Everyone I dealt with at this company has been extremely helpful and very professional!Ridge W did a fantastic job of explaining the different types of Home humidifying systems!. Ridge showed me where the system would be installed, and how it would work! I felt very good about my decision when he was done. Ron and Josh installed the system and showed me how it worked! They were very polite and helpful! They made sure the humidifying system was working before they left, and did a great job cleaning up!!!

When I think of spectacular customer service, I will think of you and your sincere professionalism, as well as your kind spirit and being relatable on stuff!Josh has been excellent in providing reassurance with diagnosing the issue of my main drain via camera.Root and clay line was removed and new pvc was installed as well as underneath my foundation has been replaced by the work of Chase and Dante. They did exceptional work and were fun to work with.Later, my water heater was acting up and I had no hot water. To much avail, Chase and Dante were on the case and performed spectacular results, as well as giving my dogs all the love they needed as my husband is overseas. Probably one of the best home maintenance experiences I’ve ever had!! The office staff were professional and kind and got me on the schedule right away. Ryan and Ron were amazing from day 1. They showed up and got my new hot water heater and furnace installed quickly, answered all my questions, and even took extra steps to prevent maintenance issues down the road. 10 out of 10 service. We called the Florence office for Big Cat to work on our furnace. They answered promptly and I got to talk to a real person, not a machine.😀I called late afternoon and was scheduled the next morning for an appointment. They call ahead the day of to let you know what time they will be there. Our furnace is in a crawl space under the house. They take pictures of their work and show it to you on an I Pad before they leave. They tell you your options and don't push anything on you.This is the first time we have used them, but we were pleased and plan on using them for any of our future needs.We will highly recommend them to others.

He came out promptly on the same day, and did a great job, was very professional, and was very thorough making sure everything was okay for us. Josh and Dathan and the rest of the crew were super professional and got our broken pipe fixed in record time! And when we had a subsequent issue unrelated to the original repairs they returned with same day service to mitigate the issue. I had a water heater go out. Rich came out quickly the next day and came up with a solution. Their team came the following day and had the job of removing and replacing the existing water heater, installing a new line to my addition bathroom and installed a pressure reducing valve.
