We went here for pumpkins, they had a great selection, even white pumpkins, mine had all the little bumps on it!! Went in to shop, and found all the items we needed. This store is a main stop for CSU students, so it's usually pretty busy!Also most lanes closed, only one person checking out, otherwise it's all self checkout.

So disappointing. Kroger is a big corporation. Why is this stoe so bad? Carts are all in disrepair. Employees are pissy and untrained. The self checkout old dude shuffles around with no regard for anyone. Always out of digital deals, no rainchecks.Safeway here I come.

I went to this King Soopers last week and I just moved to fort Collins. I had to say it was one of the best experiences I have had at a King Soopers here in fort Collins. I was in a dire pickle and Emma and the bakery were able to help me and were so kind. She was training somebody and it was so nice to her how patient she was .Just listening to them talk.Kudos to you Emma. Also, the two gentleman that help me after register were friendly. Just reminds me of a small town store. I will come put across town to shop at this King Soopers anytime. I spoke with Megan the store lead just to let her no. It's always important to not just your negative but to hear the positive as well.

It's the day after Christmas and this Soopers is fully staffed and fully stocked. Clean. Everything we needed was available including a couple of hard-to-find produce items that for me are "buy on sight" - baby broccoli (also known as broccolini) and baby Bok choy. Tender and fresh. Priced right. An unexpected treat. Snagged some of each. Plenty of open lanes at the checkout as well as self checkout stations. Obviously well managed.

not a huge fan of this place. There is very few checkouts open, if you wish to save overhead by closing checkouts, thats fine but you need to have more self checkouts to support it. the product selection is pitiful compared to the other two K Soopers in town, the produce is often seconds from turning. I dont know who the produce and grocery managers are but they need to be replaced. Overall, one of the worst grocery experiences in town, hope the move to the Old Kmart location comes with a change...

I called from out of state to get some flowers delivered for a loss of a loved one to be delivered in such a short notice but sam the manager did and outstanding job taking care of me and assuring me that they would be delivered on time! If I ever need flowers delivered again I will always be calling king suppers! Great job Sam !and thanks

You get one star.. why cause they don't allow anything lower. First it was covid and you not opening any lanes. The self check out is fine for a few items but not someone who has a cart full of food. Had to get 2 manages to open 2 lanes because the self check out line was clear back to the meat section.Well still no better months later but now I'm handicapped and walikg with either a crutch or walker so I don't like shopping when it is busy so I went later tonight and when ready to check out I asked the manager if they could open a lane cause I can not physically stand that long. I am also not going to check a whole cart full of food out when at least 2 people.. one of which was manager were just standing there waiting to close. When. I asked if they could open a lane or anything they flat said no. No lane opening, no help checking out etc. Well have fun putting all that stuff back. And glad you just lost at least a $300 sale not counting future sales. You will not see my family in the college and drake store ever again. YOU NEED NEW MANAGERS!!! Worst customer service in a long time.Very unhappy customer.

I just went grocery shopping today (10/11/23) around 9:45am and i used self checkout, Robbie (tall guy in a hoodie and black cap)that works self checkout was very bubbly with other customers and said have a good day to them when they left. However when i came through he was cold and didn’t look at me & ignored me when i was leaving. he is very unprofessional with me and only me. he talks to my mother all the time when i’m with her but the one time i came in he was distant and rude. i used to be a coworker of his but now i’m a customer and i dont like the way he’s been treating me when i go in.

Its a king soopers. Between that parameter its good. Clean. Organized. And stuff is somehow good. Not super nice but decently nice. For some reason this kind of supermarkets uses old colors and yellow lights that makes me feel like old and dirty (is not dirty) they are bulding a gigan new one near. We will see if will be modern or they will uses the old style :)

Literally the worst "deli" ive seen in my life. I go in at lunch time, noon, Corn and Mac and cheese in the display and nothing else...right at lunch time...otherwise a ghost town. Every bin, empty. And like 5 dudes in the back laughing and carrying on... horrible. You need to talk to the north King Soopers about how to run a deli. I mean..."Pathetic" would be a compliment.

Mike the deli manager to the rescue!!! Our Thanksgiving was almost ruined by the JFK King Soopers. We had family flying in from out of state for Thanksgiving. I ordered online 3 weeks PRIOR to Thanksgiving their Thanksgiving Dinner for 6-8 ready to go, just preheat. 2 days before Thanksgiving I called the JFK location to confirm pick up for the next day. To my surprise they claimed they never got the order and it got "lost in the system" even with my Online Confirmation Order Number (receipt) and was unable to fulfill the order because they were all sold out of turkeys. The deli lady never even apologized. Again, this was the JFK King Soopers Ft Collins. I started calling all King Soopers in Ft Collins, Windsor and Loveland. There was only one KS that was not sold out yet which was this location, 2325 S. College. Because it was night the deli mgr was off and they were not sure if it could be fulfilled by Thanksgiving Eve (the next day). The store mgr left a note for Mike, the deli mgr for the next day to call me asap if it could be fulfilled. Well, Mike called early around 7am the next morning and was able to get the dinner fulfilled even though they were almost out of turkeys. Mike was genuine and caring and went far and beyond to make sure my family didn't go without Thanksgiving. He was a true lifesaver on Thanksgiving Eve. His efforts made my stress go away immediately. Thank you Mike for all you did for my family. It is greatly appreciated and meant the world to us. It's good to know there are still good people in this world. The turkey and sides were perfect and yummy! Thank you, thank you, thank you and God Bless you Mike!

