This place is awesome! Great variety for all your ranch and farm needs. But I especially love their apparel for kids and adults! A good variety and great sales racks! We travel from WY to NM and TX and we always stop and put diesel in our van and shop here! Their staff is always friendly and helpful and restrooms are always clean. It's a treat to stop by and I always look forward to our rest stop here.

What a fun stop!!! I went in for coffee while my family was getting gas, but found cool shopping inside! Everything from unique gifts to clothes to hardware! Lol! Gorgeous flowers and lots of selections in their garden center!!!

To me, one of the best ways to evaluate a company is how they deal with problems. I recently purchased a trailer and after about six weeks I noticed, for the first time, that there was some damage. I took the trailer in and explained the situation. Within a few minutes, Julie the manager, met with me and agreed that the damage was likely to have been there when I bought the trailer. She told me that she would contact the companies representative and get back to me. Before I even got home, she called me and asked me to bring the trailer back so that they could replace the part. Just great service!

Best customer service I've received in years from ANYWHERE. Sally dropped what she was doing, which was a huge bag of dog food, to open a register to ring me up when she absolutely didn't have to. There was hardly a line at the register that was open and I didn't want her kindness to go unnoticed!

The coffee is awesome and they sell some stuff you cant get elsewhere. Staff is great. Problem is they're always out of everything. About half the time I come down I end up having to go somewhere else.

Jax is a great local (but expanding outward) store and this farm and ranch store is excellent for gearing up and supplying anyone that works with their hands.

Moved to FoCo about 6 years ago and this place was one of the first shops I visited! It’s been my go to for all things farm related since. Always had good costumer service, whether at check out or if I was looking for something. I buy a majority of my animal feed here, tools, hoses and garden stuff, and lots of other things. They even have a little coffee/ice cream shop that makes a great Chi tea, the kids love to grab ice cream in the summer. The store is dog friendly, you can sigh up for an account and save points towards $$, and they offer a 5% military discount, just a great local store.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place is a joke. Some of the people are nice, but as a company, it is a joke! Family members have worked here and this place is poorly run from the owners down. They don’t treat their employees well and it shows in their customer service. I have been trying to get my mower back now for two weeks after being promised it would be done in two days. They don’t care and have zero ambition to provide what they promised. I initially asked for a tune up. Got the mower back and it wouldn’t even start. Checked the air filter- not even changed. Called and talked to the department “manager” Nigel…useless. Took it back even after he tried making me the problem when HIS employee promised to have the mower done in two days. Not my fault he offered to move me to the head of the “8-10 week long line”. He shouldn’t have done that. Now I still don’t have a mower and the “manager” has one mechanic and says he can’t even take a look at it???? Shouldn’t the manager be servicing in the service department as well???? I just want my mower back- I’ll take it elsewhere or do it myself at this point. What a joke. Save your money and your sanity- shop Murdoch’s with customer service and try another small engine repair shop. Pathetic.

Great place here, i get a lot of my work and farm clothes from this Jax, that being said the prices are steep the dont have many sales and some item are just plain overpriced. The small things and hardware, tool section is reasonable but apparel can be too much. There is ice cream here and a really nice staff! 4/5 for prices online shopping is much cheaper.

This review is for the constant problems we have when buying wood stove pellets here due to them being stored outside in the elements and getting wet. Is it really that hard to cover these somehow? Several times we have had to bring bags back due to them getting wet which makes them unusable in our stove. Recently I noticed them being wet after they were already loaded into the car. Had the employee remove them and got a refund. "Well, we had a snowstorm". No kidding. Then he proceeded to stack them back in the pile to sell to someone else. Bad business. Can't you cover them with a plastic tarp????

I have yet to walk in and out of this store and not have an employee take time to see if I need help in any way.For months now I’ve been looking for a new pair of cowgirl boots. Wish I could've stayed to shop. Beautiful store. However my experience with the coffee shop was poor. I asked for ice cream and was told there was none because of supply. So being a hot day, I ordered 2 lemonades. It was warm and the little amount of ice melted on my way to the car. While this lady was fixing my drinks, another employee came behind the counter and said she had gone to bring the ice cream to the front. The lady said she already had got it. Sorry lady you are the weakest link representing this establishment.

I had a hand full of items. Lots of worker’s there but only one at the register and the line had 8 customers in it! The blonde girl at the register looked like and acted like she hate the world. Bit — - ! Second time I had this girl . I ended up putting my items down and walked out. Think I’ll start driving a little further to Murdock

Bought a $1800 pressure washer, took it home and the wand would not shut off. Took it back and I was told no one there could help me and they would call when some one was there that was competent enough to help. No call. Went back a couple days later and was told the same thing. No call. Went back a third time and I was told it has been longer than a week and they can’t take it back and it will take 6 months to get a new wand through warranty! Wasn’t more than a week the first time I went in. So they sent me away for a week so they didn’t have to do any thing and could just pass the blame to Stihl? Employees were rude and not at all helpful. Literally said they don’t need my business. Cool! F U and your rude employees. There are plenty of other store to buy from.

The staff here are always friendly and helpful without being overbearing. I love that I can get fasteners by the pound - including normally hard to find metric nuts and bolts - and I always pick up some old fashioned candy and some smoked snacks before I check out. It's the only place I know of to buy Ranch-Way animal foods in town, even though they're made here. They also provide a veteran's discount, which I really appreciate. Heck, there's even coffee and ice cream! Decent prices and broad selection round out a great experience.

Farm and ranch and don't even carry a primer bulb. Lawn tractors chainsaws weed wackers small farm tractors lawn mowers backpack blowers and all things of that nature use a primer bulb. So why would you not have more than one small pack of some varying size primer bulbs?. Let alone have a complete primer bulb assembly in other words from where it connects to the fuel lines to the little rubber deal you push everything in between all brand new. Cuz a lot of these new machines won't allow you to just replace the bulb you could replace the whole piece. You would think of firming ranch stamped on the sign in front of the store.. this is farm and ranch store supposedly.. I was quite disappointed not to mention that the staff follows you around like they're expecting you to steal something or they just got enough money and employees they can pay people to follow other people around cuz that always makes for a wonderful shopping experience and the level of comfort just shy of sitting in a solitary confinement. And then the other part of the staff don't know their store to save their life they couldn't tell you what's in aisle four. Quite disappointed ..won't recommend that to anybody ever again. no I can't say that because the Jack Daniel's ice cream is pretty damn good. I recommend go into the ice cream serving business.
