I had a 12 hour shift today and booked it to the pharmacy before they closed to pick up my very well needed medication and when I got there on 10/10/2023 it was 7:40pm. Please tell me why it was closed? The sign on the drive thru window says it closes at 8pm. Google says it closes at 8pm. Now tomorrow I work another 12 hour shift 7am-7pm and I will have to go another day without my meds and most likely they will be leaving earlier than 8pm, again! If you close earlier than 8pm , change your hours.

What a joke. I call into the pharmacy and their s---ty automated system is terrible and eventually just disconnects the call. Will stop using this pharmacy as quickly as I am able to change.

I had called today to see if my prescription was ready and the estimate on the cost. Mariah I believe her name was, answered my call so rudely. I was so surprised because I love King Soopers as a market, thought the pharmacy would be the same. Her voice of tone was very, ‘what do you want’ type. As if I was an inconvenience to her day. She cut me off while I was speaking to gather more information regarding my prescription. And she just had an attitude. I couldn’t handle it anymore and I just hung up. Keep in mind, I said or did nothing to have her treat me so poorly. Definitely switching pharmacies! I am so disappointed.

Everytime I've been here they've been fast and helpful. Also answer all my questions. What really made me happy was when my prescription couldn't fit through the tube at the drive-thru. The associate offered to meet me out front of the store and give my prescription through my car window. Since there's a pandemic and I had my toddler with me, it was much appreciated!

I usually have a good experience when I go in to get my prescriptions. This time I wasn't told my prescription couldn't be filled, nor have I gotten a text when there ready for the past couple of times.This time they filled an old refill , called the wrong doctor& I had to call my own to get there job done. When talked to the pharmacy manager she gave me every excuse, but an apology. Thinking I should transfer my prescriptions. Took me 1 week to get a refill

Head Pharmacist Emily COULD NOT HAVE WORSE customer service. I have been shopping and using this pharmacy for 5 years and I know they pride themselves on being the best in Colorado when it comes to customer service. Emily is rude, flippant and cant be bothered. I was sold an expired inhaler that is supposed to save my sons life if he has an asthma attack and when I brought it in to get a refund she was rude and told me if I didnt have the box for it there was nothing she could do. I showed her the inhaler and how it had over 100 puffs and asked her if she could look up the receipt to prove it was the one I purchased and she refused. I had to leave and come back and ask another tech to get me another copy of my receipt. Amazing how someone that is supposed to sell medicine to heal people cannot be bothered about my 10 year old sons life saving inhaler.

This place is ridiculous. I have been on my medicine for a few years never have I filled early and i am going on a trip three days before my refill date. And they refused to refill. I showed my flight information and according to the law I am legally allowed to. Unfortunately Mexico won’t allow me to fill in their country but Went to a different location and had no issues.

Staff is very rude, there is definitely a lack of communication being short staffed is no excuse to be rude to your customers. I will definitely be changing my pharmacy.

I'm a retired medical doctor but the pharmacy does not know that. Best overall prescription service available locally. Times have changed and this is a cut throat industry/business . . . but they have adapted well. Customer service is good.

Staff is great and go out of their way to help you. They will special order food items for you as well. The pharmacy staff is awesome!!
