They stand behind their products, including plants, and being a garden club member (which has no cost) offers me rewards and frequent discounts. This is a local business I love to support and they love when we bring our dogs to visit.

I’ve been wanting to/support a local business and a nursery was on my mind. This place is huge and has a wide variety of plants to select from. Employees are all very nice and helpful, well educated on all things horticultural. Pricing seemed a bit high in some of the smaller potted plants, and some of the signage was missing so it became a guessing game of how much a certain thing costs. I’ll definitely visit them again to browse and purchase a few items.

Horribly outrageous prices. Worst part is I came up with two items that were floor models with significant damages. They only had one of each and literally could not even locate one of them that stated they had three in the system. She literally offered me only a 10% off of it.These items I wouldn't have paid, well Nobody would have paid more than 10 bucks for these items. They had significant damage that caused it to look not like it should have. I wanted them because they had a special feature about him that I could have worked around but it would have taken me money and time to deal with it and it wasn't worth no 10% off. I tried to reason with her. I tried to knock even five bucks off of something. No no no. She stuck to her 10% off only and this was the manager, Mind you and she refused to understand their errors. I didn't even receive an apology that they only had one item out on the floor that I really wanted and I was willing to pay at least 10 bucks for it. And no she wanted me to pay still close to $25 for the item. They don't work with you. They're overpriced and I will not be bringing me or my family over to this nursery again.Extremely disappointed in the service I received. I felt like they didn't care about the situation at all and they didn't use any kind of discretion over policy. That's the wrong store you want to be at.

Great store! They have amazing discounts during their big end of season sale in late August early September. Love their pots selection and indoor plants.

They have so many beautiful plants and veggies here! They helped me figure out how best to take care of a lavender plant, in remembrance of someone close to my best friend who committed suicide last year.It means the world to me that Janet (I hope i remembered that right) took the time to help me, and potted the plant for me! And the two cool ladies at the front registers were awesome, too! :) Thanks again! 💜

Just visited for the first time last week looking for a houseplant, and I'm glad I did! The employees were so thoughtful and nice (complimentary wrapping up the plant to protect it from the cold), and I got several offers of assistance as I browsed through the large plant area. The whole place seems geared toward helping the customer with care tips and tools to succeed in plant maintenance, and they offer classes! The quality and assortment of plants was excellent and well arranged. I'm very happy with the Ponytail Palm I purchased, and I'm sure I'll be back!

Too early for.ost plants. They have lots of succulents and some gorgeous orchids. Will be back later in the spring for flowering plants.

It was so colorful and inspiring ! All of the workers were very caring and helpful. I became a free member! I did not see the whole center but I really enjoyed the succulents, the veggies, and my son liked all the decorations.

Usually love this nursery. The plant selection is great and the employees are friendly. However, I stopped in today and noticed that nearly every plant was covered in spider mite webbing. I would not buy any plants from here until the spider mite issue is resolved!

This place is great! Been there numerous times and bought everything from houseplants, annuals and perennials, pots and garden decor. Had to leave a review today because of how kind and knowledgeable they are. A few weeks ago I called in to see about mounting a staghorn fern. Not only did they help me over the phone but also showed me examples and what to buy when I got there. I just called because I am having issues a few weeks later with my mount I made and they were kind enough to give me advice on it again! Awesome people!

Came to the nursery with a long list of outdoor plants not sure where to find them. Eri was awesome, took my list and walked me to every single one of them giving advice and help picking along the way. A little pricey but information/help was fantastic.

I thought this nursery had a great selection of plants. Caroline was kind enough to take the time to explain plants to me that I was unfamiliar with, along with care tips. She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and convinced me to buy more plants than I had intended. :D I'll definitely be back!

Local and local friendly. They always have a great variety of flowering and fruiting plants. Their staff is very knowledgeable. I'm a part of their "frequent flyers" club so i often get discounts on future purchases.

I'm a brand new gardener. This was my first experience in a nursery, and it was during their big perennial sale. Got there 12 minutes after open and it was chaos, but a good kind. So many people, very high positive energy, and very friendly workers. There was about half of the supply of the sale items left, but most were still a decent selection in good shape, so I was able to get a lot of new flowers. The wagons and decor are a lovely touch to the experience. A tad on the pricey side, but worth it with the warranty.

The service and expertise at Ft. Collins Nursery is excellent. I came in today with a question and assistance needed with an issue I had with Hydrangeas. I apologize for not getting their names but the young lady and gentleman who assisted me were amazing. With their expertise they were able to sort through my lack of general knowledge and frustration with my inability to grow Hydrangeas. They identified and suggested an alternative to previous choices that maybe more successful. Thanks again to your great staff.