Of the 5 king supers in the area, this one is by far the worst. A seeming refusal to update the store is accented by dirty looking workers making fun of customers fashion choices, like they aren't stuck at a menial, dead end job watching a self checkout lane. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the others. It's only a few more minutes down the road

I've never had an issue shopping at this King Soopers. Sometimes depending on the time of day, items are not restocked, but I think that's a fairly consistent issue across several supermarkets and grocery stores. Overall, the produce is nearly always fresh, and I don't feel like I'm a bother if/when I have to ask someone for assistance locating something.

I was buying a pizza trying not to pay more then 10 $ for every meal i purchase. Unsuccessful.You really need new store.I tried using my card today.As always the cashier took my card without asking me first.I have herd people talking behind my back about skimming my ebt card so im putting out a warning. seven eleven old cash register crogers register.rich people will do anything to commit fraud on the homeless.

The service from the staff is always excellent. They are there to answer questions and help whenever needed. Their pharmacy staff is second to none. The store is clean and there are not areas that seem to be lacking in stock save for when there is an overall shortage in the system.The only reason this is a 4 instead of a 5 is the comparative lack of options available at this store when compared to the other stores nearby. There are King Soopers locations at JFK and Harmony and Drake and Timberline that are both significantly larger with a greater variety of goods to be had. That lends to me visiting those stores more often than I visit this store, despite the better service.

A staff member refused to let my psychiatric service dog for agoraphobia inside the store, even though it is clearly posted on the door that service animals are welcome. I tried to explain that my dog is a registered psychiatric service dog as he repeatedly called my female dog a male after I corrected him multiple times.The King Soopers staff member was very assertive that my dog was disobedient for sniffing two people who walked by, which I trained her is acceptable, since she is being trained to be search and rescue certified. The guy clearly had no idea how the service animal registration process works.----------------------------------------------------If you have a disability, you may qualify for a service dog. Colorado law aligns with federal guidelines. These guidelines allow a person with a disability to reside, travel, and perform their activities of daily living with a service dog. Colorado also takes the extra step to protect service dogs who are still in training (Colorado Revised Statute 24-34-803), enabling them to train with their handlers in public areas. The disability can be physical, mental health-related, or medical. Colorado follows the American with Disabilities Act by restricting service animals to canines and miniature horses. What happened to customer service? I tried to buy groceries today, on Saturday morning, with dozens of people in the store they decided to have ONE check out open. People were lined up almost to the back of the store waiting for the one checker!! Self check out had a line almost as long! I didn’t have a hour to wait to get checked out so I left my cart and walked out of the store! Never had I done this before! So dissatisfied. I hope people stop shopping at stores that don’t care about customer satisfaction! They will never change if we don’t force them to!

I sometimes forget about this King Soopers location considering it is a little distance from my house but the stores usually not too busy and all the staff is very willing to help you find whatever you're looking for. The only downside in my opinion and not even a big deal would be have some carts located inside the building instead of out front.

Compared to any of the other King Soopers stores in Fort Collins this store is not up to par for me selection wise. It's very small and often does not carry what I need. Besides that the staff is always super friendly and helpful! I just wish they'd move to a larger location.

I am writing to update my review. I was there yesterday afternoon out of necessity. I experienced the same poor service, was yet again followed and upon checkout I was treated as a criminal. I have never stolen a thing in my life and to say that I don't appreciate being treated as if I do is an understatement. I complained to the manager and he all but laughed in my face. I told him that I stopped shopping there because of this and he said "ok." That's it. just "ok." I don't experience this at the other King Soopers in Ft. Collins or any other store I shop at to be honest. It is only this store.The other issue I have had with this store was elaborated by another user recently. I have witnessed produce for sale that is crushed, moldy and unsalable. I've watched a produce team member pick out moldy strawberries and put the carton back on two separate occasions. I guess that is their training? I have also had tomatoes go moldy less than 48 hours after purchase. I returned a bottle of sauce that was expired by 5 months within hours of purchase only to be met with "why didn't you check the date when you bought it?" Because expired product should never be on the sales shelf??Safeway is slightly out of my way and a bit more expensive but a better option than this King Soopers.Original:I used to shop there exclusively when I was a college student. In the past 2 years it's become a dump. The customer service took a huge dive. I used to know all the staff by name. One was even a student of mine. Everyone gave a great experience. About 2 years ago everything at that store changed. I won't elaborate but I've never had the same demeaning problems at Safeway or Sprouts or Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. I will not be going back, and I will make sure I tell everyone I can about the way I was treated by staff and the steep decline in the quality of the products.
