We have been taking our husky to Camp Bow Wow for the last three years. Today, she not only enjoyed her time at daycare but also received grooming services. As a six-year-old husky, shedding is a common issue, but the de-shed bath at Camp Bow Wow is truly exceptional. Our husky's coat is now in excellent condition, all thanks to your amazing team. In addition, they also trimmed her nails today. We want to sincerely thank all of your staff for taking care of our beloved dog's happiness and well-being. We will definitely recommend your services to others.

We have been taking our child here for about three months now. And this place has been incredibly helpful for us. Both my fiancé and I work full-time. And we didn’t want to leave our baby at home by himself. We felt like he needed some social interaction with other dogs. I am so grateful that we found Camp Bow Wow. Every single staff member of come into contact with has been so incredibly friendly and nice. And they seem to really adore Cooper. Overall I love knowing that he is in a safe place and is having fun with other dogs. The picture that I posted is from once he gets home from daycare. He’s all tuckered out and ready for bed.

Great place to board your dog whether it's part of a day, full day or overnight. Staff is friendly. They have cameras in the rooms so you can see how your dog is doing. After you've been a few times they know which dog is yours and bring it out. My dog goes once a week for a 1/2 day (5 hours) and loves it.

I absolutely LOVE Camp Bow Wow! They take such good care of your pups. They treat them like their own. I love that I can get on the web cams at anytime during daycare hours to watch my babies play. Their staff is excellent. If you decide to try your dog in daycare. I definitely recommend Camp Bow Wow. I trust my dogs with them. They come home wore out. Their daycare packages are definitely save me momey. The 20 full day package for $544.00 saves me about $136. Which is AWESOME! I love the enrichments they offer. Especially the snuggle time.Thank you Camp Bow Wow for having a place my dogs can go & play & have fun with your different daily enrichments.

Our dog KC is a handful! Camp Bow Wow has been great. We were out of town and our dog sitter needed a break and Camp Bow Wow saved the day. Thank you Josh for your help!

I am maintaining the 5 star rating as I know my dog is well cared for here - and that’s what matters most to me in the long run. She is scared of many places/people but doggy daycare is the exception. I’ve been taking her here since she was a puppy and she always has a wagging tail and is overjoyed to see her favorite camp counselors and doggy friends. For that, I’m grateful. The counselors clearly love dogs, and always dote on her when I drop her off. It brings me such relief to know that I can go to work, knowing she is cared for.The human aspect of customer service could use some work. I’m a frequent customer (pay for full day doggy daycare 1-2x per week), frequently purchase extra enrichments, and use the boarding services as needed. Charging me for a full day of daycare when I unknowingly miss the cutoff for a half day by 20 minutes is not smart business practice in retaining your ongoing customers. Trying to then sell me a package “to save me money” after ripping me off over those 20 minutes is not benefitting you either. I’m also growing a bit concerned by the level of turnover there seems to be as of late. How much help I’m going to get is very dependent on who is sitting at the front desk at that time - very hit or miss.To the counselors who love my Maus, thank you for taking such great care of her!To management/ownership, please evaluate your customer service practices.

Honestly I would give 0 stars if I could…*EDIT* we took our girls to Happy Hounds in Longmont and it was amazing. They were nonjudgmental and loved both puppers, completely different and positive experience and 10/10 recommend HH instead of Camp Bow Wow!!For starters, we got held up by a train on the way there and were 10 minutes late for the interview and the receptionist was super rude and said “that’s interesting” about the train and almost turned us away until I mentioned we could board somewhere else (then she had an attitude and told us we could proceed but now they’re understaffed and made it clear this was bc of us.)We have 2 dogs and they took our almost 1 year old lab/shep mix first and within 10 mins they brought her back and they denied her because she was scared (literally that is why, they have no capability for dogs that aren’t overly friendly.) My dog is the sweetest and friendliest pup ever she was just nervous bc she never has boarded before and takes a minute to warm up…They then took my other dog and she passed but they weren’t positive it was a good fit because they weren’t sure if she was happy…. What?????They wanted to keep only 1 dog for the longer play period and wouldn’t even try again with the sweet puppy and didn’t give her a chance to play with her sister pup in the group. We politely declined because it was an overall bad vibe from the start.TLDR if your dog doesn’t fit the very specific weird standard, don’t waste your time setting up a temperament test and spend your money somewhere else

We love Camp Bow Wow Fort Collins! Our dog always comes home tired and enriched. And more importantly, I believe he is safe there. I would both board and do daycare for him at this facility. The only thing I would love to see improved is if they had the ability to do dog haircuts, but they do have baths and nail trims which is convenient and lovely! The front desk staff are inviting and helpful!

