I’ve dealt with a lot of pharmacies and a lot of Walgreens pharmacies- this one is by the BEST pharmacy in my opinion. I can’t speak on the operations but their staff is always kind, helpful, and seem genuine with every interaction. I do not think most of these negative reviews reflect the customer service of the pharmacy staff but might lean more on Walgreens operations of this pharmacy. Or maybe lack of customers using their brains, having no patience, or lacking human decency.Great job pharmacy staff, you all are doing great!

This Walgreens has been an absolute godsend. From the retail operations through the pharmacy, I have always been helped to the fullest extent! The staff is approachable and personable and help me find things I didn't know they had stocked. And the pharmacy techs work very hard and are incredible at what they do with helping solve all of my questions! Life savers through and through.

Absolutely the worst service at the pharmacy. The lady working today is so rude. She needs to retire or take some customer service classes. No empathy for people waiting. I hope she enjoyed her lunch break because she couldn't close the lane down fast enough. No consideration for the people waiting. Absolutely rude. Walgreens needs to hire more people or come up with a better system. They need to remember who their customers are and how they treat them. Can't wait for another pharmacy to be built.

Worst place to get prescriptions. If you have more than one prescription ordered, they won’t have them filled at the same time unless you wait several days to get them and by that time they will put one back. The pharmacists have horrible attitudes (aside from maybe one or two) and it will take you 45+ minutes just to get your prescription via the drive thru. They will purposefully ignore the drive thru for 10+ minutes, even when there’s no one inside. I’ve witnessed this before because I’ve finally reached the point where I just go inside, since it seems to be faster. I’ve witnessed one pharmacist yelling at another one, right in front of me and calling her nasty names while I was trying to pickup my prescriptions. There’s also one pharmacist, who’s definitely American, but speaks like she’s from the 17th century and you can’t understand a word she is saying. She’s very kind and I’m sure a great person, but it makes picking up prescriptions very awkward and uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I’d recommend to anyone.

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. Its not the fault of the staff. They're clearly overworked, understaffed, and underpaid. But the overall indifference and inefficiency of this pharmacy is mind boggling. Don't use then unless you have no other choice

Understaffed pile of garbage. Maybe they can't pay anyone bc of online prescription fulfillment? Maybe they should just use both lanes of the infrastructure that's installed to increase throughput. Only 1 clown knows the answer.

I’ve been using Walgreens as my pharmacy for years, but after living in Firestone and using this one, I’m moving on. The pharmacist Craig is the only good thing about this pharmacy. Most workers I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in the one-to-two minutes it takes to pickup a prescription have been great, however there are a few workers here that obviously hate their job and take it out on the customers.In the past my wife and I have sat in line waiting to get prescriptions that were already filled for more than an our, in the drive-thru, as well as inside. Coming up to the window you can see the techs just standing around talking while Craig is furiously packaging everything and doing consultations.However, today was the last straw. I had been waiting for a medication to get filled for about a week. First it was an insurance issue, so I called Walgreens to say I’ll pay for it out of pocket since GoodRx has a good discount. The lady I talked to in the pharmacy said it would be ready tomorrow by 11am. I get a text saying my prescriptions are ready, and I go to pick them up. The lady at the counter said only one was ready and when I asked why I received a text and had confirmation from the lady the day before, she started getting irritated with me and explained how “they had only just received the medication from the warehouse an hour ago, so why do you think your medication would be ready? Come back after lunch at 2pm and we might have it filled by then.” I’m not one for confrontation, especially in public, so I told her thanks for the info and I’d be back later to pick up my prescription. I won’t be coming back.

The Tuesday morning Pharmacy GM and the entire Tuesday morning staff couldn’t be bothered or have the courtesy to fill a prescription for a waiting patient. After waiting 30 minutes the next, useless tech, said “it was just sent in 30 minutes ago.” To which I responded, “Yes, which is why I came to wait for it.”When I asked if they could give me a certain time to pick up, she couldn’t provide a clear response.Craig on the other hand solely deserves 5 stars - that guy can run that place with his eyes closed. We appreciate you, Craig.Sincerely,A sick, working Mom and Two toddlers with severe croup who have nothing but time waiting for Walgreens pharmacy.

Waited over 2 hours for my script. It was supposed to be there at 4:05 I’m leaving at 6:22. Not only did it take really long, but the employees were very disrespectful and rude. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

The blonde pharmacy tech is so extremely rude. I'm always friendly and say please and thank you and was still met with a horrible attitude. There is always an issue trying to fill a prescription here and you have to walk the pharmacy techs through the filling process.

Horrible store all around. Do your shopping at the dumpsters next door for 10x better service. Tried to order something online, but below cash limit to pick up. Then had to drive to the store where they wouldn’t price match their own prices. Had to order online + stuff I didnt need and wait 30 minutes for them to put it in a bag for me. Had horrible experiences in the past. This Walgreens and its employees does not understand customer service or general manners

This is the worst place to get prescriptions filled. Most of the women who work here have horrible attitudes and do not have the slightest clue what they are doing. Had a prescription for 180 pills a 6 mother supply for my gout and they gave me 30 and now say they can't refill it because I should have 5 months worth left. When hheu gave me 30 pills I complained and got a lie that they can't fill forbthat many pills and yhey had record of what was dispensed and I would have no problem getting more. Now here we are dealing with not being able to get more when they screwed up not me. Leaving here to go to Safeway pharmacy hopefully we get another big pharmacy out here in this area soon.Would rate ZERO stars but can't that is the only reason they got 1 star.

