Horrible customer service! Their "sister" store was super sketchy about their return and exchange policies. Very disappointed in a main tourist attraction franchise. To clarify, the tags on our gift were NOT removed, the original stickers were still in place, and the gift was in the parent store's bag. The gift was clearly never worn, and could have been easily exchanged. Most retail outlets allow exchange or even refund for gifts without a receipt. Ever heard of a store credit? We sure have... And we would have purchased more than the item's value. And no, we did not enjoy our visit to "your beautiful town" as a result of being told one thing at Mountain Tops and then treated a very different way at Trailhead Threads! Educate your employees to at least have consistent policies between your outlets.

Super great selection and cute styles! I found a hole in my shirt and they let me exchange it. Would def recommend over many other souvenir stores, great prices too!

Such an array of very cool stuff and things, especially shirts there's options and variety galore to choose from. Took me about an hour to browse the entire store make sure I had seen it all and narrow down many good choices to the final items I purchased. Definitely not your typical touristy shirt shop, oh no this one "tops" them all :p

This place rules. I wanted a specific item, the lovely woman told me she was sorry they didn't carry it and volunteered two nearby businesses that did, and I was so impressed by her kindness that I bought something else. I'm sorry I didn't ask her name, but when I return I'll get it and make sure she gets the credit she deserves. Rocky Mountain Tops' merchandise is excellent, as well. I'm looking forward to returning!

I accidentally ended up with an XL shirt instead of a medium like I thought. I didn’t realize until I was halfway across the country back home. The manager was so incredibly nice when I called her. I shipped the shirt back and she shipped me one in my size. It arrived 3 days after we talked. I even mailed it to the wrong shop and she walked down and got it. She was so kind and I’m so happy I now have a perfect souvineer. I will definitely shop here again when I go back.

One of the best places in the area to buy clothing. I bought a pair of sweatpants here 7 years ago and they’re still in pretty good condition. Just picked up my second pair this week, as I’ve worn the heck out of my old ones. Great store!

Staff could be nicer but that's fine. My long sleeve shirt turned my skin blue all on y stomach back arms. I thought oh I haven't washed it so it's my fault but it's still turning me blue even after a few washes, not as much as the first time but still noticable and annoying.

When it comes to buying any type of clothing in Estes Park or the Rocky Mountain National Park you should look up this place. The staff is very helpful and they have anything that you could possibly need or want to take home to your loved one has a little trinket or a gift to say we missed you but we're staying in the mountains a little longer

Competitively priced souvenir shop with hats, shirts, magnets, hoodies and tons of other great pieces to commemorate your trip to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park.A wide variety of shirts and ball caps; so many I had a hard time choosing. I eventually settled on a great hat with the CO flag in the shape of a bugling elk. They also seem to have the best selection of the certain popular style of souvenir mug in both colors and designs available.I love stickers. A nice selection of many different stickers to choose from to show my love to RMNP & EP.
