I didn't think it was possible to be worse than the North College store, but this location is problematic in different ways. I've attempted to get a chicken meal at the deli a few times during the past couple weeks. It's been a bad experience every time. The food has never been out on time. Like not even close. It's okay, I've got a long lunch break so today I tried to come later. The guy working there is obviously struggling, so I try to be patient and tell him it's no hurry. Today he got fed up that no one else would help me, stomped over to the counter, threw some food in random containers and gave it to me. Doesn't matter how nice and understanding I try to be, he's angry. The baked chicken (which I got because it was the only chicken on the line) was dried up and nasty. The mac and cheese was not up to temp. The mash potatoes and gravy was fine. My stomach does not feel good right now. I'm done shopping at this location for anything. Same for the north college store. I spend close to $2000 a month on groceries for my family and they lost my business. King Soopers has some major problems in this town. It doesn't cost anything to be nice to people. Even if you're having a bad day. In fact it might help you feel better.

Another great King Soopers experience. Hadn't been to this store before, but it seems like the one with the most options. It seemed to have a larger produce section as well as most individual sections in a child. Definitely worth coming to.

Do not order online. Do not accept excuses about staffing issues. Staffing issues are a bi-product of management issues. This store is systematically broken. I placed an online order revolving around making a fresh soup. The order was placed at 3pm for a 6pm pick up. King Soopers sent a notification at 5:45pm to delay my pick up time to 7pm. They waited until the last 15 mins to tell me my order was delayed. I already had my car on and ready. On top of that when I unpacked my order the celery bag was covered in mud and the cilantro was bagged with raw chicken. I immediately drove back (still with empty stomachs in the house) for a refund on the essential ingredients. The staff at customer service didn’t seem too surprised with the quality of the order. They offered me refunds for the items which I accepted. On the way back with my swapped and refunded items. They had in stock items that were substituted in my order. Waterloo orange vanilla was right there two cases and in stock. They substituted simple truth orange vanilla on my pick up order for reasons that are not clear. I really don’t know what they did right. Customer Service put the blame on an associate when this a training and management issue. Do better Kroger/King Soopers. Reminder do not do online ordering with this store.

Chronically understaffed and always out of stock of staple items. At this point, I count on there being long lines when I go to this store. Employees are trying their best but aren’t being given the resources to do well. No other good options for groceries in the neighborhood. Just hella lame every time I go here.

Food prices are higher than ever, and this store flaunts the fact they're price gouging all of us by remodeling their entire store. I've cut Kroger out of my budget for good. They've made billions in profit this year, but won't get another dime from me. For a ten minute longer commute I can find cheaper prices (and the exact same quality) elsewhere.

Been coming here since i was a kid and this place has always been great though one thing has always been consistent. They never have enough checkout lanes open and in turn have lines down isles of people waiting to checkout

Part of the 1 Liter soda shelf broke on my bf and I because it wasn’t screwed in at all compared to the others. We got hit with at least 20 bottles of soda and the metal shelving. We picked the bottles up and sat them upright next to the broken shelf and went to the customer service desk. The young woman was incredibly rude and was texting on her phone the whole time we explained what happened to let them know that the shelf needs to be fixed. She was only concerned if we had put the bottles back. We ended up just walking away. 0/5 stars

It never gets better.The store is a mess, the parking lot is a mess, and the self-checkouts (there's usually one human checker, so I've given up) routinely announce "help is on the way," when a human shows up, counts your items and tells you you're doing it wrong.The store features a really good produce section and a good meat department, but it's really unpleasant to shop there. It's full even with the poor treatment of customers, so there's no incentive for Kroger to fix anything.

Shout out to Trish in the bakery for rolling her eyes at me and getting all huffy because I asked her to get a cupcake out of the case for me. I'm sorry you had to stop what you were doing. I did see if they were pre packaged on the cold shelf but they were not!

I could have stayed and shopped more and bought more groceries but it was sooooo cold in the store that I was frozen. It would have been warmer to shop out in the parking lot. Even the checkout lady said she has to wear two pairs of pants to stay warm. Ridiculous! Turn on the heat!

Great store. I have been shopping here since 1977. It has been remodeled a few times since then, but most importantly, it is still a very friendly store, with great produce, organics, grass fed meats, a bakery and a pharmacy. Also a Starbucks where you can sit and rest, a sushi bar and a great assortment of cheeses from around the world. Dogs are welcome. And for men, I should mention that this very store has been featured in Playboy magazine, due to it's proximity to CSU and the resulting bevy of hot, skimpily clad college girls shopping in it at all hours of the day or night. Who needs bars, when you have a grocery store full of eye candy?! Just act confused about the bean selection, or something, and ask a beautiful girl (or hot guy) for assistance. Could be the start of a beautiful romance. If not, you still have great food to go home with. Like I said, it's a great store!

