the rudest staff i have ever encountered, i sat at the service desk for 5 minutes, had 3 employees look me right in the eye and offer no help, when i finally asked for help i was told the dude was in the bathroom, i asked if anyone else could help me and i got a very condescending no from the teenage male cashier at self check out. should probably retrain them to offer help to customers or hire all over better staff.

Mediocre selection... the pickup department forgets items on the regular. I don't traditionally order pickup I'd rather pick out my own produce but today was special because my 4 year oldson had emergency surgery and I needed to do a pick up. So when the order was ready I loaded both my kids including the one recovering into the car to grab my groceries. Upon my arrival home I noticed they had forgot $70 worth of items. I called the store and the girl told me to call customer service there was nothing they could do. I am supposed to cook dinner for my kids and it's 3pm and they don't have a shopper to help me for an hour. So I had to load my kids up and go get them stuff for dinner. What a huge inconvenience. Thier pick up is a joke. DONT DO IT. After calling customer service they refunded the $70 worth of items and gave me a whopping $15 off for my time. 👍

I purchased a cake about a week ago and was very un happy. The cake it self was crooked the icing was slapped on there and not spread eventually. The side edible design wasn’t put on all the way and they erased an incorrect letter and was stained black.I paid $49 and could have called Walmart.

Worst grocery store on the front range. 20 checkout lines and only ever a couple cashiers. Can’t wait for the new super target and the new city market to open so we can get some competition in carbon valley for groceries. This has got to be the worst managed grocery store we have ever shopped. Unfortunately it has beennone of only 2 groceries in the area for the last 20 years. Carbon valley would have been better off with just the Safeway all this time. Hope they close after Target and city market open!

Always clean and everyone is always ready to help with anything you need. Thoughtful and friendly the only ones I've ever had a problem with is the guy in the sushi department. He doesn't want to help out people with allergies. I'm allergic to the seaweed wrapper so he doesn't do soy paper . But other than that, I love it!!

Minus one star because the poduce is NOT FRESH! kingsoopers markets how fresh their produce is. Everytime I get produce here this is a problem, other stores it's not this bad. The bags of salad are dated as fairly new but the mix is turning dark brown. Not sure if it sits out too long before being stocked. I bought some nectarines yesterday and this morning this is what the inside looked like.*UPDATE*I took a picture of some moldy lemons in the produce department last week.

We enjoy going to the location. The layout is nice to navigate. The employees are nice and attentive. They actually have open lanes and not just self checkout. The isles are clean and wide. The store is bright. There is just so much that we enjoy about this location.

To get special deals on items, you need to scan them in the aisle. The app would not load correctly, even when connected to the complementary King Soopers Wi-Fi. Had to remember a discounted prices and ask the assistant at the register to give me the discount for all “attempted” clipped coupons. They need to just give you the discount .. period. No scanning clipping mumbo-jumbo.

Horrible horrible store don’t shop here Go to Longmont king soopers better deals I was going to buy steak at this kings but only 4 small pieces is $12 plus tax in Longmont you get like 6 pieces almost of steak for $10 then Worker girl was just starting at me acting like she was cleaning next to me when I was on self check out while other people were there too but staring at me out of everyone like a racist nice !

They continue to put the work on the customer. Now, you are expected to unload your cart and then bag your own groceries. All that's left is to be expected to come in at night and stock their shelves.

We do grocery pick up several days a week and Manny is the best! They are so helpful, quick and very rarely make mistakes. If a rare mistake happens they are quick to fix it. They have made our lives easier each week and we appreciate it!

Guys usually do a great job, prices a little high, but always good quality and consistent suppliesIt’s too bad that the self checkout has become checkpoint charlie though. No smiles no customer service, just assuming you are stealing if there are any items out of bags.And to the special self checkout lady who obviously hates her job, I’m sorry that you chose this. And probably so is everyone who has to deal with you. I hear people are much more like that in Florida, maybe move there with the rest of your age group?

We like the selection and layout of this store. There is also a nice variety of support shops around it. Great Mexican food, pizza shops, ice cream, lube shops, and phone accessories shops.

I was formerly an employee of this store, only for about a 8 or so months. I grew up coming here with my family and we loved it up until the new renovations were finished. Management has changed so much. We have lost some of the most amazing employees and supervisors due to management. I’m sad to say that this store has mistreated my disabled mom and other members of my family not only while I was working there but after as well. It disappoints me to know that a store we used to know and love and made us very upset. I have seen and heard how most employees feel about management and a few supervisors and to experience it myself, I can truly say that I will now look at this store differently and I am saddened for those who don’t see the hurt and frustration the employees go through on a daily basis. We don’t get much time with our families due to seniority taking place over needs. And we are looked down upon my management for not saying hello on a daily basis or multiple times a day. I still do favor most of the employees and a couple members of management for being so kind to me and customers. Had it not been for the amazing women I worked with and the members of management that treated us well despite the job, I probably would have left a lot sooner. I hope this king Soopers will make a change to benefit their employees, because when we don’t feel happy, neither do our customers.

This is a larger than normal store and carries more inventory than a regular KS. It's beautiful after the big renovation. Every department looks great: bakery, produce, deli, meat, and others. ❤️

Today at 10:53 am I was waited on by Checker Tracy M at the Firestone CO location (Ref No: 00535).Just another example of why King Soopers continues to excel in customer service when they utilize a great employee at the check out counter. Tracy greeted me and was very professional "AND" engaging as she quickly processed my transaction. She demonstrated exemplary customer service. For example, she came around the counter to scan my 32 bottled water I had purchased-instead of me lifting out of the bottom of the grocery card. She had a very positive attitude and demonstrated how much more efficient she is than any self-check out register in the establishment. It was a pleasure shopping at this location.

Had a hard time locating the aloe vera gel-for a sunburn-and was close to the closing time. And if it wasn't for Jacob, store associate, I would not have found what I needed in time. He came right to me to offer me help. I like this store most now for the case of this one store employee. I appreciate how he was pleasant in his attitude.... (I was the last customer of the day!)

I'm disabled and when having any issues of reaching anything where I can't get to from my electric cart it isn't more than a minute that an employee is right there getting my product for me, it's as though the security people are keeping an eye on me as I shop and radios a staff person to assist me, kinda weird but in a good way, I'm very appreciative of the excellent and kind customer service that every employee has shown to me which is becoming a rarity in today's society, to all the staff at my King Soopers off Colorado Blvd and Hwy 19 YOU ROCK !!!!!

My husband and I just moved to town and had to make a little grocery run after a long day of moving. The young lady that checked us out was very sweet and made small talk (there were a lot of customers at the time and I understand how overwhelming that can be) the older gentleman that was bagging our groceries was such a sweetheart, he was so friendly, kind and enjoyed being there. It was a good experience for our first time being in!

They treat employees terrible! I have personally seen some of the things that the a.m. employees leave behind for my daughter to do when it’s not her job to clean up after them. Then she gets into trouble for what they are leaving behind when she comes into work. It is so unsanitary what they are doing in that department! They would be shut down! It is a health code violation what I have seen the a.m. employees doing! She goes out her way above and beyond to do things extra in that department to make it look better and never gets any credit for it. Cleans walls, scrubs floors, suggests things to make department more sanitary. Tries things to make department more sanitary and they take it away. I will NEVER shop here!

I went into King Soopers to the bakery and had no idea what I was looking for or what to get. We have company coming and Nicole waited on me and she is the best. She was patient make good recommendations very happy. Yay Nicole.!!!!!!
