Extremely clean facility and very friendly people. Picked up a half cow from them that a family member raised and it was perfectly packaged and very quickly brought out to us when we arrived. Obviously they know what they are doing. Highly recommend this place!

We love this family owned, Colorado based company! The best experts in meat processing this side of the Mississippi! Not only do our cuts come out perfectly and wrapped well every time, but I love knowing the people we work with care so much about their community and their craft. Every time I’ve talked to Jim, or went in to pick up my delivery, Jim was so friendly and it’s apparent that he loves serving his customers well. Butchering beef is what they do. They are the best in all of eastern Colorado. Probably one of the best in all of Colorado. Call early to save a spot for your tasty steer to make it to the freezer. They fill up fast.
