I found Koa's online while searching for a Stella & Chewy's kibble flavor that my local store in Wisconsin has a hard time getting for me. The website is nice and the order process was simple; shipping was super quick! I am excited to have found this store and I will definitely continue to check them out for other supplies. Even though I prefer to support my local stores here in WI, I'm happy to support this small business from afar!

Very happy with my purchase. This is my go to place to get my pups their Earth Animal Wisdom Dog food which I've gotten a better deal here then anywhere else. Shipping is fast and never had any issues with my orders as they are packaged with care. Love this place 🙂

I Have been using Koa's subscription or auto ship service for my dogs treats for about 6 months or so and I could not be happier. They offer great communication and are ever so careful when she package the items. It really feels like opening a present every time.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago. It’s not been fulfilled, no response back after multiple emails, a Facebook message and their phone number is disconnected. I feel that I was completely ripped off and I am absolutely appalled at the lack of communication from this company. Their customer service is non-existent and you can’t even call them. This is completely unacceptable!!!!

Wonderful company! I support a small business who prides themselves on customer service! Only issue was shipping and delivery. This company paid for priority shipping with USPS. It took 12 days to be delivered.

BUYER BEWARE - Don't place online orders as this place seems to have gone out of business. Like other people, I have placed an online order and it's sitting in "Order Placed" status unfulfilled. I have tried to get in touch with Koa's House, and both email and phone number contacts are bouncing as "out of service".

Product and purchasing process was super smooth and efficient. I even got notification that my items shipped out super quickly. Unfortunately, it somehow got lost or stuck somewhere with USPS, and I never ended up receiving it. I reached out to the company and received a really nice and professional return call/voicemail. They immediately shipped my items again and I received them in no time. EXCELLENT customer service, especially when it was really no fault of theirs. I plan to continue doing business with Koa’s for as long as I can.

We ordered Small Batch Freeze-Dried Turkey Heart treats for our cat at half the price we were going to pay at the large South American river-named site. We were more than a bit nervous about doing so since our four-legged furry family member has special needs and considerations when it comes to diet (and especially treats,) but with Koa's, we were able to get four bags for the price of what we would have paid for two at the large river site, and we received lighting fast delivery with careful and considerate packing of our order.Thanks to the reviews like the one we are leaving now, we ordered from Koa's House Pet Supplies with confidence. All local stores in Tallahassee FL either don’t carry Stella Chewy dog food in Duck kibble Raw coated or they’re supplier couldn’t get it. My senior dog has severe dietary restrictions and allergic to everything.. I panicked when I learned my order was an indefinite time period for arrival. I searched the web and struggled finding what he needed. UNTIL I found Koa’s.They saved my dogs life and mailed it to me that day. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Especially learning about their mission. They sell the best quality product’s and truly care about selling products they know are healthy and won’t harm their beloved. Thank you Koa’s for all you’re doing and for saving the day.UpdateSecond order just as great experience with purchase. It was delivered so fast. The order got submitted twice and they took the time to verify. The shipment was processed quickly and the product was the same as we have been using. Thankfully they are there as our previous supplier is going out of business due to bankruptcy.

The last 3 times my order has been delayed. Each time I was told as soon as the food came in it would be sent. It wasn’t sent but then I would get the next notice that my subscription would be sent in a couple days, and then once it was supposed to be shipped I would get an email that it was again delayed!One time I asked that it be sent to Galena Il because we were going to be there for a weekend. Now somehow that has become my default address, I have changed it to Plano on more than one occasion. I hope that the supply chain issues have been resolved.

Was really eccited about Koa's, but on my 1st order, i had some issues with the autoship discount. Unfortunately, the $10 coupon unknowingly negated the 20% (maximum $20) for autoship sign up. When I contacted customer service, the owners said I'd have to return the 3 bags of dry food, and reorder it to get the autoship discount. From a cost and efficiency standpoint that made no sense, but it was the only way they'd handle it. Seems like they offered a deterant, instead of a solution, unfortunately.On a positive note, they shipped the order quickly.

My sweet boy helped himself inside without me (ha) to this amazing pet store. He was greeted with love and open arms. Conversations were great found exactly what we were looking for, it was just an all-around amazing experience I will definitely return.The business offers 2 self serve dog wash stations and tons of options for treats and dog food I didn’t look at anything other than items for dogs. The prices are very reasonable and the staff and owners are true dog lovers.

We LOVE Koa’s! We were thrilled when Koa’s House opened down the street from us, but the experience is best in class. You couldn’t ask for nicer people who truly care about your pets. All their products are high quality and carefully selected, there is no question that anything you buy there is the best product available for your pet. All the staff is always willing to help with new suggestions and treat your pet like their own. The owners go out if their way to ensure an amazing experience every time you are in their store, they even deliver!

Their customer service is great! I ordered a bag of cat food and unfortunately fedex didn't ship in time for my cat to have her food. They immediately sent me a return label and a follow up email when my order finally did ship. I will definitely order from Koa's again! :)

Shipping method takes very long. Products are fine. Customer service needs total improvement. Oh...and tell me a dog owner that does not become disgruntled when their dogs favorite chew stick is not here and the business could care less that USPS lost their shipment? I keep editing this review because each day that I do not receive 'my full refund' or my product (even better) I get crazier and crazier. I have become to google some crazy pet owner when in reality all I wanted was my dog's hard to find chew stick. I order every month from Koa"s but that didnt seem to make a difference either. Am I being rude and aggressive Koa's? Or perhaps you could have shipped a replacement order right away for a returning customer.

Found raw not freeze fried in package. Want a full refund. Did not see this until the 2nd night I gave my service dog. Don't you check your products! I am really upset. If my dog which is 12 years old gets I'll from there is going to be a big problem. I will never order from you again.

Love this company and their great customer service! The auto-ship feature for our dog's No-Hide rawhides is amazing and our three golden retrievers so look forward to their shipment each month.
