Cory with Ace Handyman demonstrated his knowledge of building every day while at my home. We had contracted with another builder who disappeared after his work failed inspection. Cory and Glen came to my home, saw the work, consulted with the inspector, developed a plan, and corrected the shoddy work and completed the project timely. A good communicator, cognizant of his surroundings, and good to his word. Showed up on time and stayed focused on his work.

Aaron with ACE Handyman services did quick work resetting a kitchen sink. He gave good explanation of the issues and options to correct it. He listened to and incorporated my priorities in his approach to the fix.I also asked for his input on a bathroom tub/tile issue I'm seeing. Our shelf ripped out of the wall this morning and I called Ace Handyman and they were able to send someone out today and fix part of it up and give us advice on what we need to get. I had previously used Ace Handyman Services in Utah and was pleasantly surprised to find them in Northern Colorado. I had fence damage from high winds and from the time I first made an on-line appointment to the finished project, I experienced nothing but professional, courteous and timely communications. Carissa made sure my appointment and needs were considered and timely. My craftsman, Caleb P., worked in cooling temperatures, 19 mph wind and overcast (threatening rain) to give me a professional finished fence repair. He kept checking with me to give me updates, ask some questions and to look at the finished fence. He also met with the neighbor (who I informed about the work) afterward to see if he had any concerns about their side of the fence. I highly recommend this company.

Westin called us the night before and arrived a few minutes early. He was friendly and did a beautiful job on sanding and refinishing our window well. The bridge is sanded and ready to stain as well. We are pleased with his work and would recommend him to others.

Glenn Brink came out to our home and gave us a range of estimates for our fence that blew over in a high wind. He was very respectful of our current budget constraints and offered a reasonable price for an emergency fix and costs for us to budget around for fixing our entire fence problems later. He’s clearly busy fixing scores of fences that blew in our area recently, so I appreciate his taking the time to come out and give us a on-site appraisal. I would highly recommend him if you have had a fence blow over in Wellington.

Our wooden gate (13 years old) had stopped closing properly. We had had two people work on it,and it had improved only slightly. Jessie worked wonders, and it's great now--no worries about the dog getting out. He called to let me know that he might be late (he wasn't) and was very personable. Weston did a fantastic job on installing our furnace room door! There were a few bumps in the road, due to miscommunication from outsources and our furnace room just being in a terrible spot. But he was able to make it work. Very friendly, great attitude and patient! (Our pug is a supervisor)
