I had the pleasure of visiting with Mikey and his partner this past weekend when I was looking for a new vehicle. I came in with a truck that had some more issues then I was aware of but through a lot of hard work on their end, I was able to leave their lot with my new 2012 Civic. These people spent all day working out the details (not their fault at all, it was my end that was being a stickler) to get my deal figured out and approved and I could not have been more grateful. I really felt I was in good, trustworthy hands as they went back and forth with my bank and credit unions for a few hours before it all got sorted out. They really know how to make a deal work and will take care of you as they did me. Would highly recommend this company for anyone that is looking for a used vehicle

Very smooth deal. Worked as much a we could on my trade in before I drove three hours so that when I got there, it was all in place. Little to no haggling or pressure and what we agreed on prior to my arrival was the deal we settled on. I’m super happy and I got a fairly uncommon (nowadays) car that I had been wanting for 20+ years.

I have never had an auto buying experience from a small locally owned operation until Auto Warehouse. Let me just say, I was impressed with every part of the process. The whole crew worked with me to get me into exactly what I needed at a reasonable price and a loan I could afford. Michael was so cool, straight talking, no bull for real and the whole vibe feels more like friends chillin, instead of wheelin dealin. I have always heard that smaller dealers are where you go when the big dealers can’t help you, and that was actually my situation. I got a great old new Subie and a bit more than expected for my trade. After seeing how much they were willing to help me when others wouldn’t - Auto Warehouse will be the FIRST place I go next time (instead of last).

I wish I could give 0 stars due to fact that my husband and I went in to buy a vehicle Mike make us feel as if we were not good enough to make to purchase due to only having so much to work with, the van we test drove had a brake light on during the whole test drive not to mention it was also smoking during the test drive, felt as if he didn't know fully what had been done with the van or that there was anything wrong with it before we did the test drive, after we chose not to make that purchase it seemed as if he just wanted a buy today and tried to get us to take a vehicle we were not interested in at all. We will not be returning the the fort collins location.

On Dec 5, 2023 had a flat tire on my motorcycle on North College Ave and I pulled into Auto Warehouse so that I can call for help. I told Mike one of the workers there, that I had to drive to my house to get my trailer to haul my motorcycle to a repair shop and they told me I could leave the bike parked right there next to a shed, safe from North College Ave and the heavy traffic road. When I got back at 5PM they just got done pushing my motorcycle to the street corner of North College Ave, my right-side mirror was loose, which they caused, and now it was dark outside and I had to load my motorcycle on the trailer, next to a busy North College Ave!Not only did they touch my vehicle, but they put me in harms way with oncoming traffic. Thank GOD I didn’t get hurt from where they put my motorcycle, I would have gotten a ticket from Fort Collins for illegal parking! Honesty is very high on my list and these people scored a Big ZERO today, Friendly to your face but will back stab you in a heartbeat! Would I trust them to buy a car? No Way!

I was very tentative about buying a car but Leah and the crew at Auto Warehouse made it easy. They have been so nice. I had an issue with my new used vehicle and they fixed it . NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE! Anything to make your customer happy. You all are amazing people and since my purchase I have already sent a few people to you and I fully intend on telling everyone how wonderful of a business you are. I will recommend you to everyone. Had the pleasure of dealing with Michael Santopadre, and just want to say it was the most relaxed and enjoyable truck buying experience I've had. He was just a genuine guy who was being real and grounded. The process was smooth and easy, just be prepared to add to your insurance policy same day if you're looking to leave with a car and have recent paystubs. Again, no pressure, and honest answers with Michael. was lucky to do business with him.

We went to buy a used car and had an approved bank loan and we're set to make the purchase. Michael was amazing, and helped us make the deal perfect. Unfortunately, it was passed closing time and we had to return the following morning. Once we were on the way the next day though, another worker Charlie had redone the contract. Completely changing the terms and prices that were agreed upon the night before. Without warning demanding an additional 2k as a down payment. Attempted to use another banks loan without my permission or disclosing that that is what they were doing. Luckily, I caught him say that the “BANKS ” responded that I’d need 2k more. Knowing I was already approved through my bank, I was able to get in contact with them and they notified me that the percentages had been changed by the dealer. Be careful with this dealer. Overall, very shady dealership wouldn't suggest purchasing here if you finance through your own bank.

Amazing! These people were wonderful. It was our first time financing a vehicle and they did an awesome job throughout the whole process. We had some issues with the first bank that was supposed to finance us but ended up not doing so for the most dumb of reasons. However once we let the dealer know they handled everything perfectly and got us squared away. We had the greatest experience with the staff members. My husband and I send a huge thanks to Mikey and the other staff that helped us. We thank them for their work and contribution in fulfilling our dream of getting our truck. Highly recommend going to Auto Warehouse, you won't regret it.

Couldn't be happier. I drove all the way from Denver. Michael stayed late to make sure I had time to take a test drive - gave me time to make up my mind and got me into the right vehicle. This man truly has a deep understanding of Bob Marley, and me. Everyone that I interacted with was super professional, willing to help, and had lots of great insight for all my questions. I'm not even going to bother "shopping" next time I'm in the market. I'm going straight to these guys.

My husband and I came in looking for a good mom car for me and Leah was WONDERFUL! She showed us everything from trucks to SUV’s and she has an amazing memory and just told us prices and mileage off the top of her head. She didn’t pressure us at all and really listened to what we wanted and what we liked. She made us feel super welcome and worked with us every step of the way. She didn’t make us feel bad about having no credit and a little down payment. She was super patient and answered all of my dumb questions and was incredibly helpful!Micheal was incredibly helpful and super funny, kept me and my husband very entertained through the whole experience! He helped us purchase my vehicle and it was super straight forward, easy, and not confusing at all!Ryan (I believe that was his name) was very polite the few interactions we had with him!Overall I would very highly recommend this place, they are wonderful people and the car I purchased is fantastic and perfect for me!
