My wife purchased some expensive koi and they all came home sick. All but one healed. This one was $250.00 and came home with a wound. I have tried to medicate and not getting any better. I called Alpine and they will not give me anything back. No credit even! So be careful at what you purchase!!

I make a trip at least once every spring to Alpine Koi and Reef to grab hyacinths for our pond, and check out the exciting new fish in stock.Every time I visit I'm impressed by the staffs knowledge and their friendly service. I also love to wander around in their backyard and admire the pond and the large koi that they have in the backspace.If you don't have a backyard pond, don't worry. They also have a great stock of salt, water and freshwater fish, a variety of plants for aquariums and ponds, and of course amazing supplies and equipment for all of the above.Definitely recommend you check them out. Plenty of parking on site, although the intersection closest to the building is a little tricky so be careful there.

A couple months ago I purchased a large form for a disappearing water feature along with a pump and all the tubing necessary. They hooked me up and were extremely helpful. Everything was great quality. Strongly recommend.

This place is great. I am a aquarium hobbyist and this is one of those gems that isn't well known. The selection of coral is wonderful, all the tanks are clean and well maintained, the fish, crustaceans and corals are all vibrant and healthy. They even sell pre-cycled micro reef tanks! I don't own a pond, or know much about them, but they seem to have this area thoroughly covered as well. The owners/staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, a locally owned and operated business. I will be returning. UPDATE: if you want freshwater Shrimp this is your SPOT, great selection good prices!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. More than happy to help us and advise us. Shawn (Sean?) is great. Prices are decent - not cheap, but not unreasonable either. Clean tanks with happy & healthy fish & corals. We are saltwater tank enthusiasts, so have not shopped their freshwater/pond products, but that area also appears clean & healthy.

I went to Alpine Koi and Reefs after being disappointed by the goldfish varieties offered by other local stores. I was excited to learn they had multiple sizes and varieties of goldfish available. They had a nice selection of saltwater and freshwater fish and an absolutely beautiful pond set up in the back. The Koi are HUGE and it is a beautiful and serene set ip. The staff was knowledgeable about the products and was helpful in offering advice on any tank/pond issues. I'm can't wait to visit again.

These people are the best! They are helpful and will get you started on cleaning up your pond to make it fish friendly, then make sure you know how to maintain the pond health while you stock it with fish. Don't hesitate to ask them to analyze a water sample to help diagnose pond trouble. Love looking at the all the fish - inside and out!

So many amazing fish and plants! It's much bigger than it looks on the outside and takes some time to fully explore. It has a good stock of supplies as well, and has a good variety of items for your new or existing tank. The staff is kind and there are dogs in a separate but accessable area that you can pet if you'd like.

I have purchased both Domestic and Japanese Koi from Alpine Koi and they're always vibrant and healthy. Derek provided excellent customer service when I was confused. I planning on going back for one more Koi and maybe a water lily.

Alpine Koi and Reef are our go to for all of our pond landscaping needs. We have a small pond with a waterfall and have found all the plants and fish that work perfect for our area. We are no experts, and the staff at Alpine Koi and Reef have always been very helpful talking us through the best options for all of our needs.

I get my pond supplies fish, fish food, water treatments, filters.... Am never disappointed. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and are more concerned about doing the right thing rather than making a sale. Great store, beautiful ful fish and marvelous staff.

Bought salt water from here. Did a water change and everything in my tank died. Do not buy salt water from this store. All of my snails, fish, coral, all dead.

Place was discusting. Very humid and horrid smell on ammonia. A bunch of bubble algea in their tanks and they all look very dirty. Couldn't stand being in there for more than 5 minutes.
