I shop and spend A LOT of money at this store it was convenient and friendly, Steve was very personable professional people person with great customer service, apparently overnight Dora became a manager or was given a set of keys or authority that went straight to her head which caused her to forget the most important part of retail professionalism and customer service she went out of her way on a power trip against what a a person in that position would do no matter what business or where in the world it is it's quite simple it's pretty basic so maybe she needs to be retrained as an employee because even in management you're an employee of the company and should follow company policy or common customer service rather than personal opinion or authority what a horrible horrible change for this store, clearly she misses the key most important parts of management so until she is trained proper or new management comes in I will no longer spend money here

I was helped by the most amazing employee I've met at this location, Gracie was very kind and polite to me and was very happy and quick to help whenever I had trouble looking for something, she made my experience here one to remember

Why in the world would I trust leaving my purse in my car? If you can't trust your customers enough to allow our purses in, I don't trust them enough to not break into my car to steal said purse. Taking my purse (which contains my $) elsewhere with less theft!

Walk in as a normal customer and manager had approached me and my sister-in-law saying that we have to get out of the store because we were accused of stealing which was false information. I consider this profiling because she didn’t even know she had to go back to the cameras and come back to the front to tell us that she had the wrong people. Going to call corporate, not right!

My husband and my grandson went in the store about 4:30 to get a paypal card my husband didnt understand cause he wanted a 10$ card the cashier said he would have to get a 20$ card then add money to it , my husband is slow and didnt understand what she was saying she started yelling at my husband my grandson said she was really rude with his grampa! I dont know what it is with this store i told him not to ever go back there to go to a diffrent store! She needs to b retrained on customer service!! Ive had a problem with a rude employee here too and will never go back

This is by far the worst store ive ever walked into, the cashiers looked twacked out of their minds, trash scattered everywhere including racks and floors, no organization. This place needs to be shut down or fire all staff and start over

My family and could not fit through the isles because there where boxes everywhere. Nothing was organised shelves where laying the floor equipment was on floor blocking emergency exits. IF ANY HANDICAPED CUSTOMERS WHERE IN THERE THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET AROUND.This store is not worthy of even one star

Very unclean store, trash everywhere, floors stained and not been mopped in months, almost all of the food in there is expired, its sooo dirty in there Iam calling the health department.