My dog has spent a day or two each week at Camp Bow Wow for almost 12 years. She is excited to go in when we arrive. The staff have always paid attention to each dog and interact with them during the day. The office is well manage and keeps lists about vaccinations, needs, and other specifics.

I took my dog to Camp Bow Wow. She was there for just three visits. That’s what I paid for .The first time she failed because I watched it on video. They let several dogs in the room at one time she was a puppy about 6 to 7 months old and she got scared and they failed her. But they told me I could bring her back and try again the next time she passed so I signed her up for three visits. She didn’t go all the time. The first time she went had a good time. The seconds time she got kennel, cough and they didn’t feed her and I gave them food. She was there both times full days The final time they called me and told me that she nipped one of one of the people the worker and I apologized and I said she was excited and he proceeded to tell me. This is the manager that she would be no longer allowed to be at Camp Bow Wow because she nip this person and the person that she nip said he didn’t break skin and he was fine. They let her stay until I was able to pick her up and she got along with the dogs fine the rest of the time, I asked them if I would get her training. Would she be welcome back the manager then told me no because she nipped a coworker which I could understand, but what I couldn’t understand is that he told me she failed the first time which was not her fault, and that I don’t bring her that often was his other reasoning.I have looked at all the photos, and I have noticed there are not any Pits in any of their photos I’ve seen boxes, so I am convinced that because my dog looks more like a pit that they had a problem with her or at least that manager does, So that’s why he didn’t want her coming back. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the managers name but as for the rest of the staff they were great. This is the one in Fort Collins. I don’t know about the other camps. So now I take her to the dog parks and she gets along great with all the dogs . I was talking with a couple of the people at the dog park and told them about my experience at camp bow wow proceeded to tell me that it’s not a good place to take your dog. This is just my experience and I just thought I would let you know.

My puppy and I had an amazing experience at this Camp Bow Wow. She had been to other similar style dog daycares before like Dogtopia. I would say all of them are comparable pricing wise. They all give you different coupons when you first sign up and overall the prices are pretty close. What I will say CBW beats out dogtopia on is the care the staff takes with your dogs. Not the dogtopia is bad by any stretch of the imagination, but our meet and greet was much longer and more structured. The stack of sign-on papers etc. they gave us was much more robust. And just overall, I got a slightly more professional feel from CBW versus dogtopia. I also prefer the CBW boarding experience to Dogtopia. At CBW they have individual like little rooms with a elevated bed for the dogs per their website anyway. At dogtopia everybody gets crated at night. My puppy is crated every night anyhow so that wasn't a huge deal, but if I could put her in a little room as opposed to that, I'm more interested in a small room versus a crate. Also, my dog comes home cleaner from CBW than they do from Dogtopia. I'm really not sure why because they both have all of the dogs just in large rooms. But she somehow is just less dirty coming home from CBW.I've now gone to three different CBW locations and they've all been excellent. Fort Collins is very busy with the college students spring break this week. They don't have any room at all but I was able to take her down to Loveland and Longmont without any issue. The other two locations just called Fort Collins and had her information brought over and it was easy peasy. I'll be traveling to Denver on Thursday and they told me I could just call a location in Denver and they would be able to get her and usually without any trouble. And I am not for seeing any trouble getting into a place in Denver either. So convenient. Great company.

Our dog (a Golden Wheaten, 45 lbs) loves this place. She literally starts to whine when we arrive in the parking lot and claws at the door to get inside. The staff is super friendly. Watching the dogs during the day on the video is too funny.

Really impressed how they introduced my dog to others. Made sure to create a very safe environment. I was able to watch my dog on the "Camper Cam" throughout the day, he was always having fun with staff members always present.

Goose had the very best time! The whole Camp Bow Wow staff made us feel welcome. They answered my endless questions, provided wonderful puppy advice, and helped Goose transition and feel loved! We can't wait to setup a regular cadence where Goose can hang with his buds - furry and non-furry friends alike!

We love Camp Bow Wow! Darby always comes home tuckered out.The staff is friendly and so sweet to our girl. The web cams are addicting too! They do fun photo shoots that are themed for the time of year. Also addicting! At the end of the day they always let me know if something significant happened. Darby had a cut on her nose when I dropped her off one day--self inflicted. When I picked her up they let me know that she had rubbed it and caused it to bleed. They cleaned it and all was well. I just really appreciate how serious they take the responsibility. The grooming team is also excellent. They can do a full bath or just clean ears.

