I am very glad and thankful I now shop at Sam's. There are so many specials and great quality products. Amazing customer service BTW and their prices are reasonable!10/16/23 visit..Great experience once again... too bad there was no queen mattress 😪

The hours this particular Sam's club has suck! I have a business and other Sam's clubs across the country open at 6:00. They have typical banking hours here! Even came on a Sunday one time and they were closed for a freaking holiday. My business doesn't close for a freaking holiday

This Sam's Club is a good one. It is clean, has a good variety of products, and the staff is friendly. I love being able to use the Sam's Club app and self scan and self check out. It sure makes for an easier and quicker experience. The gas station fill up always goes smoothly and is quick (as long as the time of day is not during peak fill up times), and I love being able to pay for my gas via the app as well. The only drawback to the experience is the location. It's alright, but not ideal.

Love the store and staff. My only complaint is the snack shack. Why are you always out of cheese for the pretzels? You have giant cans of it on the isle!! Makes no sense. Stupid complaint, but, also wondering why they can't get a can of cheese and use it? Hahaha.

Was a die hard Costco fan. Still am but less so. In my area a large percentage of Costco customers (employees are great) are rude. No manners--period. I go to Sam's in Evans and it's like night and day. People smile, sometimes strike up a conversation, and careful to not be in your way. The employees are generally nice but Costco beats them on this.

On 09/09/23 the Slim Jim Monster snack sticks were on clearance. Presumably because no one wanted to pay full price for unsealed, open box items. I thought it was a good deal, so I purchased a few. At the exit, the employee asked me why all these boxes were opened, and if I opened them. I explained that they were on clearance, and that's how they were. She proceeded to count each slim jim, in each of the boxes. It was such a demeaning process, as other customers and employees looked at me, as if I had stolen something. I do not fault the employee; they were probably doing as they were trained. The fault is with management. These boxes could have easily been labeled, so that they were easily identified as being sold as "open box". I did my own count at home and it turns out two of the boxes were short 1 slim jim. Shouldn't have the employee caught that during her count? I wonder what would have happened if the boxes were over by 1, instead of being short? This store needs to improve their policies and practices, so that paying customers are not treated like criminals. After reading other reviews, it is clearly a problem.

Food court denied to make my order even though I waited in line for more than 15 minutes cus she was goin to close she was taking one order at a time and making it as well instead of trying to get 2-3 ppl out the way at once but instead only did one at a time to avoid making more food… make it make sense

Good experience stopped here. It’s a Monday, so the normal weekend mob isn’t present. This store is about normal for a Sams Club location. It does have a fuel center across the parking lot. A few sample stations are open today. This location has abundant lighting.

Tire Installation Policy? Where...We made an appointment last week to have 4 tires installed on my husband's 2006 Honda Ridgeline. We called the Evans, Co Sam's Club location on Jan 6th and selected 3 for their "Tire Service Department", spoke to a woman with broken English. It took the two of us listening very closely to understand what she was saying.That call was a very poor experience. She repeated questions, asked several times what make/model we had. At times it was unclear if she was asking a question or merely just narrating what she was inputting into the computer.Not once did she ask what the mileage on the truck was. When she finally asked for the account information, we stated it was a family member's card who gave us permission to use it to purchase tires.She stated that was not an issue, gathered the account information and set us up for an appointment for Jan 13th. The total would have been $610 for 4 new truck tires. We show up at Sam's today, awkwardly we stand at the "Tire Services" station. No one in sight.A few minutes pass when a woman approaches and asks us if we've been helped. We say no and she proceeds to the back of the tire services department. A few minutes later a man approaches and gather's my husband's information. His first question was, "So this is for a 2006 Honda Ridgeline?" We say yes.He then asks, "With how many miles?" My husband says, "Oh just over 200k..." The Tire Tech responds, "Oh we don't do installation on any vehicle with over 150k miles on it." I tell him that was never mentioned to us and he replies, "Yeah it's not listed on the website anywhere, so when you make the appointment online it doesn't say that."I informed him we called and spoke to someone at this location, it was their local (970) number that we called. He replied, "Oh really? Yeah sorry about that." My husband asked why that was, to which he responded, "I don't know it's just our tire installation policy."He then offers to sell us the tires so we can find someone else to install it. It is very cold in Colorado today and will be in the next 3 days. We decided to leave. I have now been home for hours, researching this "Tire Installation Policy". It does not exist.I found their "Tire Installation Article #177" that does not say anything regarding the inability to install tires on older cars with =>150k miles on them. Customer service is a dying art and absolutely does not exist at Sam's Club.We do not live close to Sam's Club, it took us an hour to drive here. We were happy to do so with such a large savings. What this Tire Tech/Mechanic should have done was honored the set appointment. We will not be going back to Sams and actually my family will switch to Costco.

