Claudia the owner of Canine Culture Grooming Studio and Spa is very personable, accommodating, knowledgeable and is a highly skilled groomer! We feel very confident that she will always do a great job! As I would think many of you reading this post feel, we love our little buddy, he’s our furry little dog son, we want to know that we are leaving him in the best of hands, indeed that’s what we feel with Claudia! He is a mixed breed, we want him to be trimmed in a way that’s the most comfortable for him and she really listens to us, knows her breeds and is able to give us suggestions that are always right on regarding not only his grooming, but his skin sensitivity and what shampoo and conditioner to use. He really likes her which makes him more at ease and us more at ease ! She lives pretty far up BrookForest but we feel it’s more than worth the drive up there! We highly suggest her!

After searching high and low for the perfect groomer, we finally found her! I have two Yorkshire Terriers and a Chinese Crested/Pekingese mix and we had not gone to a groomer in months because of previous experiences with other groomers. Most groomers just shave down the dogs; no real shaping whatsoever but she took her time to scissor cut all 3 of my dogs and they, hands down, look the best they they ever have in their lives (1 is 11 and the other is 9!). The prices are better than anywhere else I’ve been. 3 dogs cost me what two clipper cuts cost me at previous groomers and she was completely honest about our Yorkie pups grooming needs and not requiring frequent grooming. Clearly, it’s not all about the money here. It’s about building a client base that will return and recommend. I can not recommend her services enough! Affordable and the best groomer we’ve been to out here & on the East coast (where were from)!

Klaudia is the best groomer I gave ever trusted my dog to. My dog is a bichon and there is a very specific groom for that breed. Klaudia's attention to detail is high and you can tell that she loves her work and loves dog!She is also keen on only keeping your dog for the length of the grooming session....not locked up in a kennel like many groomers require. Klaudia is the BEST!

Recently relocated to Evergreen from Florida. I have tried two groomers before contacting Claudia. I was very excited when I spoke to her on the phone she seem to have a lot of experience grooming miniature schnauzers. Showed up for my 8 AM appointment. The salon was not open everything was dark I called about 8:05 received a voicemail waited another 20 minutes called again and was sent directly to voicemail. Completely unprofessional. My time is valuable just like everyone else’s. 40 minutes this morning wasted. VERY unprofessional. I would zero stars if I could.

Our Bernese Mt Dogs had been groomed by Klaudia since they were puppies. Their last visit to Klaudia resulted in injuries and trips to the vet for both dogs. Our younger dog ended up with bloody eyes, nose and a concussion. Instead of picking him up from Klaudia, we had to pick him up from the animal hospital. It took weeks for him to recover. A month after grooming by Klaudia, our older dog began shaking his head violently. We found a cotton ball deep in his ear canal that Klaudia left behind. It caused a severe infection and pain. Causing injuries during grooming to our two dogs is just unforgivable and unacceptable.
