This store really deserves 5 stars on good selections. I’ve been there multiple times and checkout always assisted with putting groceries in boxes when I can’t catch up with boxing. The last time an older woman checked me out and proceeded to check out the next person and pushed my groceries to one corner and cracked some eggs. The next customer looked apologetic and visibly uncomfortable but she kept checking him out and almost piled his groceries on top of mine. I gave her the benefit of the doubt, and checked out with her again after that, and she’s still pretty careless. Especially compared to the other much more courteous checkout people.Store is great, but avoid the older lady. She’ll crack your eggs.

It's a pretty nice NG, but I've been in nicer ones. The layout is different for sure. But they had some things I wanted. Their prices are quite high. Also the staff in other Natural Grocers are friendlier than this location, which I was surprised.

Ideal health and wellness playground with great book section on top of a great grocery store. Very friendly, helpful and happy staff. A place you want to shop in touring through to discover all the great products. Event has a community event room space:)

BUYER BE WEARE! This store is charging a .5% tax on fresh produce (a tax exempt item). When I politely confronted them about it most of them were visibly upset and literally had no answer except "everything is taxed". Went next door to King soopers and purchased the same item, no tax. Very gross of a business to scam consumers like this.

I love having Natural Grocers in our town! I have regularly shopped here for years as we prioritize both healthy food and supplements in our family. We are a one income family so we appreciate their reasonable prices and sale items. We are thankful for good ingredients for both internal and external use. I have had mixed experiences with customer service but it hasn't deterred me from being a frequent customer. Thank you Natural Grocers!

Natural Grocers is my favorite place for vitamins. They have such a huge selection, and the staff is always so helpful when I'm looking for something. I used to have to order my vitamins, but I am so happy I can get everything I need locally now!

Have been here more than 100 times. The product choices are generally excellent. Staff is generally excellent. This is the best grocery store (this location in particular) that we have visited in the entire country. In particular, the produce quality, variety and price cannot be beat, and it is ALL organic! The daily pricing of produce based on availability is very smart -- they charge more when they have to, and less when they can (sometimes MUCH less). Cannot ask for more.One note on the review from the person three years ago who was upset about buying a $2 bag of produce... Yes, in addition to the very fresh organic produce items, they do also offer a clear, plastic bag full of overripe organic fruits/vegetables for $2. That's right - two dollars... You can clearly see and inspect the entire bag before purchasing. As you would expect, the contents should be used very quickly after purchasing, and some chunks may even need to be cut out and thrown away. Personally I think it is wonderful that they offer this rather than toss it all out. All items are still edible. I also know people who have pet rabbits and feeding them is very expensive; the $2 bag is a great benefit to such people.

I have shopped here only a few times. But what I have noticed is the staff. They are so helpful, presentable, happy, and just plain nice. It is refreshing to shop here and I know I will be back more often.

After stopping at another store decided to stop here in hopes of getting broccoli. Natural gricer produce was awesome - especially tge Asian broccoli 🥦 that I upgraded too. Then a stop in vitamins where I was so graciously helped by Maria T lent me her knowledge and was able to help half a dozen others. Thank you Maria. Staff from start to checkout were also nice, store clean and shelves stocked. A rare find these days. Kudos to Natural Grocers

The employees are very nice! They have TONS of supplements. Their food selection is much closer to real human food than "normal" supermarkets. I like shopping here when I can. They have a lot of incense, candles, and essential oils and diffusors too. It is more of an overall wellness store than just a grocery store. I like it a lot.

This was actually a review from last year, I rarely go to this location because of what happened last year.Great staff and selection of organic produce and goods!But.... today, really bad energy in the store...I was amazed at the fear projected by people about masks and all masked up.... are people really still listening to the con artiste fake experts on the tell lie vision? Oh, yeah now they're spreading mass panic via text messages... calling it deadly Covid19.. really at 99% recovery?? What a sham.Guess y'all missed the cosmic memo,🌎🌄🌠 ....viruses are everywhere, and so is SUPREME SOURCE... the energy field of fear people are harboring is what is going to make you sick and die spiritually and physically... time for humans to wake up and live, and let live, go ahead wear a mask if that's what you want to do.. and let me wear my face...

This is one of my favorite natural grocer stores. The staff is very nice and willing to help, they have a very nice selection, especially in the produce area. The store is clean and well stocked with a wide variety of products. I live near to other Vitamin Cottage Natural Grocers in the golden Lakewood area and often travel to the Bergen Park Natural Grocers because they have a better selection and more friendly staff. Which is not unusual in mountain towns because there is less population density and more friendly people.

Very friendly and more importantly informatively accommodating to your needs. Wide variety of products. Sometimes some many options that you might want to plan an extra 25-30 mins to boil down the possibilities. The manager of the herbal supplements area was way above average helpful and was very knowledgeable in many areas.

Never come here if you are on your lunch break. None of the cashiers knows how to run coupons so you end up waiting behind a person for 10 minutes while they grabbed another cashier who only vaguely knows how to do things better. I like the selection, but the cashiers are so slow and inattentive it's insane. I have seen them stopped to talk to friends without noticing someone is standing in line waiting to be checked out. Again do not go here if you are constrained for time.

Natural Grocers is the best grocery in town, hands down. The service is awesome and you don't have to worry about sifting through a bunch of gmos and inorganic to get to the good stuff. Lots of choices and all of them good. I always get great help, especially in the produce, they will let you know what stuff is if you are unfamiliar and let you try things to see if you want to purchase!

The management here is the worst I've ever encountered. The way I was treated by management at this store was appalling. This is by far the worst Natural Grocers I've ever stepped into. The employees come and go so quickly. It seems like every time I'm in the store someone has quit and there is someone new in their place. Also, if you shop here, check dates on most everything you buy. Since there is such a huge turnover a lot of food items don't get pulled when they should because there just isn't someone keeping up on it. I had purchased a bag of chips that had been expired for almost a month once and when I went to return them, I was told they will not accept returns on expired products. Also, I've been incorrectly charged for produce multiple times. I'd keep my receipt and double check it if I were you.

While I'm not a big granola kind of guy, I must say that the customer service here exceeded my expectations. While shopping, we accidentally dropped a bottle of tea. One of the employees hurried to us and immediately helped out. She encouraged us to get another bottle and had a very friendly and caring attitude. She really left an impression, I wish I would have gotten her name to contact the manager.Friendly adult lady, thank you for being so kind and helpful. :)

During The Covid-19 mystery, we made changes in our eating habits. Like totally went Keto me for the sugar intake I would consume, my girlfriend for weight loss an other health reasons. To the point I love the store 100% the customer service is always pleasant and helpful. Clean! no it is spotless, it is pricey to make such a change. However to go 100% Keto we make our own dishes mind you but we do not go out ever to eat so we save there an we dont drink no either that just accidentally happened but it did. Savings there. So when you add it up it works out to be cheaper in the long run. Natural Grocers you are POTTER'S POWER PICK OF THE YEAR FOR 2021, I believe you will hold that title till the new Year no doubt.

I'm a long time customer, starting with the HQ store in Lakewood. Very qualified staff, a variety of work shops, and priced for regular people who need an affordable alternative to Whole Foods. Love the Evergreen staff!
