The young man that helped us was polite and professional. The woman working with him should follow his example. She was nasty and rude to the young man in front of us. Very unprofessional. If she treats her co-workers like this in front of customers I can only imagine what she's like when there are no customers.

Great store! Very friendly staff and a good selection of hardware make for some superb shopping. They carry Stihl, Kioti tractors, and Big Tex trailers, all of which are fantastic equipment!

Not your typical small town hardware store. Great selection of tools for lawncare, automotive and home improvement projects. Very friendly and helpful employees.

The staff on the weekend are very unhelpful. Overpriced on a majority of there tool stuff. I would rather go to canon city and waste the time driving there than go to florence true value to be honest..
