Left when gentleman behind counter refused service to a guy with a seeing eye guide dog and wife. Said dogs weren't allowed. Patron with dog calmly explained he had paperwork for the vested dog and ADA laws allow the dog but gentleman told him to get out.

My husband and I love to go antique shopping, especially around our home town since we can shop local. On this particular day we brought our children (11 and 13) who frequently shop with us. The lady at the counter seemed nice when we first entered the store and asked if she could help us with anything. We told her no, and that we were just dream shopping. Our children were very well behaved; however, the lady followed us to the back of the store where we were admiring some furniture. She kept glaring at us making my husband and I feel extremely uncomfortable. Almost like she thought we were going to steal or our kids were going to break something. Our son (11) was looking with his eyes, our daughter was looking through some old records and we were looking at an old picture frame. It was one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I have ever had. I'm giving it three stars ONLY because they had a nice selection of old furniture but would not recommend shopping here.

The owner is a great person always considerate of her patrons and careful with her products. She has some of the most beautiful unique hats may of which she has created herself.

Among the least professional shops I've ever tried to visit. They don't keep the hours the post, don't answer the phone, and have no indication of what's going on. It legitimately seems as if the place is abandoned.

Absolutely the worst experience. The man at the desk was extraordinarily rude. I shop in Florence regularly, and have purchased things here before but I will be avoiding this store from now on.

I love this shop! They are great to work with. We have purchased several items here. Always pleasant and the items are authentically antique! Wonderful store!
