Burlington has so much more than coats! I was surprised when I went in there. It's similar to a everything home store. They had clothes, shoes, coats, jewelry, furniture, decoration, accessories, snacks,... Everything!They seem to have a lot of things on sale or on clearance.

Many people say shopping at discount stores isn't worth the Hassel of feeling like you have to dig to find great items. I, on the other hand, feel elated and excited to find quality items at a fraction of the cost. I found 2 pairs of name brand quality biking shorts today, which I will use for my biking trip in Europe (Cycling the Danube) for $20 total. I saved $220. I can used my saved money for Ocktoberfest in Germany :)). I am always excited to find great deals.

I'm always looking for specific purses and I never find what I want at other locations 😭 this location, however, never misses! I always find good stuff here and I always leave happy :)

This is a great store offering a wide variety of quality clothing. Staff was very kind and the store was tidy and well organized.

The Karen in here is wild. We were shopping for winter jackets when it snowed before Halloween. Karen must’ve thought we were gonna try and steal the two big puffy jackets we were holding in our hands, or maybe try and steal the jackets we were trying on to see would fit. Karen came into every. Single. Isle. We were in. When we noticed, she went off to let Becky know to keep watch on us. We wanted to confirm if she was really watching us, because there were other folks in the store. So, why would she just be watching us, right? We moved towards the front of the store, there was Karen. We went back to the coats section, there goes Karen. We laughed her off. Cos at her age, she needs to worry about what day to take her medicine, rather then making assumptions and showing her prejudice. We ended up purchasing the jackets we selected together with other items. And of course, Karen found her way to the register, right as we were going to check out. What a coincidence. After reflecting. We should’ve just walked out and taken our money with us, but I wasn’t gonna let myself freeze because some old lady decided to be a watchdog only on us.

Prices are fair. The store is clean. The reward program is okay; just don't lose your email. Staff, I would say, is a 50/50 on willingness to help and friendliness. Don't believe them if they say we will mail you a gift card. They still get 4 stars.

I dropped my phone there last night. we went back in immediately after we walked out when we had realized it. We went back to the places I had it last and could not find it. We called the store right before they closed and have been calling the store all day and they have not found it. (we then came to realize it was most likely stolen). We asked a store manager if they could look at the cameras around the time this incident occurred. She told us that it was too time consuming for her to do so and she continued to interrupt us . I understand that it is not their fault about the phone but the lady we talked to was super rude and not helpful at all to this situation. If they would help by looking at the cameras we would be able to see if it was stolen or not and help us to get it back. This was our first time ever at this store and sadly our last due to the bad experience we had.

They don't give as much credit for books as the small book stores. There's one in Loveland that's awesome

This is an okay place for a discount store. I assume that they are never busy because there is always ever one person working at the register. The place is kept moderately clean and I imagine if it were any busier that would be a bust. But I can go here for Little household items that I may or may not need. Pretty good on the name brand front. The value is okay. Sort of like Ross or t.j Maxx. A decent discount store.

Burlington in fort Collins Lazy workers closed the store 30 mins to an hour early without telling you and don't let you purchase the items u have in your cart and they see you walk in the store and no employee tell you nothing that there closed

Still Burlington despite the name change from Burlington Coats. Congested aisles with too much merchandise crowded into too small a space. Seldom go there for those reasons.

Dressing room closed. No place to try on clothes, in a clothes store. Don't waste your time here.