The pharmacy is busy but the people that work there are very nice & apologize for the wait. I have never had an issue. Especially with the busy Christmas holiday approaching I thought it was a seemingly easy & quick experience.

I will NEVER take my business to this Walgreens again! I went through the drive through to pick up some medication for my 4 year old son, for the very unpleasant pharmacist to tell me my insurance was expired. Mind you I just took my son to the doctors and provided my card to the pharmacist showing we were up to date. She didn't like that answer and told me I needed to pay full price for the medications, fine not a big deal it was only $16 dollars. The pharmacist did NOT go over any of the medications with me as they are REQUIRED. Once I drove off I then realized I had prescriptions for a 60 year old man. HOW!?!?! After the very public law suit against Walgreens giving the wrong vaccinations to a child , now this? I called the store manager Corina, again another very rude and unpleasant employee! After I explained the situation she responded with "What is it that your wanting me to do? That lawsuit isn't even in this state!" Clearly then clients & customers well being is not a priority! My son could have been killed or had life long issues because of the employees at this Walgreens. BEWARE!!!!!!

I absolutely prefer this pharmacy! This is my favorite local pharmacy and many people must agree because they are usually very busy! I have always been treated with respect and kindness which is invaluable to me and definitely worth a wait in a drive through line. They have often had to make lengthy phone calls on my behalf and have done so graciously. I think it is incredibly unfair to judge a business so harshly because they are busy and you had to wait.

The rudest women in the pharmacy work here. My mom was put on hold over 40 minute's to be hung up on and treated very badly. When people are in pain after surgery and need their medication it is your job to fill the prescription and fix any issue that is occurring. You don't have the right to be short and rude and NOT listen. Grow up and treat people the way you would like to be treated.

Very poor service. I had our booster vaccines scheduled and they called me on the same day in the afternoon to tell me that they were closing at 5 when my appt was scheduled for 6:10pm. They told me I would need to reschedule then I spoke with the pharmacy manager and he informed me that if I arrived by 5 they could still do it. I had my daughter go directly from work and I dropped everything to get there. I arrived at 3:20 only to be told that they couldn't do it and I had to reschedule. Very upsetting and I will never come to this Walgreens again!

Please avoid this pharmacy , very understaffed . The staff they do have seems not to care too much . I guess you can’t fire bad workers when nobody else wants to work for you .

This pharmacy is a joke! WE WENT 30 days without any medication and nobody notified us that my daughters (9 yo) medication was on back order. If I could leave a negative score I would. Do not fill your medication here.Craig the manager is the only polite professional that works here.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They constantly change medication without prior consent when I explain I want the one prescribed even thou it's not covered by insurance they have to have me come back when it's ready. Everytime I come there is some issue of some sort.

I made a appointment to get the covid 19 booster. I came from Longmont and then they said I didnt have a appointment and refused to give the booster. The manager lied and said Safeway would not give one without a appointment. They sure did. Thank you Safeway and I will be in touch with Walgreens headquarters to report this shameful behavior.

I would say that the Pharmacy can be better staffed but for how busy they were, the pharmacy gals were doing amazing— Daniella and the pharmacist (not sure her name) never got short with customers and their attitudes were great! 5 stars for how busy it was and how great they were handling it!

Unless you have hours to waste in line, avoid at all cost! I made an appointment for a vaccine and when I told the woman I was in line and missing my appointment, she said “the times aren’t written in stone”. Great way to do business.

The store itself is fine.Stay away from the Pharmacy.My wife and I both switched due to the fact these people cannot ever seem to do their job.Its always an excuse as to why the prescription aren't filled, they haven't checked the messages because they cannot seem to answer the phone.Or its the Pharmacist is the only person who can check and they left to lunch or some other excuse.I have never had so many problems trying to pick up medicine and give people money.Just a joke of system and they cannot seem to figure out how to make it run smooth.

The pharmacy is so slow. Every time I go it takes so much time to get through the drive thru. I actually hate having to go pick up prescriptions here because it takes so much time. This evening I stopped in the drive thru to pick up my prescription and there was one car in front of me at the window with their engine turned off. I pulled up behind them and waited. After 25 minutes of sitting no one had opened the window and the person was still sitting there with their car off. My son got out of the car and looked to see if anyone was in there, and there was. Meanwhile cars are backed up half way around the building. After 25 minutes with no movement, I got out of line and went home. I will have to go back again so my prescription doesn’t get put back. Such a waste of time.

Terrible service for vaccinations. Although we had scheduled appointments, we were still waiting an hour later. We then noticed the technician filling multiple syringes and laying them in various piles on the counter with no labels. That was the point we decided to leave rather then take our chances

They lost my fiancee's prescription which she urgently needs. After not having the medication in stock we found a different pharmacy with the medicine. Upon are request to transfer the prescription we where informed they had lost and need to get a new one from the doctor. This is absolutely unacceptable this is a patients well being on the table.

Be prepared to spend at least an hour here for your vaccination appointment. Brought a family member for a noon appt, and after 45 min they finally had him fill out the paperwork. Then.... more waiting. This should not be that difficult.
