After pulling into the parking lot and going inside to make a purchase, a delivery driver pulled into the lot behind my truck. The lot is already tight to get in and out of. Two guys were unloading and said 'sorry, we got you blocked it' and I needed to get to work. I tried to back up and get out, but bumped into the delivery truck and busted my tail light out. They both just stood there and watched. When I got out and onto the street, it was apparent that they could have parked closer to the street and not blocked me in.

I love this shopping store. My Christmas Tree 🎄 is decorated with items bought at Dollar General. I crafted my gnomes with items from Dollar store.

Has a whole wall marked 50% off then doesn’t honor it when you get to checkout. They are rude to customers also.

Florence, CO Permanently lost my business for Stacy who is absolutely rude! Stopped on a way to a wedding for a wedding card and to break a 20.00 for the wedding. I simply asked for 9.00 of my change to be 1 dollar bills. I was told she couldn't do it is the weekend and she can't get change and then she never counted my change back and shorted me. Talk about a quick change artist! Then when I dropped the money on the counter and told her she could at least give me my all my money back she said I didn't have to throw it at her. Dropping it and throwing it are different. I understand it's hard to get help, but at least get ones that know how to count change back.

This Dollar General is clean and has a very friendly staff. For being the only one in Florence, it is well stocked as well usually. It can be busy from time to time but they even have self checkout to make shopping that much easier!

Store use to be cleaner. The people here now are very rude and looks like they can't keep good help. In two years there have been about 30 different people there. Makes you wonder what the real reason for the turnover rate.

Staffed accused me of theft even had city police department come down and had my car seat for my 7 month old and my diaper bag searched through. And all the embarrassment for nothing. I don't steal and did not steal they made a complete scene in front of my young children and many other costumers.Recently sharing my experience with other, many have said they too do not shop there do to prices being more at the register than on the shelf, rude staff and many other things.My family and I WILL not return there!

Lynae was so kind, helpful, patient and professional. I came in right before closing and she was multi tasking- cleaning, running register and answering customer's questions. The other lady was very friendly too.

Horrible the manager and some heavy set girl started screaming at my friend over an incident that happened 2 years ago , they accused her of stealing when she paid for the items and no police were involved because the lady was mad over a personal that happened over a boyfriend, her professionalism was crazy, im a manager and can't do that ,just got off phone with police and I know my rules and they flat out said she was wrong , the manager tomorrow is her name and some heavy set girl Harrassed the whole way out of the store and called my sister a thief and nothing was stolen or taken from the store, I can't not belive how they handled themselves and they can not kick anyone out of a store for no reason or put trespassing on someone without reason being in this for line of work we to have to be professional and curious they were yelling and making a scene got mad when I told them they should no better and they can't act like that or do the things they were to my sister over a personal issue they have. Not okay and I hope they get consequences, cause this was wrong and also would not allow us to pay for or things , they harrasaed us all the way out of the store and that is not allowed in a position they are in when I called the police department myself there is nothing on my sister at this store or any reason why they did this but over personal issues the general manager has , unacceptable and being yelled at as we trying to pay for our things was not okay , they have nothing that states my sister Is not allowed In a store and she has not ever been a thief is wrong and embarrassing as a store is busy and trying to just pay , sorry this store needs new gm and assistance and mangers who can professionally handle themselves properly. I called the police myself and they even said it was unacceptable and not okay we we did nothing wrong, thank u Lisa, I hope something actually get ls dine with this situation because it is not the first time with this bad behavior

glad to see True Value moved to ths location...easier parking. they were always chock full of just the right part. this place is bigger, hope that trend continues...cant say enough about how helpful everyone is...same crew at this new location.

Overflowing..hard to determine qhat was on sale. Isles to small for 2 carts. Staff was pleasant at the checkout but no one asked me if I needed help for the hr I was there.

The staff is always friendly, specifically the night crew. Never had a problem there and they always seem to be busy, but still polite and greet everyone as they walk in. We always shop here for household items.

I don't got to the one in Florence cause its always cluttered and the store people never properly stock the store.. I've got totes from there that didn't have the lids in the right spot. That place is a mess and needs a new manager...

A little cluttered but I just contributed that to the building not being large enough to support the supersizing a ml out of things crammed in this store. I would say tho if you're actually looking to save money Walmart is probably your best option unless you factor the drive time and gas price into how much you spent (depending on where you live) I have gone here and purposely put things back to drive 20 minutes away just so I can save a decent amount of money (since I was buying more than one item). If I did only come for one or two items I'd for sure get them here I'd I absolutely needed them and couldn't wait for a Walmart (sorry target lol) run.... they do have brand names which I did find to make me want to come back and they do have a large amount of items. Was actually surprised.

Lots of out of stock.Staff is great, but have little to work with, out of order bathroom as well as ice and other items are often out, or difficult as employees have to leave registers.

Its a general store and like any other general store it has a litttle bit of everything. It's convenient for Florence citizens, has a good selection of cleaning products,food, a small selection of clothes & shoes .A less expensive mini WAL MART without the super freighters and the politics.

It's exactly what you'd expect, low prices and low quality, not much more too it. Normally I'd rate it at a 3 star but the cashiers were being sort of rude and the bathroom was dirty so I'm going with 2, not much more can be said.

It's a good place if you're looking for reasonable price items such as household goods, laundry products, some snacks, and soft drinks. Service is fine and associates are friendly.

Not as good as the one up in Westcliffe but it is newer. A low rating won't affect people going in and getting they're cheap items. The best thing I could say is I would shop there again

I was very disappointed that their prices were so high. There were a lot of things there that were more expensive than Walmart or the grocery store. I probably wont go back.On a positive note, the store staff were courteous and helpful.

They have good prices and nice employees. Just wish they would answer the phone when you call with an important question like did you by chance find a cell phone. Had to drive from canon to ask that question.

You have a real variety of things that you need in your household. It's a local place that I really am glad located here.if they have your item it's generally cheaper to buy it there than anywhere else I can find.

It's was a very nice and clean store very nice coustomer service and the cashier was very helpful in the matter of me asking what the price of an item was and getting the response of i don't know but other then that the store was a very nice experience

It was pretty good I just every time I go there I spend more money than I need to cuz I see stuff that's too cheap can I have to buy it when I really don't need it but that's okay I like it cuz it's close and convenient