Their tire department is awesome! I had my car there for about 4 days because I couldn't find the rims for my car (which they don't sell, only tires) They were very patient and didn't mind my car parked out there. Once I got the rims, they did the job quick. I was able to get a good deal with the tire warranty as well. Definitely always coming here!

Pretty busy today, but we got everything we wanted and snagged a quick lunch on the way out (since there are no tables, currently, during the pandemic). For less than $10, we had an impromptu picnic!

Great store for savings and large trips on groceries and GM. Store location is not all that great. Costco is still way better choice then this Sam's Club if you can manage to drive to one in the vicinity. Selection is okay and service is sometimes questionable.

While the store is great, it's the scan-N-go app that seal the deal!It's so easy to go in, grab items, scan them, check out on my phone and walk out. Especially when the register lines are long.The store usually has what I am looking for. It's clean. If I talk to staff they are friendly.

I LOVE it!! The employee up front has helped me the last two times I was there she grabbed my items scanned them and put them all nice and neat in my cart for me and got me out of there so fast. She’s was so friendly too..

Young hot (to herself) lady in black car blocking the entrance for a teenager to bring her a drink. No one at Sam's can help, but by good luck, no pedestrian got hit or any cars hit each other. Took a long time to get into the store, but hey, no sweat off their nose. I am shopping after all

I try to go to Sam's early, as there are definitely less crowds. This is a decent Sam's club, it is usually well organized and not too much of a mess. This is one of the better pharmacies in Greeley for sure. The pharmacy staff are very friendly and always helpful. I have certainly been to much worse Sam's clubs.Update: so still a good place to shop, pass on the Wednesday night though, it seems to get crazy then! (I don't get it)

Justeyna made our family feel very uncomfortable checking out of Sam’s club. She let everyone (who was White passing) pass right through without checking if their items had been purchased; However, when it was our turn to pass by, she doubled checked and counted every single item. Her whole demeanor changed, and she became hostile. Mind you, we are Chicano and this kind of behavior has been common towards the Chicano community. I do not want to spend my money in a place that has suspicions about my family because of the color of our skin.

This Sams Club is a clean and quiet place to shop. They carry many items that are different from Costco, as well as similar staple products. I have found the prices to be about 1.00 or so more than Costco, but with the price of gas it is negotiable.There is a food court has adequate options and the pizza is good.The self check out and while your shopping checkout is great.

I love this location and store. However, I have noticed a lot of regular items that are no longer available, out of stock or victims of sky rocketing prices. Although, this is not Sam's Club fault per say, it's only going to get worse unless our country changes it's philosophies on a myriad of things.

Bought two 46oz Mount Olive brand mild, pickled okra. It was marked down by about half. Bought before at full price with no issues. Markdown 2 both had black mold inside the lid and were brown and squishy, unlike the ones I bought for full price there. Coincidence? I doubt it. I know Walmart sux, haven't gone for years. Now Sam's is out. No membership renewal for our family. Switching to Costco. At least they treat their employees well. Good riddance. Sam wouldn't be proud of his namesake, at all. PS upper management is a sick joke, ask the employees (especially the female employees).

We live in Windsor and prefer to go to the Evans Club. It is always clean and well organized and stocked with goods. The staff are friendly and the bathrooms are kept up.
