Simply Christmas, in Estes Park, Colorado, is an incredible shop! There’s something for everyone. If you’re a sports fan, you’re in luck! They have hundreds of sports related ornaments and gifts too!This shop is ginormous, but very organized. Every year we go to Estes Park. And every year we stop and shop here! All of the people who work here, are just the kindest people you’ll ever meet.I definitely recommend stopping in at “Simply Christmas.” You’ll be so glad you did!

Love the store however customer service is horrible. My family has been going here for ornaments since I was little. We took my daughter there for the first time, she picked out an ornament, we paid for it, walked down the street for about a minute and I noticed a screw was missing on the little door that opened and closed on the ornament and it pulled right off. I walked back, as I said, just minutes after I had purchased it and the lady was extremely rude and condescending towards me. She blamed my daughter since I didn’t ask for it to be wrapped when we left the store. It was a $10 ornament, I would’ve been fine if they had super glue or could replace the screw. I was hoping they’d just let me exchange it but nope…the lady was so rude I honestly couldn’t believe it. Sad. You guys lost a lifelong customer. Lady must’ve been having a bad day. Hate to leave a bad review for a local shop but maybe just avoid the lady worker ha.

This store is an Estes Park staple. No other Christmas store in town compares, in fact most try and emulate this store. None do it better. Family owned, woman owned. Obvious Christmas stuff aside they also carry seasonal merchandise, good stuff here. High end feel with competitive prices, friendly employees

Love this store, visit every time we're in Estes. The selection is crazy. Small cheap little cartoony things, expensive elegant decorations and everything in between. We've always been treated very nicely, in fact we had a blast in there today. However, I have witnessed what a few others have said about some rude staff behavior.

Cutest little place! We get our family Christmas ornaments from here and personalized. Only downfall is you have to come back to pick them up and I forgot an ornament once and we already were headed back down the mountain.

I ordered an ornament on line. I ordered in Nov 12. I got an e mail saying the order was complete. I paid 8.85 for priority shipping, never got a tracking number. I never got the item either. I left a second message today. They took $23.95 from me and gave me nothing in return. I would order from someone else if I were you. Unless you are in the giving spirit and want to donate to this company. The owner called me this morning and brought to my attention that they issued a refund 3 days after the order was placed. I verified that there was. There was no communication to me that it was issued via e mail or that the item was not in stock. She is going to fix that for the future. I will order through her next year for our charming tails ornaments.

We have been buying ornaments here as a tradition for several years now. Went in yesterday and couldn't believe the way I was treated. It was busy but that isn't an excuse to be hasty and rude to your customers. Pushing my purse to move me away from the register while I was trying to put my card in my wallet was rude! Then being told to wait 20 mins for my ornaments to be personalized. When I picked them up never heard the words Thank you...that goes a long way! Will be getting our ornaments somewhere else next year.

If you love Christmas it’s always happening here. From unique ornaments to beautiful decorations they have it. Buying an ornament to remember your vacations is a wonderful tradition. It allows you to remember these moments once a year as you decorate your tree. Surprisingly they do have some things that are Christmas. There are neat decorations for thanksgiving and even a section of totem for popular sports teams. Simply Christmas is always counting down to Christmas.
