I’ve been with CVS Target for years upon years, despite the constant long waits in line. Today was my last straw. Waiting with my sick baby in “line” (there was no one in front of me) but the pharmacy technician Michelle continued her stocking of prescriptions and dryly stated “be with you in a minute.” Once she did call me the the register, she was clearly making it known that I was inconveniencing her. She was very dry and short with me. When I asked if I could put my telephone number into the rewards (I was in the process and she scanned my medication and the screen disappeared), she huffed and made it clear that was just another inconvenience to her. As a paying customer, and someone that has been in customer service for many years, it was unappreciated. Some staff need training on how to treat customers like they are appreciative of their business as it is our choice where to fill prescriptions.

Changed from king soopers to here because my insurance told me cvs is who they work with and will be cheaper. Not the case at all. I'm paying more. And the staff at the pharmacy doesn't really look for ways to help you. At king soopers the pharmacist would look for coupons and stuff for the best price. Here they look bothered to even answer questions. I went in today and was told my medicine was around 18 dollars on a coupon because insurance didn't cover. I stepped away to call insurance. In fact they didn't cover. So I went back to just pay the 18 for the meds and 10 min later it was now 22 and change. Idk what changed in those 10 min but like I said. The pharmacist here are not very helpful to say the least.

Consistently fills prescriptions with the wrong brand, then staff acts rude/annoyed when I ask to open the bag and check that the brand is correct before checking out. I've tried to stick with them for a few years hoping eventually things would get better, but they haven't.

The head pharmacist lacks compassion and patience towards customers. It is evident that his ego surpasses the size of his head. I believe he judges customers based on the prescriptions provided by the doctor. There is room for improvement in his attitude and behavior towards customers.

I’ve had many disappointing experiences here but today was the final straw. I’ll be transferring all my scrips to another pharmacy. This pharmacy was unexpectedly closed today because someone didn’t show up. They put up no signs explaining the situation and made no effort to make things right once they did open 2+ hours late. In fact, they expected customers who were already there waiting to wait another 2+ hours to get their medicines. I understand things happen with staffing and they can’t open without a pharmacist, but it seems like the techs could’ve had all the waiting prescriptions filled and just needing pharmacist approval to expedite things. They also could’ve put up a sign explaining the situation so people didn’t wait around. There was a long line of folks waiting for them to open when I arrived.I rarely write negative reviews but this pharmacy consistently has the longest wait in town and extremely rude staff once you do get up to the counter. I won’t be wasting my time here anymore.

Went in to pick up my meds and was told that I was one day early and needed to come back the following day. I showed up the next day and they said my insurance needs prior auth so they are calling my doctor, not sure why they couldn’t say that before I made another trip back. Went back the next day and was told they’ve been out of stock for awhile, again not sure why they couldn’t have said that before I made a third trip. The tech or pharmacist at counter checked the other stores to see who had the medication in stock and he said everyone was out, I went to the next closest CVS that same day and they had the medication and filled it in 30 minutes

Never get your Rx filled here. Aside from a huge packed Super Target parking lot, you have to walk through the entire store to get to the CVS and you will always find a line of at least 7-10 people. After being in line for 10 min (1 cashier working, 4 pharmacist in the back) a pharmacist from the back, rushed to the front and told us to re-organize our line so that the store cart traffic would have to go between us and the pharmacy counter, rather than behind us between the isles. As soon as we met her ridiculous request, she went to the back again. Unbelievable.

DO NOT TRUST! This evening CVS promised to fill a transferred prescription they were unable to find in their system. They asked what medicine, I told them, and they said great they will try to have it done that evening. 15 minutes before closing I learned they couldn’t find the script in their system and therefore it could not be filled. This is an appalling way to do business in an industry that requires a high level of trust.This is a new medicine called in to stop pain. I am supposed to take this medicine in the morning before food. I will now have to postpone starting a crucial medication 24 hours because I was given false information.

The way this pharmacy operates is completely unacceptable. I tried for two weeks to get a new prescription and was repeatedly run in circles, told my meds were ready and approved only to arrive and be told they'd been rejected or required insurance approval, AFTER checking over the phone with my pharmacy, my insurance, and my doctor. When I was finally able to get my meds, after being told they were ready and finding them rejected AGAIN, the employee (Cassy, Lead Pharmacy Technician) yelled at me over the counter while I was waiting in line. She demanded I "talk nicer next time" for very reasonably asking why my meds weren't ready and requesting they cancel a conflicting prescription (that I had already tried to cancel myself) so I could get my medication. The employee made a scene and was absolutely awful to me for no justifiable reason. I am genuinely suspicious that this place denied me my meds on the basis of being trans and ran me around to prevent me from obtaining my hormones. This behavior borders on downright cruel and this institution should be ashamed of its employee's behavior. Do not send your meds here, especially if you're trans.

You better count your pills, we got a few 90-day supply pills and a lot were missing, not like one or two, but say 10-20! And it was for a strong meds for depression. We went back and got some back but not all unfortunately.Also the old white male who works as a technician there, is absolutely the rudest person I’ve encountered in pharmacies. He’s always rude just simply asking your name, or even worse if you end up having a question. I wonder if it’s because I’m Asian as well 🤷🏻‍♀️This pharmacy is covered by my insurance better than others so we switched here because of that.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only do they lie to you about contacting your physician they leave you on hold every time you call for 45 mins or more. As I'm typing this I've been on hold for 37 minutes and they close at 8pm which is 12 minutes from now. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The lines for waiting are ridiculous. The processing time for meds is ridiculous. They finally fill it and don't even tell you so your insurance thinks you picked it up and won't refill! Some of these meds people take are everyday meds!Pathetic! I can't wait for my insurance company to drop CVS.I don't even know why I am bothering to post this review as they do not care what their customers think or lose them but I am, in hope that people avoid this place.

