a car that broke down and desperately needed groceries. Gerard, (store manager, I believe) was kind enough to go out of his way to bring me groceries and I am forever grateful and impressed with the customer service skills exemplified by this man and his team. This place cares about their customers. I laid my prescription down and left it at the checkout. One of the front end staff found it and took it back to the pharmacy. The pharmacy called me and let me know that it was safe and could come back and pick it up. I LOVE the selection in this store as well. Amazing place!!!

I learned from a friend that King Soopers creates custom floral arrangements for weddings, and I am SO happy that we had the privilege of working with Brittany for our bridesmaids bouquets, table arrangements, and to order fresh eucalyptus - she has such incredible knowledge about flowers, logistics, timing, the works! The pieces she put together for us were so gorgeous!

I have been doing pick up for years and today I received a totally messed up order. I am so disappointed as the reason for pick up for my family and I is to cut back on stress. When I called, Iwas told to come pick up again with what felt like blame on me for the mistake. I will be considering a different option moving forward

Most employees here are very helpful and respectful… MOST. The older gentleman with a lovely bowl cut is very aggressive and doesn’t respect personal space. Homie took things out of my mothers hands and when we asked why he had to ask for both mine and my moms ID, he told us to “just ask a police officer” and “he doesn’t make the rules”. Didn’t appreciate it thanks.

We are about a 5 minute walk from here and the convenience had been very nice. So far since we moved here, we have been here 4 times at various times of the day. It is never super packed that I have seen, I only had to wait in line for the self checkout once, and I really enjoy all of the more organic and non big name brand products. They seem to have everything I need!

This KS is a clean and cared for store and parking area. The employees seem happy to help. They have banned plastic grocery bags for consumer use, which is OK. Paper bags are provided at cost, if one wishes to buy them. I noticed a contrast from what is allowed for customers and what is done in the store. A housekeeping person came through the front of the store, when I was leaving, with a very large plastic bag full of paper and plastic trash from various places in the store. A ban on plastic bags for the customer to take out their purchases, make no sense when the store is using extra large plastic bags to collect its own trash. This rather defeats the purpose.

I had a bad experience this morning with cashier #16 named David. He was rude when I asked a question regarding the digital coupon. I have been a customer of King Soopers for years, and this is the first time ever to write a review just to show how bad it was.I hope the management can do something about it.

This King Soopers is a smaller one with its own share of logistical difficulties, but for all the trouble that comes from their location and design, their store is aesthetically charming and their staff is thoughtful and kind. For every encounter that was difficult, I've had an equally pleasant experience. Today, Reggie and Colin handled the cold deli together and they were insistent on doing their best, which I deeply appreciated. The task I gave them wasn't easy but they saw it through with a smile. Thank you deeply for doing the best with what you have, everyone - it is the least we can do at times to keep going.

The store is usually clean and stocked. I'm not a fan of the digital coupons and deals. They don't always work. If there are price discrepancies the service desk fixes things quickly.

I bought four BEAUTIFUL pastries at 4.99 a piece for a small dinner party from the brand new display case. I was so excited!…until we all took a bite. They were so disgusting and we threw them out. The “whipped cream” wouldn’t even go down the sink…it floated. The deserts had a strong chemical taste.Customer Service wouldn’t give us a credit…she said not without the purchased item. Not true. They gave me credit once before…for smelly hamburger meat (without the purchased item). Besides…what were we supposed to do?…retrieve them from the trash can? Why not trust your customers?

Ordered pick up from this store specifically for the convenience and ease it allows for me to not drag my kids in with me. It also allows me to get groceries without suffering from an anxiety attack in the store. It’s VERY unfortunate that when I went to pick up my order i was told I need to come inside to pay. I was obviously upset and ultimately canceled my order. It may seem small or maybe you take me as lazy. But truly, I don’t care what you think. I ordered pick up for a reason and I shouldn’t have to come in to pay. ONLY LOCATION IVE HAD THIS ISSUE!

They offer great deals; I would recommend their sushi, particularly the California rolls, they have the best chocolate donuts I have ever had, they have cheap drinks, and their fresh served chicken is super awesome! Every time I've been here, the employees are helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The reason this review is not 5/5 is since the bathrooms in the back are usually dirty.

Kieta went out of her way to give us an amazing experience at our favorite King Soopers. They should name it Queen Soopers after her and her amazing check out skills. Promote this woman or at the very least, give her a raise.

As another reviewer said so well, this place is a zoo. The parking lot is absolutely awful at this location. People walk all over the place ignoring traffic and crosswalks. They walk right in front of moving cars. It is entirely too small for the amount of businesses surrounding it. This place is an accident waiting to happen. People are honking and yelling at each other right now as I sit in my car to write this review. Inside, there are never enough lanes open for the high traffic this store receives, and be prepared to wait for prescriptions for 15-20 minutes.

Online shopping experience is atrocious. Whomever designed their app and mobile UX/UI needs to be fired!How many clicks and pages just to add stuff to a cart? Select item, select shopping/ pickup method, select quantity. You should be able to select pickup method for your entire order and be done with it. You should be able to add an item and quantities thereof without having to switch to a new page. C'mon!

Beware of the scam this store is running on propane canisters. We paid a $30 deposit on a new tank because we still had some gas in the older tank. After using all the gas in the older tank, we took it in to get our deposit back. Seemed pretty straight forward. I was met at the front by an extremely rude employee, who finally communicated that I needed to leave the canister outside. I then was sent to a register, where the clerk did not know how to refund me my deposit. I was then sent to the "customer service" desk where a manager named Chrsity (maybe they need to talk to her about her people skills?) loudly told me that they do not take deposits and only do exchanges. We were so frustrated at this point we simply walked out of the store without our $30. This sort of bait and switch is all too common at this location.