Insane how long the lines are. Every hour they’re open this is a problem. Easy fix management does nothing about. Open all the registers or enforce a 15 item or less policy at self checkout. Never seen anything like it. Incredibly stupid, takes 20 minutes to check out with two things.

Darn, darn! This is our local store but it is such a mess now that we go to the north store. During the remodel, the isles are too narrow, the pharmacy area too cramped, too many end caps, too long lines for self check, and too many parking places taken up by construction storage. It’s a friggin mess!

Highly recommend this King Soopers especially for pickup / click list! They always bring my orders out quickly and are so kind and warm! They make every effort to find good substitutions for out of stock items and confirm any changes at pickup. They’ve also had my order ready early a few times and called me to offer an earlier pickup time.Just a delightful team!

They must be so scared of losing a single dollar because on Saturday at prime shopping hours, they still don't have all their self checkout isles open and lines to check out are insane. I went in to buy 3 things and I left ages later; sweating, stressed, and hating humanity. I can't imagine actually trying to get groceries for the week.

On Labor Day (09/04) at 6:18 pm, due to my haste, I accidentally dropped a box of eggs. A store employee who was arranging yogurt boxes nearby generously assisted me in cleaning up with a warm smile and constantly reassured me when I felt anxious. He even declined my offer to purchase the broken eggs, despite my attempt to place them in my shopping basket. I genuinely appreciate the kindness of King Soopers employees, and of course, you will always have my support.

This is a really nice King Soopers. All the employees are sweet and very helpful. The store has a very Clean environment. The only thing that I find wrong is that they don't always have what I need to buy.

Moderately busy today. So the few full service lines were four plus shoppers deep. Nice cashier came up to me and offered to check me out as she opened a new register line. Pretty surprised and greatly appreciated!

deli...must pull ticket wait, order then walk the whole store while waiting for slicing...checkout is disaster. 1-2 check stands open forcing you to use self-checkout where full carts, not 1-2 items is taking forever...staff, who cares less. Going 1.5 miles, you can escape and have a calm experience at Safeway

App which is required for discounts is very buggy and has resulted in me losing lots of money. Store is fine but having to scan tiny QR codes on my phone while blocking the aisle to receive the advertised price is frustrating, especially when the app doesn’t work. App works less then 50% of the time. App is broken and annoying. Please fix or remove the required use of the app for discounts. What’s the point of a store card. Fix the app. Please fix the app. For the love of god remove or fix the app.

Driving through town and saw a gas station that had the same logo as my local Smiths Market place back in Utah. Reward points still worked from out of state and the store layout was very familiar. The King Soopers appeared to be market fresh everyday. Thanks for being a grocery store anchor across state borders.

I am tossing in the towel on this King Soopers! We spend over a thousand dollars here a month. As frustrating as it maybe to deal with lack of them having so many things we still go back till tonight. I go in for a few things at 8:38 PM and ventured through the “Bakery” seeing a kiwi tart in the glass case which says “ please ask for assistance” so I ask the young lady that was tossing the days old donuts from the display. She turns to me and said “ bakery’s closed I’m trying to get out of here”😳. I was speechless!! Thinking to my self all it would take is for her to simply walk 5 steps and get the tart making the king Soopers store money 20.00. But no she instead turned back and continued to remove the donuts that didn’t sell which in a nut shell costing King Soopers company money.Proceeding to the meat dept. the gentleman working had the entire main isle blocked with stock items. Again I guess I was in his way!Joke of a store I’ll go down the street..Not my loss but I wanted to inform.

The prices have raised extremely high, they have closed more self checkout aisles than before which makes the lines longer than they already were even during times that store isn't busy, and the new theft protection measures are so ridiculous that self checkout generally always requires an employee to bypass a camera that thinks you stole something I've decided to take my business elsewhere even though I live a block away. An extra 10 minutes on a small trip that uses to take 3 minutes is just unnaceptable when you're charging more than ever for your products.

When you call their store to find out what their hours are, the automated voice recording still states they'reopen until 12:00 a.m. each night-- But if you arrive at the King Soopers on the corner of Elizabeth & Taft Hill Road after 11:00 pm the doors are locked. They are aware of this, but have not updated their voice recording to reflect their actual hours. I drove in one evening from Carr Colorado to pick up some medical supplies for a friend that just had surgery and arrived there at 11:05 pm and the doors were locked. I called the store manager at that time, and they did pick up and I informed him of the deficiency.His reply was... oh yeah yeah your like the third or fourth person that's mentioned that!No mention of getting it corrected though! And definitely no offer to let me in to the store to pick up what I needed!