Why is terminal hold the standard at this pharmacy? These people ever answer the phone, necessitating an unnecessary in person visit. Ridiculous.

My prescription expired, they said they'd contact my doctor. They didn't.After I contacted my doctor and got a prescription. They sent a text saying it was received. I called the number for availability, it said 10 minutes.I arrived 3 hours later and they said they were waiting on my doctor's approval.Will be reviewing my pharmacy choice!

Waited over an hour to get my prescription filled that was called in hours before I went to pick it up. They kept telling me 15-20 minutes. It was never ready. Finally I had to leave before getting it because I had to put my kid to bed. It’s the next day and it’s still not filled. Avoid this cvs if you value your time.

Called to make sure they got the prescription was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Went to go get it a 2 hours later and it was not even ready. This seems to always be the case. It’s so frustrating especially when you have children/things you need to do.

Made a vaccine appointment online, checked in also online once I arrived as instructed, but was then informed I still had to wait in line to check in.After checking in there was a significant backup of people receiving vaccines, creating a long wait. Overall it was very inefficient and it seemed like there was no point in creating an appointment ahead of time.Gave 2 stars because the staff was polite and friendly.

Horrible! Target draws you in with appointments for vaccination. Then you get there, and it is cancelled. This has happened to me twice within the last month. Both times, they say, "You should have gotten a cancellation text." DIDN'T either time! It seems like a way to get you in to shop for Target. Very frustrating!!

Scheduled a vaccine and flu shot through the website and when we arrived there was a lame handwritten note with a sad face stating they didn't have anyone to administer the shot. Albeit, there were more than 5 people behind the counter and no one in line. Then, was told we should've been notified. No kidding. Lazy people and horrible booking system. Pull the cap off the needle and jam the arm!

Tried to get a flu shot this evening. Stood in line for 15 mins in line while the only person working up front shared his life story with the customer in front of me. Finally I tell him I would like a flu shot and he says to me that they are by appointment only after 7pm. At this point it is 6:40pm. Which I remind him of and then he proceeds to tell me that they are now only doing vaccines by appointments. So which is it? You accept walk-ins or not? And guess you fooled me with the sign posted right next to the counter that said walk-in vaccine appointments can expect a longer wait. That would have been no problem and I would have finished my shopping. Or try having a sign posted up front saying vaccines by appointments only. Instead what you have is a bunch of signs conflicting one another and a bunch of typical fort collins bums running about as in inefficient of an operation as it gets. And they wonder why vax rates are so low. 🤦‍♂️

Stood in line waiting. Met a friend said hi for one minute. Turned around they were closing the window on me. Wouldn’t let me grab a quick prescription even tho I had been waiting in line. A snotty clerk said she already made last call. I’ve been a customer for years!! Not anymore. But do they really care? No. They keep offering poor customer service. People keep coming. Stop coming maybe their customer service will improve!!

Actually it was not a good experience . I had an appointment at 10 and went at 9:50 . I told the pharmacist about my appointment and he told me to wait 10 minutes for the lady . When the lady came, she took two clients who came after me before taking me. I was really upset.

I've never had any problems with any CVS before, but in three months of living by this pharmacy (basically the only CVS within an hour) this one gets something wrong every time. Even calling ahead to make sure they can get a specific medication leads to complications -- they cant find the medication nearby, try to switch to a different drug, and fail to provide any status updates when they promise to call. They once rang me up for a medication without it in the bag and did not notice! They seem nice enough... but it's pretty bad. Switched to Walgreens.

Employees lie to customers, profile and discriminate against them. They went against my doctor's orders on when my perception needed to be filled lying it was state law they couldn't fill it earlier than 2 days. It's not state law is a CVS practice to in their own words weed out the low life druggies. I had my prescription filled there every month for the past 7 years, not anymore! I'm tired of their rude behavior and judgement. I have narcolepsy and since there is no cure I will always need medicine, but I do not need ignorant pill counters to treat me unkind and have the arrogance to think they know more than my doctor.

This is the only CVS pharmacy within an hour of where I live. Every single time I drive down here to pick up my prescriptions something has gone wrong. Either they can't find my refills or they can't fill them for a couple days. I'm receiving the texts saying my prescriptions are ready however. Anytime I need to pick up prescriptions from this pharmacy I prepare for a massive migraine.

I went to urgent care yesterday morning and prescribed a medication. At 10:00am the next morning the prescription was still not filled. I find this incredibly frustrating and tells me that they are extremely slow or extremely short staffed.

Probable the worst pharmacy ever. Just waited in like for 20 minutes for my prescription that was supposed to be done at 2pm. I was there at 3 and they said it still was not ready. They are slow and rude.

Really disappointed, we've used this place since it opened years ago, but their inconsistent follow through with doctors and their rude techs finally drove us away. Recommend the Safeway down the street instead.

Most of these people walk around like Robots! They act like they hate their jobs. They get my doses wrong a lot of the time. I miss the the other pharmacy people. I think I will change pharmacies. It's a shame because I like shopping while waiting for my prescription.