Love Camp Bow Wow! Staff is terrific, they make everything easy, and my pup LOVES it! I was worried it would take time for her to acclimate because she’s a nervous girl, but she went right in and is always so happy. I love that she gets to spend more time outside (a lot more) than where we went previously. I also, surprisingly, like that she isn’t crated for two hours for a “break” like she was at the other. I think that had more to do with the staff than the dogs. I’ve checked on the cameras, and if the dogs are tired, they just lay down! The point of her going to daycare is so she’s not crated. Very happy fur momma and fur baby!

Easy drop-off and pick-up for day care. My dog loves the time to be with other dogs. She's always excited to go and is excited for me to pick her up. She is tired after a full day of day care. The camp counselors are great and care about the dogs. We haven't used the over night services much but would do it in a heart beat if we had to. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for all of their services.

Camp Bow Wow has been incredibly accommodating for our blind dog, Leroy Brown. They gave him special attention to feel comfortable in a strange environment. They even allowed us to use the remaining credits for baths when it wasn’t suitable for Leroy to attend anymore.

We have used Camp Bow Wow for over a year and have loved them. We were understanding when our dog came back from a visit with kennel cough, from a separate visit with pink eye and a third visit with canine papillomas. The beauty of community doggy daycare results in these small health consequences. My dog always had a fantastic time. She looks forward to coming and loves the staff just as much as the other dogs. This last visit was different. My camper report card was glowing, like always, with a warm invite back. The front staff, however, painted an entirely different picture. My 1 year old dog jumped on other dogs too much. She doesn’t know how to say hello to other dogs. She was too rough with 13 or 14 year dogs that had frail hips and couldn’t handle her jumping on them to say hello or play. It was stressed that when she was with dogs that were a good match, she played well, read queues and even took a self induced break for water when things were getting a little hectic. However, because she was too playful for older dogs it was recommended she receive training. If they didn’t see “improvement” over her next few visits, she may not be allowed to come back.I am still so upset that after several visits with absolutely no issues at all, this has become such a problem. When I inquired why they didn’t keep the older, more frail dogs, in a separate area from the younger, more playful dogs, it was once again a problem with my dog. She jumps too much to be with the smaller dogs, she smooshed the corgis. Well yea, she is 50 lbs so being with the corgis is probably not a good fit either. Even though we love the staff and the location is prime, we will be looking for another boarding/daycare option. I can’t risk her being placed with frail 14 year old dogs and hurting someone while I am out of town.Camp Bow Wow - this is not a behavioral issue, this is an issue with the dogs not being properly matched in their rooms. This whole situation is entirely disheartening and a lose/lose for everyone involved.

The staff is absolutely amazing. My dog had a very scary medical emergency last year while at daycare and the CBW staff was incredibly kind and took great care of him until I could take him to the animal hospital. They are always very accommodating and helpful and they all deserve raises!!!

The staff at Camp Bow Wow is first rate. They take most excellent care of the campers. We have had our pup groomed a couple of years with a manicure and pedicure. She was absolutely gorgeous when done! The staff have been responsive to our requests with good follow through. We are able to watch our pup on live feed which is really nice and reassuring. I highly recommend them.

Our pups, Daisy and Arlo, absolutely LOVED their experience at Camp Bow Wow in Fort Collins! We were visiting for a few days and wanted to have a place for our pups to go during the day to get their energy out. Camp Bow Wow was perfect! The first day, there was a short “interview” process where they made sure our pups were a good fit for camp. The whole day we were able to see our dogs on the cameras in the app, which was super comforting. They played and had a great time! They did special enrichment times with our dogs to give them extra one-on-one attention and they even sent us photos. On their last day, they got a bath so they smelled great on the long drive home! Thanks, Camp Bow Wow! Next time we’re in town, we will definitely be back! :)

If you're anything like me and worry about your furbabies while out of town Camp Bow Wow is for you! We were 14hrs out of town for a celebration of life when one of our dogs became very sick. They were able to take her to our vet and pick her up while keeping in contact with us. Of course, me being a worried fur mom, the webcam helped me feel at ease seeing her get better. My other dog (who I was most worried about) seemed to be having a great time! We have used a few different boarding facilities and Camp Bow Wow of Fort Collins has been hands down the best. I can not express how appreciative I am of their level of care. We will be using them for all our future boarding needs and sharing our experience with other pet parents! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

After the first day there, they remembered my dog's name. I love the coupons, the ability to have her groomed there while I'm at work - saves me another trip to the groomer later. The card sent to my house after her first visit that was hand written is an excellent touch to show that me bringing her to Camp Bow Wow is appreciated. I also appreciated how my friend who referred me there gets a free day of daycare, too. I love that the camp instructors are there at all times. The camera system gives me assurance that my pup is doing okay. I just wish the instructors would spend more time playing with the dogs. I can understand that it can't happen all day but more of it would be great to see. Overall, very pleased!
